Wish I could give 0 stars. The gentleman working today 3/12, should not be working at a car part store. As far as I ve ever been aware, they are able to hook up the little machine to see why a certain light is popping up on my dash, they didn t do that. Then I told them it was my oil light and I was unfamiliar with how to check my dipstick, if they could check for me (which I ve had this store do before) and they looked at my car like it was a foreign object & said we legally can t do that. Like help a damn girl out I was in tears, worried my car was going to overheat. Thankfully, I was able to get amazing help from Wichards Oil across the street!!!!!

I ran out of a can K&N filter recharge at the last minute. Dashed into town to get it and pulled in the parking lot 3 minutes until close.I was thinking "great! I made it", but dude looked me in the eye and locked the door in my face.I have had great service here before but this one incident has nearly undone all of it.

From the 3 Auto parts stores in Bethel Advanced had the particular part I need this day in stock. Pricing was competitive and the staff was polite and pretty knowledgeable.

Staff could be a little friendlier but I still get good service here. They're helpful for the most part and usually have what I need in stock compared to Orielys. Prices are competitive. Convenient hours.

Sales associate was very helpful. Of course, their prices are ridiculously high compared to what you would pay if bought online but instant availability and helpful associates has a value not available with online shopping.

Good place to shop. You can get coupons emailed to you. Also the people are very nice and willing to help in any way they can. Even calling another competitors store to check parts and availability for you.

The guy was incredibly rude and not helpful at all he would not test the alternator like i asked. He kept telling me he knew that was not the problem. The problem then why are we charging my battery because it won't stay running when I'm driving because the alternator is not charging it

I have a commercial account there. Iwent in today for octane boost and a powerade= $11.98. I told Owen behind the counter my account info so my discount would be applied. He could care less to do his job, he ran me up like a normal customer. I could tell by getting a tiny receipt with my account name nowhere mentioned that my account wasn't applied. I confronted him on the issue. His response was " I tried, I dont know what to tell you." then he notced he cashed me out my total purchase amount rather than giving me my actual change. I just thought I'd share how careless of a employee you have working there.

Advance auto parts is a good store they just don't have very good customer service there guys are either know it all very pushy or they just really don't know jack and can barely pull the part off the shelf and you gotta be careful if they order a part for you they might forget to ship it and there prices are normally higher

Staff could be a little more friendly, they act like it a burden to help you.Plus when their system shows they have an item in stock and then you get their and they don't have it, advanced system needs a major overhaul.

Not good,drove 15 miles over,and 15 miles back.I bought a thermostat for my suburban. They sold me the wrong one.So now I have to get a ride over and back.NOT THE FIRST TIME
