Given the amount of damage to the car, I was amazed to see how great it looked when they finished and I picked it up. It looked like a new car. They did a terrific job on all aspects of the repairs. The people there were easy to work with and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend them for any custom or collision work.

He was very attentive, and made what was a confusing process to most, incredibly simple. He guided me through the entire process with a level of care and expertise that far exceeded my expectations. I am soooo happy to share that Erie Customs & Collison gave me the BEST car repair experience I could ever have hoped for! My car accident was an unfortunate, unexpected nightmare . Luckily, Kevin was very understanding and attentive to my car needs. He kept me up to date and informed, and I could always count on the shops excellent communication during the process of repairs.I would highly recommend Erie to everyone who wants quality work in a timely manner! Great customer service! Very friendly! My vehicle was in great hands, they fixed it really well. Had some serious front end damage and now my car looks brand new! I couldn t be happier! Received updates every step of the way. I wouldn t trust anyone else to fix my car! They are a 10/10! Unfortunately, a lot of the auto body shops are backed up. Erie Customs and Collision was just added to State Farms selected servicers and was able to get me in immediately after my accident. I was hesitant because there were no Google reviews like the other big auto body shops on State Farms selected providers. But he did a great job. He communicated throughout the whole process and provided updates on Rose (the name of my car). And my car looks great! His work is just as good as the big time auto shops with great Google Reviews. If you need body work done and do not want to wait for the larger and more established body shops, this is a very great option. And please leave a Google review so you are not hesitant like I was.Service: Body & Trim
