Some yahoo went around keying vehicles in a parking garage and my daughters vehicle was one of victims. We decided it would be best to pay out of pocket vs make an insurance claim, but were concerned about the unplanned cost. I found Beetler's Auto Body on a internet search and liked the reviews I read and called and talked to a very nice lady on the phone. My daughter then took her vehicle here to get a quote and her vehicle was fixed within a week for a very fair price. I have only kind words to say about this business and all of their employees. Everyone were very friendly, polite and clearly knowledgeable of how to do a wonderful job from start to finish. I am so pleased to have established a relationship with this business and will keep them in mind for the future if needed. Well Done!

Owner was so helpful he helped me with removing a big dent on my car and didn't overcharge me charged only for what he did. It was nice doing business with this people

I had them do a job that most body shops in the Cleveland area refused to do. They were the first shop I called for an estimate and after shopping around a bit I decided to have them do the job. The car I had them do work for was my baby, so I m very very particular regarding anything when it comes this vehicle based on past experiences. They did an absolute pristine paint job. They even had me come up to verify the match before finishing the job just to be sure. It was a complete match. Reasonable pricing, high quality work, and very honest people all around. I had two family members urge me to take the job to their shop and they executed flawlessly. Would recommend their work to anyone bc I definitively know that they know exactly what they are doing from a professional perspective.Service: Painting

To start off I would like to say this place is currently my go-to repair shop. They've done work on my accident prone car three times now and I really respect the people that work there.Pros: -Much cheaper then competitors-Friendly Staff-Fast Turn around time, I usually get my car back within 1-3 days which is very nice.-Easy booking, I usually give notice the day before that I would like to take my car in and they just about always take it.Cons: -Poor quality paint jobs, I've found dirt stuck under the dry paint on a few occasions now.

I was recently in an accident for the first time in a very long time I had no idea what the process was and how the process worked. There was a person from the insurance company who spoke to me, but having Toby take care of the repairs and manage everything to get my car back to me was SUCH a huge help.He was great showing me exactly what had happened with the car and even had this great software where he was able to actually show me how the various parts fit together and exactly what they would be doing with my baby.The repairs were completes promptly and well and my car looks just like new.Would absolutely go to Beetler's again for future bodywork repairs.

Had a very piss poor experience with this body shop and it staff!!!!! We were recommend this place by several family members to take care of our car that had been in a accident right before our 1st child was to be born. We kept being reassured that the car was in good hands and that the car would be A-1.....after 3 months of patiently waiting we picked it up. The paint looked like it was painted by a 4th grader and polished by a cheese grader. It s sad that Toby wouldn t work on the cars himself and would let some low level body guys ruin a business he worked hard to build.......It s unfortunate but if your looking for great body work and paint repair this is not the place for you or anyone at that fact. Also the rental went over the agreed time the Insurence paid for and Toby bring the generous man he is promised he would cover it until done with the car but actions speak louder the words and Toby never followed through leaving us with a $1,000 bill from hertz in the mail.

Beetler's doesn't do good work, they do GREAT work! I have a 2001 Chrysler Prowler which was in need of door and qtr panel work. They nailed it out of the park with fit and finish. The factory pin stripes were hand painted at the factory, Beetler's duplicated them. After numerous car washes everything still looks factory. Also, they're shop rate labor and materials is so reasonable nobody can touch them.

First time customer, 3 years ago was pretty decent. FAST and good work. Had two jobs done in past year and both show sanding scratches under the paint, and most recently a LOT of dirt under the paint. Feels like grit under your hand its so bad. I used to do nearly perfect jobs spraying my own cars in my parents driveway with straight laquer 30 years ago, bugs and all. I cant believe they do this kind of work AND they actually own a spray booth! Shameful.

This shop offers great service at very reasonable prices. My car was hit and I brought it in to be fixed. They quoted me that the car would be fixed in 5 days, and it was fixed in 3 with a great price! The staff is super friendly and they totally understand that most people are working-class so they work with you the best they can! I love their service and I will recommend anyone to go to their shop!

I would never return to this place. We took our vehicle in for repairs and the car was in there almost 5 weeks. When we picked it up, the front bumper was never repaired and an additional part was never replaced on the lift gate. We were told the part would take a couple of days to come in....SIX WEEKS later, and absolutely NO follow up on their part, the part arrived. We took the vehicle back in for repairs and were told it would be fixed in a couple of hours. THREE days later we picked the car up. When we got home, the part that was installed has a huge gap in it that wasn't there before. I just don't care. I would never go back there. And a special note to the guy that answers the phone.....dont tell customers that you have called them and left messages when you haven't.

GREAT JOB! I was in an accident that needed extensive repairs and body work. Everything was handled by Tony and he made it easy from the rental to the insurance to all that needed to be done. Thanks! I would definitely go back in the future if needed. Jackie Buehner

They worked on my Audi. They did an outstanding job on the car. This estimate was lower than others we received. We made the right decision having them do the work.

Be aware your job will never get done. My doors were setting for a month they kept saying almost done color not matching . I show up today to see them untouched same spot I dropped them.Be aware read reviews don't waste your time and money

I had the unfortunate experience of 2 dents in 3 months. Toby and crew took good care of me with excellent results. I am a little worried about things happening in 3's but if it does I will be back at Beetler's!

Price was competitive and they actually finished a little faster than I expected. They did a very good job and even put some deodorizer in the interior. Would reccomend

Go somewhere else, literally anywhere else. Missed time estimates, won't call you back, straight lies about expectations, and just jerks you around. These guys are cheap, but the cost savings is not at all worth the headaches.

Rushed work.. brought back to redo... sat in parking lot for 3 weeks... buffed .. compounded... still spotty on areas repainted.. wasted $$$ ... go somewhere else
