They came in, discusssed in good detail what they were going to do. Completed the job efficiently. He spent a good amount of time trying to remove as much of the broken glass within the door as possible.

I had this company replace the windshield on my '74 Ford pickup truck since it had a crack in it. When the back glass started leaking, I called to have it replaced as well. Scott showed up around 3:30 p.m. and talked about and played around with the gasket for almost 45 minutes before basically telling me that he didn't want to replace it since I was going to have the truck restored at some point and then I would have to pay to have it done again. He sealed it with a type of caulk and gave me his number so I could text him to let him know if I was still having problems after it rained again. He also said no charge for the visit as I had them replace the windshield, I was "part of the family."About a week later it rained and the glass still leaked so I sent him a text but did not hear back from him. I called the shop's number two days later and a service answered. When I said I had a '74 Ford, the person replied we don't work on vehicles that old. I told her that wasn't true as they already replaced the windshield. Then I asked if I could speak to the person at the shop close to my house and was told I could only speak to someone from the scheduling service. I told her that wasn't true either as I had called this same number four times and spoke directly to the person sitting in the office about 15 minutes from my house each time. I was then told she would pass the message along and I should expect a call back that afternoon.When I didn't receive a call back, I called two days later and was connected with the local office. The lady said she was just talking to Steve that morning about my vehicle... When I asked why no one had replied to my text or called me back, she didn't have an answer.When I asked if I could schedule to have someone replace the back glass, she said the vehicle wasn't in the proper shape and a repair couldn't be guaranteed. I said I would sign off that I understand the risk that a replacement might not fix the leak and she refused to schedule the repair.If they didn't want to do the work in the first place, they could just say so. When Steve came out, he could have said I can't do this or we won't do this but he gave me this song and dance about how not doing it was in my best interest and they were treating me like family. My family is honest with me, returns my texts messages and my phone calls so I guess not all families do things the same way.As an aside, I had the windshield repaired and it doesn't leak but it wasn't done by Auto Glass Fitters.Service: Auto windshield repair

I had my windshield replaced by another company and by morning my rear view mirror had fallen off. I drove to this location thinking this was the company that did the installation but it was not. Even though they had not done the installation they stopped what they were doing and reattached my mirror so I could get back on the road. Thank you very much!

After having a problem withSafelite not having my windowwhen I arrived for my appointmentI reached out to Auto Glass Fitters.Wish I would have contacted them first. First person I talked to was Melissa. She was great. She found the window and set me up with a on site appointment. Chris the installer notified me when he received the glass and arrived when he said he would. Extremely happy with his work and professionalism. Chris was our technician and he was great! He had to install our windshield and battle the ice and snow at the same time. He showed up super quick and did a professional job! Definitely would use them again. Also, the woman that gave me the quote for the install was very helpful. She gave a fair price and was friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

First time they were scheduled to come the windshield was damaged and they asked to reschedule. Understandable. Second time tech arrives 20 min late and says he doesn t have the correct part and has to run to the shop. One hr goes by I call back to find out the tech isn t returning today and I was never notified. I cancelled my order and will be using a different company.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I'll start off by saying that Auto Glass Fitters was recommended through my insurance company, and they paid the bill. Although I can't comment on price, I can say that these guys blew away the last glass fitters.I had my windshield replaced just over a year ago. The last company (also recommended by my Ins.) was slow, lacked communication and they were messy.I recently had another cracked windshield, but this time went with Auto Glass Fitters. The appointment was scheduled quickly and I had constant contact with the installer so I knew exactly when he would arrive. When he arrived, he did a thorough check of the car to show me all of the current scratches and issues (last guys didn't) and pointed out a couple things the last guys did wrong. There was some grease on the fabric around the windows that weren't properly cleaned up and the strip on the top of my car wasn't replaced correctly.The installer took about 45 mins (which he quoted earlier) and showed me around the car when he was complete. The best part, he cleaned up the grease the last guy left behind and fixed the strip on top. The job was done quickly and professionally. Would recommend in the future.

If you need automotive glass, this is absolutely the place to go! Melissa is just an amazing person and Chris, who installed my windshield did such a fantastic job that I'm going back tomorrow to get another windshield for another vehicle! Highly recommend!!!

Auto Glass Fitters replaced my windshield. Scheduling was easy. The technician called to give approximate time of arrival and was punctual. Repair was done in my garage and was the lowest price when I compared quotes. I would highly recommend using them!

It was an average overall installation of my new glass windshield. The team was sufficient at performing in a timely mannerism for my automobile needs. I will definitely be using them again in the future as the need to have the glass replaced has become more frequent for my life.

I went online on Sunday evening to get a couple of quotes on replacing my windshield. Glass Fitters called me first thing Monday. They were knowledgeable as to what the process is, availability and worked with me on price. They set up the appt. and within 24 hours my windshield was replaced and I never left my home. I am still waiting for the other glass replacement places to even return my emails and phone calls. This is my second experience with Auto Glass Fitters....would recommend them to everyone.
