We stayed here because other hotels closer to our destination were booked up, but that worked out so well for us! Beautiful place in a scenic location. Very well maintained and clean. Comfortable beds, good quality linens. The best hot breakfast we ve had at a hotel in ages. Excellent value. We may plan a future trip that would include a stop here!

The first night staying here and it is very beautiful. We have family staying in two rooms. Upon first checking in, the receptionist was kind and considerate. The receptionist this evening 12/21/23 is incredibly rude. The pool is freezing. My mother called to ask her to turn up the heat. She replied that she would confirm the temperature. She marched into the pool room without speaking a word, put a thermometer in the water, tapped it several times, stuck it back in the water and walked back out without speaking. The pool is absolutely no where close to 80 degrees. I certainly could and would have found another hotel with this amenity especially as that is one of the highlights of our trip. We have one more day and I sincerely hope to have hospitality that is expected for paying nearly $200 per night. The Encore suite is nice and large. The bed is firm but doesn t pose a problem for myself or husband. Would have probably stayed here again however, if you don t feel like your business is welcomed, stay somewhere else

Great place. The staff was so friendly and accommodating... the breakfast was wonderful. It was super clean and our room was fantastic. I will give you 1 suggestion if you plan to stay there....Ask for a room on the BACK side of the hotel. The hotel sits at the bottom of a hill on rt. 39. We were there several nights during the week. All night long, the truck drivers using their (Jake) engine brakes barked through the night. Some were pretty loud. This is not their fault, but it was noticeable all through the night. Hopefully, they can petition the city to put up NO ENGINE BRAKE signs. The hill ain't that big. The engine brake is not needed for such a small decline. I know, I was a driver for over 30 years.We absolutely loved our stay and enjoyed some fantastic shows next door at the theater.Thanks for a great time!Rooms: Nice size, clean, comfy bed, love the large windows.Nearby activities: Go to a show at the theater next door. We loved it

The large spacious room was wonderful. Loved the big comfy bed and the fact that we were given so many pillows since my husband and I both sleep with 3 pillows each! The jacuzzi tub was fantastic and the huge walk in shower. Although the shower head should have been placed on the opposite wall and a better shower head would have been nice. Also did not care for the personal care products that were supplied. They smell like lemon and leave a film that you feel like you could not wash off. Other than that a beautiful hotelRooms: Beautiful and spacious

First time we did a show & stay. Totally changed the experience, so relaxing. The room was so quite and insulated. It was very cold out but the heater kept the room comfortable with long gaps between quite cycles.Would love to see some sort of food option available after the show. Pizza/subs finger foods maybe soft service ice cream. Berlen doesn't support this very well.I would use your concession stand to start and grow it as you learn.Food & drinks: See what I said above.

Annual Family get together this was the nicest most convenient immaculate beautiful place we stayed ! The pool the games tv for March madness games in the meeting area is awesome to sit talk play cards the staff were awesome because we can get loud and laugh way too much and they were very accommodating!!Rooms: Our room was jr suite and awesome for romantic getaway or next time we will bring our children they have living area with tv for them it s really a great deal not too expensive.Nearby activities: Too many to talk about so really a perfect location!!Safety: Never even thought about it was really safe and perfectWalkability: Can walk to a lot of shops and food places just minutes awayFood & drinks: We know everything closes early so having the fridge microwave and coffee bar was awesome!

Had a great time. Easiest check in we ve ever had anywhere. They keep in touch with you prior to your arrival. The show Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers was fabulous. Theater was fun, laid back and very enjoyable. Hotel was very pretty and modern. Rooms are just starting to show a little wear but are very comfortable and clean. It s great having the theater connected to the hotel. Would definitely be interested in going back.Nearby activities: Plenty to do within minutes of this facility including a huge Christmas store next door.

Winner!! The staff is out of this world, extremely accommodating and kind. You can tell they want the hotel and the community to be a destination you'll remember. The banquet staff was professional and prepared for anything that might come up at the event I attended. I highly recommend and look forward to my next visit.Nearby activities: You're in the middle of Amish country so food and crafts are all top notch

My stay at the Berlin Encore was wonderful. Days before my scheduled stay I was sent a friendly text confirming my reservation. Once confirmed I was then text Express Check In instructions so that I could immediately find my room upon arrival which is a great feature. Upon arrival I picked up my room key cards from express checkin kiosk and headed straight to the room number which I received thru text. Room was clean and comfortable with full size frig, coffee pot and microwave for convenience. A hot self serve breakfast was available from 7:00am - 10:00am with coffee station available 24/7 by lobby elevators. The Comedy Theatre is attached which made for a fun evening of entertainment. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Berlin.

Finding a highly-rated hotel by reading reviews can be hit or miss. Not so with Berlin Encore. Easy access, clean throughout, professional & polite staff, and an above-the-norm continental breakfast. My wife and I visited off-season and will certainly return. Location is near many tourist attractions as well From a retired military guy with high standards, choose this place.Rooms: Ok, so standard rooms, but very clean and the prep staff makes it fun with towel animals.Food & drinks: Phenomenal continental breakfast. Wide variety of options, clean, and woo-hoo an automatic pancake maker!

We were going to The John Denver Experience right next door so it made sense to book a room at your place. From the beginning it was a great experience. They accommodated us with adjoining rooms and communicated with us through text. Check in was fast and convenient. Rooms were clean and ready for an early arrival. The hotel itself is up to date and even has a cozy area with a fireplace. The walk to the theater is quick and inside. After the concert, sitting in the lobby area was available. Breakfast had a good variety of both hot and cold items. It was well stocked and the area was clean and organized. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Thank you for a great stay. We will stay here again if Jim Carry and crew come back to perform!Food & drinks: Would have been nice to have a list of nearby restaurants recommended for dinner before the show

Love the Encore Hotel! We ve stayed there many nights and the rooms are always immaculate with plenty of linens andpersonal amenities. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Convenience to the theater is an added bonus. We already have several bookings for next year. Looking forward to our next visit.

This hotel was great and it is right on the main drag of the Berlin shopping area. Staff was really nice, complimentary hot breakfast was better than most other hotels and it is connected to the famed theater. Stay was so relaxing that we chose to stay an extra night after shopping.Nearby activities: Amish shopping district.Walkability: Right next to the Christmas Shop

A really wonderful facility with lots of space, amenities, and adjacent to the Amish Country Theater. We found it to be a great value in a unique location that provides a quiet comfortable stay.Rooms: Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable rooms that were cleaned daily unlike a lot of other places we stay post covid.Nearby activities: The entire area around Berlin Encore is rich with Amish heritage, activities, restaurants, and attractions that are educational, interesting, fun, and tasty!Noteworthy details: A nice hot breakfast is served each morning. There is an indoor pool and exercise room. The Amish Country Theater is adjacent to this property and you can walk to a great Christmas store, general & craft stores, and a nice putt putt facility seasonally.

You can tell it s a family run hotel. Very personable service. They care about the hotel and the guests. It s SUPER clean. Quiet. Breakfast was good. It s not a brand new hotel, but it sure still looks brand new. Will definitely stay again. And it being associated/connected to Amish theatre is an added bonus.Nearby activities: Amish theatre is great evening entertainment for the whole family

Our room was quiet. It was great having a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom had mold in the shower above the base floor. It was advertised as a new hotel so was disappointed to see that. Also when we came into the hotel we had to walk up to the person at the desk and say hello before she acknowledged us and she acted as we were bothering her to check in. The housekeepers did a great job in cleaning except the shower area.

Surprised my husband as today is our 40th anniversary. Saw Brian Hoffman do Red Skelton. Enjoyed every minute. He had a rough year and I almost lost him. It was great to be able to enjoy a childhood memory and laugh.Only point of room with jacuzzi is us old folks can't get in or out with out steps and more rails. Please consider this. Especially since we had a handicapped room.Rooms: Jacuzzi needs aids for entry and exiting.

Really love that the theater is attached! Rooms are very pleasant and clean and nicely furnished.Rooms: Rooms are very nice and well furnished.Nearby activities: Theater attached to hotel with fabulous shows year round.Safety: Very non threatening area and people.Walkability: Several shopping opportunities and fun activities you can walk to.Food & drinks: Breakfast is included with coffee machine always available. Many restaurants nearby, one within walking distance. Good amish and other types of food.
