Very kind owner. Very reasonable prices at 150 compared to Collins towing that charges 600 to take it from town. Easy and gave me a ride to my car at his lot in town. Recommended. ALSO it's a small business and would love local support so dont hesitate to go there first

I called Boyd's to inquire about a transmission repair since it is advertised on their site. I was greeted with a very rude "hello" and nothing else such as "this is Boyd's." I then enquired about a transmission/rebuild for a vehicle I am working on. The answer I was given was "to go look for a rebuilt or new transmission since they don't fool with that anymore." I was rushed off the phone and they just hung up with no good bye. I was hoping to have a much better experience from reading other customer reviews since Boyd's is close to my home. Some people have bad days and I get it, some shops stop doing work on certain things and I get that too. But being rude to customers and talking like the customer is wasting your time isn't acceptable. I don't sway others away from Boyd's, I was just disappointed in the experience.Service: Transmission

The man who towed our truck for us was extremely nice and helpful. He even gave us some tips on what may have caused the truck to break down. He was very friendly overall and even parallel parked our truck for us back in front of our house.

Bob is, in my opinion the coolest person in Mt. Orab! He helped me out when the police force there towed my truck for no reason other than be nasty. He allowed me to grab my tools and things I needed from my truck and didnt charge an arm and a leg like that other place up there. Bob if you get a chance to read this, Thank you from myself and my family! Your tops in my book brother and I have since sent everyone I know your direction.

Great transmission repair shop! We dropped off a pickup truck on Monday and the transmission was fixed by Friday afternoon. You can't beat service like that.

My mother and father own this place and I would like to say something about the comment from chris after he maid his complaints my mother and father did everything they could to make that man happy the fixed every problem free of charge he still complained he has tried everything to drag there name threw the mud this man is a moron please do not take this man's word I promise you my parents and my husband who also worked on that man's car will do everything in there power to make the customer happy they are grate at there job thank you and have a grate day!

Mr Boyd is awesome. I thought I needed a new transmission but he and his team fixed my car and saved me thousands of dollars. Actually multiple of times he saved me.

I've had my front springs,struts,control arm bushings,strut mounts, strut bearings done here 3 weeks ago"took em 3 days". the car sits higher now but its so messed up there's creaking and something banging around?, I took it back left it for another day and they said nothing wrong with it but control arm bushings "they said thats whats causeing all the noise BS" I've had 2 other shops check it out sence and both say something is wrong with there work and needs to be redone. So now I'm out the moneys i paid Boyd's and have to have it redone "more time wo my car so more money lost cuz cant work" , so now I'm in the middle of haveing it redone and planing my court case. DO NOT TAKE UR CAR HERE

Towed my vehicle for free picked up a transmission from a junkyard for me and put it in my vehicle at a very reasonable price. Didn't tack on 100s of dollars to go the extra mile
