My mom had an ignition and crank sensor issue right before Thanksgiving. They got me in and were so nice. It was fixed next day and I was amazed at the price. Thanks guys.

I can't give too much info on this place just because I didn't get my service done.. My fault, not theirs. They did take my tire off and switch it to the front and balanced them both for free. I rated only 4 stats simply because we were there 3 hours.. while we waited, we did have a pleasant conversation with I'm guessing the owner. The couches were both very comfortable, and there was a TV, vending machines, coffee, etc.

Ya know, I didn't make the appointment with whom I thought due to other options in Bethel... I'm happy it worked out like it did. This company gave me a 4 wheel alignment at a fair price, and I was outa there in the time she said it would be I have more work for these people... highly recommended

Poor customer service. Paid them to install a part and when got the vehicle back the part was in the front seat but was charged for installation

Had alot of work done on my car here. Had 4 tires and rims put on. My wife got a flat tire on the highway all because they didn't do an alinement on the new tires. The tires went bald within 2 months. I do not recommend you have any work done on your car at this place. And costumer services is absolutely terrible.

I wouldn't recommend going to this place for tires to be mounted and balanced. We had 4 new tires put on and they were not beaded properly and they even broke the valve stems and weren't balanced properly. Woke up to 4 nearly flat tires the next morning. They cost me an additional $45 at another store shop to have the issue fixed. I am truly upset and will never return to this place.

My wife stopped to have a low tire checked. They patched the hole in her tire and ended up not charging her. They were very quick doing it as well. Very much appreciate their help and I'm glad to see a shop that doesn't try to take advantageof you . I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again !!!!

Best customer service I've had it at a tire place in a long time. They don't cheat you out of your money, they don't tell you unnecessary things that need fixed on your car when it really don't. They're honest and the best price I found around. They did great on my Challenger and I'll definitely go back

Pop Knowledgeable , Had my tires in when he said they would be. Reasonable , the Techs in the Back , although I don't see them often , they stay busy. I'd say that I my experience once again today Was almost Perfect. I cant Remember one that was any less.Thanks Again POP and the rest of the Guys @Bethel Tire.Merry Christmas!!!

I came here for an oil change and to have the air pressure checked in my tires, even though it was done quickly it was only done so because they left me a quart low, the windshield wiper fluid wasn't refilled and the tire pressure was not checked. I would not recommend this store, if the could screw up something as simple as an oil change I'm afraid of what they would do with a real job.

The mechanics and tire techs them selves are out going and hard working really understanding and they will get you in and out

Bought a used tire from them and when I put it on my car it had a leak. Took it back the next business day and was told he wouldn t not replace it because used tires are not under warranty. When you buy a tire used or new from a shop it should not have a leak in it. Their customer service is terrible

The guys at Wilson's always take great care of my vehicles. They are the only ones I will let work on my cars. It's so difficult to find an honest mechanic at reasonable prices and I'm very fortunate to have them close by!

I would not go here to get your car serviced I went to get new tires put on and a couple broken lugs replaced and when I get my c car back my brakes were grinding horribly I took it to brakes 4 less to find out that they put my brake pad on backwards causing it to destroy my rotor and they tried to have me pay to have it replaced saying that they forgot to tell me that there was a problem with the pass and rotors but it was due to there incompetence by not doing the job correctly

This is the only place I take my vehicles to be worked on. It's very difficult to find a good honest repair shop and I found one here! The service and the way they treat their customers is top notch.

Earlier I put a bad review in because I felt like bethel tire destroyed my rims put some gouges in them but bethel tire turned around and made good of it and fixed my rims and was very sorry for any inconvenience and at this point I totally take back that bad review and I am restored in the fact that they are of a good service
