Avoid this tire shop at all costs if you have nice rims. Completely distroyed my $275 rims and tryed to blame it on me hitting a curb. The guys working there don't know what there doing. Completely unprofessional laughing at me the whole time I'm trying to show them the damages. I'll remove my review if the owner makes it right. Still waiting on a callback..

Their tire shop in Steubenville, Ohio is in my opinion a better establishment and the staff are more helpful and seem to care more than the one in Burgolz, Ohio

Whoever the lady that is here Today definitely dose not give I time to think what u wanna do over the phone definitely rude an rushes you definitely didn t hang up on u lost service as to I don t have the best service where we live n maybe you should hire some more workers and what do other businesses review have to do with u absolutely nothing so thanks :) n yea I have a right to be upset about the zoo when I travel over 2 hrs to get there n pay almost $200 bucks n didn t get to see a lot of stuff anything else u wanna know just ask since u seem to care about other businesses other than your OWN !!!!!!! O and I forgot to say u saying do u wanna call me back once u figure it out is being polite definitely kinda seems to me like u didn t really care being polite should have been you may call me back once I get it figured out what they wanna do

I went in today to have my exhaust looked at & I was expecting it to be a big bill/quote. The mechanic fixed my issue in under an hour & showed me the issue so I fully understood & I walked out after paying a very small bill a happy woman ! I highly recommend this shop for all of your tire & mechanic needs! From the lady at the desk to the guys working on your car, they always make me feel welcome & listened to & always take care of me without taking advantage of my wallet ! Great people & great prices! Highly recommend!!

Friendly reliable service. They know me by Name. Which means alot to me. The guys who work there are awesome and always helpful. Lori in the office is amazing. They are reasonably priced and do great work. I have had two of my cars there for repairs and general upkeep and they always get me in and done in a efficient and timely manner. Scott did great work on my second car replacing parts that the tow company messed up. Haven t bought tires here yet as i just moved back to the area a few years ago. They are my go to auto shop.

For anybody out there that is looking for somewhere to get their vehicle fixed I would not recommend you taking it here. For the simple fact they don t actually fix your car, what they do is they nickel and dime you. For example . They quoted me $40 to put a thermostat in, they say my power steering reservoir is no good . They asked me what I wanted to do. I said I need to know what it is going to cost me to get it fixed . From the original $40 quote they gave me , it went to a 3.5 hour job and a $400 quote. So because I got upset about the huge price difference, the office manager Lori . Said that the keys will be on top of my vehicle come get my car out their lot they no longer wanted my business and I have already spent thousands with them over the past 6 months. I would recommend you not to take your vehicle here.

Totally destroyed my $500 tire and specially made rim for my Honda Accord during a tire change. They had more than 5 people try to take off the tire and ultimately got it off by beating the rim til it broke. Did not reimburse me whatsoever. Counter woman was very rude and has an annoying habit of cutting you off when you speak. We took a different vehicle here after that to give them the benefit of the doubt, and long story short, we should've taken them to a more reputable place with friendlier staff.

Oil change is Always done quickly with little wait, mechanic's are friendly and knowledgeable. 1 of the cheapest around even for full synthetic

Good service, good prices. The only problem is their website NEEDS a total overhaul. But the biggest problem is NOTHING has a price..? That is the #1 detail everyone wants to see. To shop around and compare prices and features. But MOST importantly to know if they can even afford the tires they are looking at! Not have to fill out a detailed "request quote form" separately for each tire u want a price for.. and wait for a multiple replies then go back to the website later with prices in hand to decide if they even have tires u want in your price range.. Be more transparent with pricing would gain an extra star or two..

I have changed my previous 3 star review to a 4 star! After my last post the receptionist at Scassa's not only reached out to me but was able to right a wrong for me and l ended up buying 2 new tires there and the guys did a great job and have shown that they're customer service is important to them!! Thank you!!!

They were Great!! Got my tires the same day I called! It took about 15 minutes for them to be done putting them on!!!I am so very happy and Will recommend them to All my Friends!!

I love this tire shop, it's a drive for me to get to the main shop but can be worth it especially for the recap snow tires for $50. They'll get you thru the whole winter easy and work great, if your low on funds or just wanna save it's a good option. I was told they can get them in any size.

Needed a hard to find tire at last minute for a trip I was making and they got it done in record timing! Very pleasant staff and always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Always have been with Laneys and still will continue with the new owner

I always have luck getting used tires in my size here (I'm not gonna mention the size because I dont want everyone to buy them all haha). The used tires are reasonably priced, $25 each out the door. They also offer inexpensive new tires - which arent top notch - but they do sell other brands too if you have the money to spend. The staff is super nice. I went in with my young child recently, and the woman behind the counter offered to pull my vehicle over to the garage for them to put my tires on because my son was having so much fun playing with the toys in the waiting area. Generally you can get in and out within 20-30 mins or less when getting tires replaced. I believe they offer other auto repair services, although I have never gotten anything other than tires from them.

No appt, just stopped in. Was able to fix my issue for $6!! I don't know of any other shop that you don't spend at least $30 just to pull into the bay. Very satisfied.

The boys were awesome about getting me in quickly & doing a patch-plug on my "screwed" tire.. I was running late for appt in bridgeville & had to be back for work @ 3.. They did a great job!! Plus they checked the air on my tires.. Thanks boys!!!

Been Ripped off 2X by em. Bait n Switch. Very smooth at the games they play. Make sure to get a detailed written estimate. His famous excuse is, Ohh my moma must of got the price wrong. Watch out for that excuse !

After two days of trying to align my truck they could not get it correct, I took it to another shop and in 20 minutes they had it fixed.

Replaced wheel bearing. Front brake shoes after inspection, and rotated tires. $100 less than estimate. Much quieter ride and more secure braking.
