Their service goes above and beyond. My battery was having problems. They came to my nearby house and jumped my car (at no cost). Two days later, I had more problems, so I needed to replace the battery. They only had appointments available the next day, but they managed to fit me in the same day anyway. They kept my previous car running to 210,000 miles (in a cost-effective way). I have more examples of excellent service, but this review is getting too long.

Great experience as always at Midas! They topped all my fluids and oil, and also informed me that my back tires were not in the best shape (which was why my car was shaking on 71 N from Columbus after the super bowl). I brought up some probable issues that may have caused the wobbling and the manager took me into the shop where the mechanic lifted the car and showed me how bad the damage was on my rear tires. They didn't look pretty.Overall, the service, expertise, and timeliness is above and beyond!! Car drives like a dream now!

I am a woman that is in need of help. You are closer and I'm there early when no one else is and all I need was a oil change. Why do I need apointment. I mean think you for giving other people to go to. That didn't help me get home. I was 2� hours away from home. There was no way I could afford to stay another day and get my car fixed to do a simple oil change

Keith, Tereva, and the rest of the team at this Midas are exceptional. For your general maintenance jobs, no one else does it as well. Very fair prices. Whether its a job their shop is outfitted to do or not, Keith always points me in the right direction. Really appreciate the service they provide.

I've been a customer for years and I have never had a negative experience. This is the most honest and helpful car repair shop anywhere! The owner knows me and my family well and treats us with nothing but respect. He and his staff explain car issues in ways that we can understand, but never sound like they are talking down to us. They work with you and your needs and are honest when a certain problem is not high on the priority list. I feel very comfortable to ask any questions no matter how dumb they may be. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Other places don't even compare!Note: The employees are not paid by commission. They are paid hourly.

I use these guys all the time, have been for years, never had a problem. Keith the owner is very nice and is always happy to oblige odd service requests.But they are very busy so if you are waiting while your car is serviced, be patient! Bring a good book and relax.

I love this place, or I should say, my car loves this place. I basically use Midas for oil changes, but on a couple of occasions other things have cropped up. I've found the people wonderfully helpful and super honest; they've explained in detail what the problem is, and I never feel like I'm overwhelmed with information that makes me feel I being taken advantage of. I've also had the experience with Midas where I thought a problem was going to be very expensive and it turned out to just the opposite! I would highly recommend Midas in Oberlin to anyone. Also, when you look at the mechanics area it is always spotless and organized. Great job Midas.

I can't say enough about this Midas location. Their service has always been quick. The employees and owner are very personable. The owner will work himself out of money. Once, I had bad break drums, and I gave him permission to put in new brake drums if he had to. Instead of charging me for new ones, he was able to clean up the old ones. Worked himself out of a sale, but worked himself into having a loyal customer. He is one of the few honest mechanics around and will be honest as to what needs to be replaced and what can wait. He has always made time for me when I was a walk-in, although I know that appointments take priority.Another benefit is that this location is located in downtown Oberlin with plenty of places to eat and walk. You can get a bite to eat while waiting!

I have several repair shops close to me and I choose Midas because of their service and integrity. They work very hard to ensure your satisfaction, but more importantly, that your vehicle is safe. The staff is very friendly and I would recommend them very highly!

I had an exhaust leak under the engine somewhere. Called Keith at 10 AM. He got me in that day at 2:00 PM. Replaced the SS flex pipe and had me down the road at 2:50 PM! Very good place to take your vehicle

I've had a lot of bad car repair experiences before I found Keith and Teriva and the rest of the staff at Midas in Oberlin. They listen to you and make you feel like family, don't try to push unnecessary repairs and costs, and really go out of their way to take care of you. Highest recommendation.

Only in Oberlin! I walked into the shop 15 minutes before closing, because my wheels were making a disturbing sound. Kieth, the owner, greeted me by name and listened to my concern. He then directed his mechanic, Tyler, to ride with me to my home. Tyler listened to the noise the wheels were making and made a preliminary diagnosis (calipers were sticking). Tyler took my car back to the shop. By 8:30 the next morning Kieth confirmed Tyler s suspicion and gave me an estimate. I authorized the repair and had my car back by 12:30. The personal and speedy service is much appreciated and avoided any inconvenience to me. Thank you Keith and Tyler.

I went there to get a break check and oil change. The service was perfect and the staffs were friendly and professional. It's always nice to know there is a great repair shop in Oberlin that you can count on. 100% recommend !!

They are honest and stand behind their work whether it is mufflers or brakes and so on. I have been working with Keith at this Midas over the span of 5 cars and 20 years. They do good work, only recommend what is needed and watch out for your safety when it comes to the "must do" versus "wanted" repairs. They have wifi in the lobby and even offer you a cup of coffee. If you are waiting around it's a short walk to downtown Oberlin where you can find something to help the time pass if you need it.

This its my second visit. First was for an oil change. Second was for a right front outer tie rod end. I just showed up and they had it done in about 3 hours. The SUV drives and feels a bit different but im sure its do to the new part replaceing the old one that was ready to fall off. I would recommend them.

Had a Midas dealership put new tires on my car. Front tires kept losing air. Visited two other Midas dealerships in attempts to fix the problem. Not. Completely fed up, I stopped in at this dealership. Keith went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. He even made a follow up call to see if the tires were holding air. Come on Midas...this is an example on how all Midas dealerships should be!

I brought my car in for a power steering leak. They changed my power steering pump. It's still leaking from the pump. They tried to divert responsibility, and claim it's leaking from a rack & pinion seal and quote me another $900. So why does a puddle of fluid accumulate under the pump? Don't bring your car here.

I stopped in to see how much it would cost to replace a headlight lamp. Keith, the owner, asked if I could pull my car up and he would change it right then. It cost less than his estimate. Oberlin Midas has ALWAYS been honest and fair with my wife's and my cars and that's why we're repeat customers.
