By far the best car buying experience I've had! The staff was professional and friendly to deal with. Communication was amazing and they're financing banks are amazing especially with how the economy is right now.. 200% would buy from again!

Has a large selection and a wide price range. I was looking for a decent truck in the low price range and I'm happy with it. Everyone was great, had a few issues that I pointed out and they fixed them on the spot. I'll check back in a few mo ths and tell how the vehicle has run, hopefully last me awhile.

Great place , great vehicles! We have bought 2 trucks from them now. They are very friendly very down to earth ppl. They will not hound you to buy. They are very reliable. Definitely recommend

5 star experience. 10 if I could. My first visit with TeamRay. Actually the whole process was online and through texting with the owner Kim. Wonderful to work with. I ve been buying cars in our family for over 35 years and this was one of the smoothest most honest experiences with a true sense of how the customer feels. Kim answered every question promptly honestly and with pictures if necessary. Felt like family and we never met. Jeep was delivered to my home and down to the drivers and Kyle who handles the paperwork a truly great car buying experience. Completely trust this dealership and they stand behind their work and take pride in it. Buy here!

Bought a 2016 Ram 2500 cummins about 5 months ago, have put about 10k miles on it since. no issues, the experience was good. pretty much made the entire deal with kim over texting and met kyle to finalize everything. fast easy experience. will return in the future!

She worked for a few days getting us a truck in our monthly budget and cut us a deal other dealerships wouldn t even consider. We had a trade in that she took care of for us as well and we couldn t have been happier. They really put us first as customers and truly cared about what we needed. If we need another car we will be back there!!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGITIVE 5 I WOULD. BUYER BEWARE, I am a master ASE mechanic in both Auto and Heavy trucks. My sister and brother in law bought a truck from Team Ray back in July. When they brought the truck home, I looked it over the truck was sold to them with a tune and emission deleted. My sister called Team Ray about it. Team Ray told her they did not realize that it had been deleted. Team Ray asked her to bring it back and they would put everything back on. It is not legal to sell a vehicle with emission delated, they could be fined by the government. My sister took the truck back to team, yeas Team Ray put everything back on. It was all used parts. Things seemed to be ok until our families and friends were on vacation. On our way through Ohio on the turnpike the truck quit. It took me an hour to get back around to help team. Now keep in mind they are towing a 30ft camper and I am towing an 36ft 5th wheel. When I got back to them, the truck would just start and stall. To get the truck off the turnpike I loosened the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) form the head pipe. The truck started and was able to limp off the turnpike. I cut a hole in the bottom side of DPF because I did not want to overheat the transmission with exhaust blowing on it. I wrote a Google review in a parking lot of a Walmart at that time slamming Team Ray. Team Ray called my sister in the morning after reading the review. They did try to make it right, because we were close to them, Team Ray brought out another truck and gave them some cash as a good will jester so we could go on vacation. Team Ray said that they would make it right and the truck would be ready to be picked on our way back home from vacation. The truck was ready so we picked it on the way home. Things seem to be good until mid Sept when the truck started acting up again. My sister to a Ford dealer at this time, the dealer replaced the turbocharger at the tune of $5500. The dealer had the truck for 3 weeks this time. Three weeks later a message showed up on the instrument cluster saying the service Diesel Exhaust fluid system or you will be limited to 50 mph in 40 miles. They took it back to the Ford dealer, this time the dealer has had the truck for 7 weeks and now are being told it needs a DPF at the tune of +$7000. All these repair are a result of Team Ray trying to retro the truck back to factory. Team Ray put used parts (wrong parts for the truck), splicing wires for sensors back together and not returning the engine computer back to a factory software level. I will say it again DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FORM TEAM RAY. They are relying on a customer not knowing anything about a vehicle.

If I could give a lower review I would, after purchasing a 2008 gt500 with 22k miles for 31k with supposedly no issues. The car was anything but. First the steering column was rubbing on the headers, water leaking in from windshield coming through glove box all in the first week. They ended up fixing that for me as they should but then a quick 3 weeks later catastrophic engine failure cause was off brand fuel injectors (somebody cheaped out and didn t buy the name brand) which they did nothing about.

Had a great experience with Team Ray. They had the truck I wanted at a ok price and we met in the middle. Place isn't a fancy dealership but that make me feel like I'm not going to overpay because of their overhead. Made a deal over the phone and drove 400 miles to pick it up. It was just as advertised. No fooling around I was in and out within an hour. No passing me around between sales and sales manager or any of that nonsense. One of the better vehicle buying experiences I've ever had.

If you want a really amazing car buying experience. This is a place for you. If you are tired of the typical car salesman experience and want to be treated like you mean something, like I said this is the dealership for you. They made my experience the most simple and straightforward experience ever, they took care of me like family and treated me so. They are here to help anyone. Had a great experience!!!!! Kim and kyle both were real nice and didnt give me the run around. Let me test drive a few trucks and we got things figured out. Bought a nice 2012 f350 a few weeks ago from these guys and just yesterday truck started having fuel pressure issues and stalling out. Got ahold of Kyle and he told me to being her on up and see what we can do for ya. Texted back the next day saying truck was fixed at no cost to u man come pick her up!!! That's pretty good customer service in my book. Thanks again Team Ray. I'd be a returning customer if needed in the future.

Customer service is above and beyond. Noticed when i got home after purchasing my truck and noticed tge touch screen radio didnt work. Even though they didnt have to since i bought as/is they went and purchased a new radio and had it shipped to my house. Will deff be buying from them again.

Just looking to see if anyone has experience a trade in with this dealership and I Haven t bought from them yet but after reading the reply s back to low reviews. Already falling in love with this place . They know how to handle business the right way it sounds like ! Sounds like my kinda people to deal with.
