Biltz crew are amazing. Brian is great communicator and does a great job with getting all the details about what is going on with the vehicle. Always professional and courteous. The whole crew there are great guys and have always taken good care of me and our vehicles.

A broken down car, a group of young adults, and a dream.Earlier today my friends and I, while amidst a cross country road trip, noticed two messages across the screen of our car s dashboard. One of them signaled that our coolant levels were low, the other described the always-nerve racking LOW OIL message. As I confided in those around me and we desperately searched for a nearby auto repair shop (while on the highway in a land that was foreign to us), we sporadically decided to take the closest exit and track our GPS to the closest shop: Biltz.When we finally arrived in Berlin Heights, our anxieties were instantly relieved. We were greeted by Brian, the owner, and he instantly struck up a conversation with us- not only reassuring our group of hopeless teens that they had finally reached an auto store that could help them, but also reminding us of the beauty in humanity. We told Brian the specifics of our issues and him, with another employee, ended up discovering a much greater problem: that our radiator was damaged beyond repair.A part of me wishes this story didn t have a happy ending, so I could sit here and make excuses to car damages we were responsible for, but after meeting Brian I m endlessly joyous there is one. Within 3 hours the car was fixed. A new radiator was found. Free hats were given.Brian directed us to local lunch spots to wait while the repair commenced. Him and his hardworking crew stayed past the shop s closing to ensure my friends and I were able to get back on the road the same day we got off it.The day began with frustration. Swearing. Fear.It ended with smiles, faith, and gratitude that people like Brian exist.

My friends and I are on a cross country road trip from California to Vermont. On our second to last day alarms started setting off and we had to find an auto shop quick. After calling a few places we found Biltz and turns out we barely made it there. Our radiator was completely broken and leaking like crazy. Brian Biltz was beyond accommodating and not only knew was he was doing, but also took our time frame into account and told us about a restaurant down the road where we could stay while we waited. Because of the model of our old car radiators were RARE. Odds were seeming increasingly slim that we would get to Vermont in the next few days. Brian worked his magic and not only found us a radiator but completely replaced the broken one (while dealing with his share of complications) in only a few hours. I cannot express my gratitude for Biltz s graciousness. Because of them we are back on the road and on track to make it to UVM right on schedule! He even threw in a few free hats!Service: Engine repair

Originally from New Jersey. Car had issue off of Ohio Turnpike and we were stranded. Brian and the Blitz family treated us like family and really cared for us. We wanted to go to Blitz for repairs, but Brian very professionally recommended other repair shops for the sake of our own time and night accomodation (in case the car had a more serious underlying issue). Within a few minutes, Brian arranged a few calls with Towing recommendation as well as another repair shop that will best fit our needs. Process was very smooth and Brian was EXTREMELY helpful. We were able to resolve our issue quickly at another shop and continued on our way. Bless the Blitz family.

After going to a few different places before coming to Biltz I will never go anywhere else. They will get you in quickly with a diagnosis for your car, thoroughly explain what needs fixed and what may need fixed in the near future. He will give you pricing options for what you need done and for what is needed in the future if you choose not to do all at the time! Spectacular customer service, always done in a timely manner. Brian has down everything from a headlight replacement, to oil change, to replacing an engine for us. I have a 2011 Kia Optima I bought brand new. I took it in, as I always have for any regular check ups repairs etc for the past 10 1/2 years. I took it in 2 weeks ago for the routine. Last Friday something broke off, I went into the service and they were too busy even for a look see to find out if I should be even driving it.I drove 30 minutes from them to get home. The next morning I left my drive and knew something was wrong. I called Biltz Automotive and because they care about the customers (They put my life before they re backlog) they took the time to check things out. Great people, great job! Took of me first, then my car. Highly recommended by someone who may not be here if not for them!

The customer service was AWFUL. Brian answered the phone and was short and rude for no reason. I needed information so we could have a tow go to the location to pick up a vehicle. He began to say, "I have another call so make this quick," and "I have the keys on the desk here, come on don't make this complicated." I was not able to get all of the information I needed because he was worried about another call.As someone who is the first contact when you call a business, Brian was not welcoming or helpful at all.

These guys KNOW cars. They explained by tire situation (how a different "tire specialist" put a no-name, cheap, smaller-sized tire on my all wheel drive vehicle which can easily ruin a transmission) and my son, who is a professional engine builder, totally confirmed their assessment. They are honest, hard-working and they get the job done quickly! I highly recommend Biltz!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Biltz did a great job on my vehicle. Another dealer told me it would be over $1,000 to fix my AC in an older care. The Biltz team came up with a solution that worked very well for less than $300. They were professional and explained exactly how they planned to fix my car. I was very impressed and will be using their services for all of my vehicle needs.Service: Air conditioning

I've had my vehicle serviced here several times and will continue to come back. Brian and Brandon go a step above to make customers feel at ease and to make sure your vehicle is back in your hands quickly. From replacing my brakes to oil changes to installing a new turbo, I only trust Biltz Auto to get it done right every single time!

First time customer turned into lifetime customer. I went in for a simple brake inspection and the service was amazing. They sent photos with the brake lining thickness gage proving my brakes did actually need replaced. They then called and broke down the different types of brakes with a value over price comparison. The care this shop has for its customers stands out from the first phone call to schedule an appointment all the way to getting the keys back after they ve done their job.

I drive 135 miles on a motor route everyday. All Those miles lead to a lot of maintenance and occasional breakdowns. They keep me on the road and in business. Never had any trouble .Never had to fix the same thing twice. Super friendly. Explain everything up front . Very happy with the way they run their shop.

This is a very small family owned company and I have never had any better service than we did today. We were in a very tight pinch and didnt have the right tools to get the job done in the side of the road. The owner of the company personally came and picked us up and took us to his shop while our car was getting towed. They are super nice and helpful. And some of the most respectful people I have ever met. I will definitely use them in the future

Biltz Automotive to the rescue once again! I unfortunately needed an automotive shop twice in the last couple of months. Fortunately, I found Biltz s! Brian was friendly from the start with an obvious caring attitude. Repairs that needed to be done were shown to me and thoroughly explained. Brian, Brandon and the rest of the staff are to be commended for their professionalism and quality work. Thank you!

This was my first trip here to have service done and wow. Incredible service and very friendly. Was recommended to by friends and every thing was explained about the work they did and ensured they had a customer for life. It looks like I will be taking my vehicle to them as well as others from now on.

My truck broke down on the turnpike 3 hours from home. Brian and Brandon did everything they could to help me out and get me back in the road. They re probably the nicest people I ve ever met. I would highly recommend.

We take our vehicles there for everything from oil changes to new tires or engine repairs. The service is always top notch. Turn around is quick and cost is VERY reasonable.
