Friendly staff. Easy to find. Scott made sure he found out the problem with my car and fixed it immediately. By far one of the best experiences I've had at a auto repair shop. Will be back for future service! 10/10 recommended.

This is absolutely the best shop I've ever been too. I found out about it from AAA tow truck driver picking up my Audi Q7 from Audi dealership, where they where trying to charge me almost 4k to fix something I had recently got done, but since it was done buy Audi they said it was faulty. I was Blessed to have it sent to Parker automotive where the found the actual problem and save me $3,337 dollars to be exact. And had me right back on the road in 2 days. They were the nicest people and Scott knows his SH!+. TEN THUMBS UP NOT ENOUGH STARS TO RATE THEM.

Scott did an excellent job on my older F150 work truck that needed various major repairs. It runs and drives much better than it has in many years, almost as good as brand new. The entire Parker family did an amazing job. I am not taking my vehicles anywhere else from this point forward. Our van broke down on Sunday night on the way home to Pittsburgh from Nashville. Parker Repairs looked at it first thing Monday morning, fixed it quickly (and at a good price,) and we got home safely that day. They could have taken advantage of the situation we were in, but instead went above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend them.
