I met with Alan at Rust Belt Off-Road to see if they could fix up my 2002 Polaris Magnum. Initially he suggested that I put the money towards a new ATV. I really wanted to see if he could breathe new life into my old ATV. He was up for the challenge, replacing the carburetor, fuel pump, ignition switch, brake lines, calipers, tires etc. When I picked up the ATV, I was shocked what a great job they did. It rides like new again and I know that I will get several more years out of my bike. Great communication, reasonable pricing and going above and beyond will definitely keep me recommending Rust Belt Off-Road to all my friends and family!

Horrible. A couple of part time backyard mechanics working full time jobs. Communication almost impossible. Multiple issues with insurance repair. What work was done was poorly performed right down to a simple oil change. Drain plug leaking because not tightened. Shops response was you will have that wherever you go . Totally unacceptable attitude. Deserves a -10 score
