Gerber Collision Center did an amazing job fixing my Tesla Model Y 2020. The car looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'd like to give a special thanks to Bob, the general manager, and Steve for their excellent communication and understanding throughout the process. Bob even took the time to educate me on how their business operates, which was really helpful. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Gerber Collision Center and I highly recommend them. Should be stripped of any "Tesla Certified" marker, and investigated. Just look at my pictures of the paint job they do! They having sanding spot errors all over, and a totally different color paint. This is NOT service you expect for a company that supposedly does high end cars. Don't be fooled! My Tesla Model X was in Suburban for some work with a wheel and adjustments. I'm in Toledo, two hours away, so I kindly asked Tesla if they would check it to make sure all is fine. I get a call saying Suburban didn't put the battery to my X on correctly, which caused it to go up in SMOKE. Suburban's insurance covered it, but it ruined my car. Stay clear from these CLOWNS, there is another "Tesla Certified" shop in Ohio now anyway, good riddance garbage body shop!

They did some tricky aluminum body work on my Jaguar, and it looks good now. Not perfect; the rear tail-light doesn't fit quite right anymore. But nobody else within 100 miles would even try.

Madison is dishonest and lied about the work being done and completed on multiple occasions. My Mercedes is still not right, it was returned with missing parts and invomplete repairs. It took 5 returns to get the work "almost" complete( still has some loose fasteners but I do not trust them to complete it)

Excellent repair work done on my car. Customer service was excellent and they gave me updates continuously throughout my vehicles repair. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The customer service from Mitch and Lori was nothing short of outstanding. They are always very busy on the phones, yet kind and very helpful to someone new to the car accident vs insurance process.

Bob and Lorie both were able to help me when I had trouble tracking down parts for my car. I had about 6 emails and voicemails into my cars manufacturer but never received a call or email back. The customer service here could not be any better. From the first phone call to make an appointment until I picked my car up everyone was friendly, and knowledgeable. My car was in for 4 days because of an accident. And they kept me updated with a phone call or text daily. They went above and beyond, communicating with the rental car company, when they really didn t have to, but made life so much easier. Greatly appreciate all you guys did to go above and beyond to make this experience a way more simple process than it could have been. And the car looks great! Andy Kwan, your managers should be so lucky, you should run the show, this guy goes above and beyond, I hit a deer, they told me I wouldn t see my Tesla for 5/6 months, the GM and Andy got it done in a month, thank you very much, I hopeMy car is perfect she sure looks like it and customer service was too notch , beside one woman but what do want during the covid! If you are looking for a place to take care of your tesla, look no further! They were able to fix my car in record time, and it looks brand new!I was initially worried when my insurance wanted me to take my car to anywhere else but the tesla dealership. However, now I will recommend gerber every time!Thanks again Andy!

The body work was good no problem there, I dropped off my car with a near full full charge. 229 of 250. They even commented and thanked me. Only to return it to me with less than 40 miles of range after having it for 12 days UNACCEPTABLE, when I made my displeasure known he said ( well there is a charging station nearby ) really???

Employees were nice. However, they really weren't listening to what I was saying at all. No insurance claim means no insurance claim. Don't continue to ask the same questions and say the same things, its annoying. Needless to say, I found a shop that took the time to listen the first go round.

This place stands behind their work. The fender they repainted/repaired after being smashed in slightly 6 years ago began to rust. The owner seeing as no other rust was on the vehicle gave me no problems and repaired the issue. I will use them again next time my car needs repair from a collision. Why can't more businesses stand behind their work?

I've had three vehicles go to Gerber and each time, they continue to provide high class customer service and their work is amazing. Although I hope never to need them again, I know I can count on them if I did.

Incompetent repair. Damaged interior and caused fit and finish issues.They are not worthy of an approved Porsche collision center.Owner of this business - please request photos. I have plenty.

Definitely a little challenged from a delivery of work standpoint. Customer service was solid and they are trying to rectify the situation, but hi-line cars is probably not their sweet spot.

Went there for missing part cover for the antenna which was vandalize. Andy was very helpful informative and made great advice. I am now going with them for the repairs
