I wish I could give no stars. Order of recent ratchet set was not what we expected, did not work for the function we needed it for and pretty costly. Called to ask how to get refund and they said no because it was a custom order. Ordering from a drop down list? How is that custom? I think If I told you how long I wanted it maybe that would be custom, AND isn t the point of the ratchet to customize the length? Makes no sense, but just reminds me on why I don t place order with companies such as this. I will stick with Amazon who has low cost, and no issues with returning anything. Shop at Amazon!!!!!!!! I am sure you will find everything you need there!

We buy our load bars from John and he is such a pleasant man to work with. He remembers who we are, even when it's been a year since we last ordered. Great customer service! Will always go to them first.

I dealt with Chris in Customer Service numerous times in the same day asking questions as they popped up, he was always informative, and courteous. I don't care that I live 3 states away anytime I need a ratchet/strap from here on out its coming from Lodi Metals. The receptionists Debbie and Rachel were also awesome as well!EDIT 1/3/22Got my package before Christmas and every thing exceeded expectations, not enough great things can be said about their products!

I take tubing in there. Ed on the dock great guy. Friendly and good natured. Never had a bad experience. If you need some kind of load bars ratchet straps hooks for car haulers they have them. Not sure if you can buy directly from them, but I think you can.

I called this company after being unable to find what I needed anywhere on the web. I was immediately connected to a live person who, after telling me they didn't have what I needed either, casually told me they could custom make it. They custom made the product I needed, only charged me $5.00 for the customization and still had the item shipped to me within the same week! It's hard to find service like this any more. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Extremely polite, helpful and courteous people explained about all their materials that they handle and very reasonable on prices compared to having erail shipped to you from any other company in Ohio. It's not too long of a drive from Columbus and well worth the trip.
