I highly recommend Norman's family collision for car repairs, painting or any body work needed for your vehicle. They are meticulous in their work and only accept top quality replacement parts which can be hard to find. I am so pleased with their service. Stacy kept me updated with what was going on and my vehicle was in beautiful condition. Thanks to all for a good experience after an accident.

Stacey, as always, was so helpful in getting the repairs completed on my vehicle. This company has been our go to for many years and they are so above customer service. They treat you as family. We recently had hail damage both of our vehicles. Took them to Norman Family Collision in Bellevue, Ohio. All i can say both vehicles look absolutely amazing!!!! We treated fair and with care. I f anyone has damage to your vehicles go see them. Thank you Norman family collision for making our vehicles like new again.

I have brought my vehicles here several times for various repairs. I am NEVER disappointed in the quality or professionalism of the work! The car always comes back looking like you are driving it off the sales lot for the first time. Excellent customer service and a job well done by Norman Family Collision! My car looks brand new! They even gave it a good cleaning before returning it back to me! Norman Family Collision has repaired a few of my vehicles over the years and for others in my family. They do an amazing job. I always got my car back looking just as good as the day I bought it, if not better! They truly care about their customers and their vehicles and it really shows in the work that they do! The fact that I m supporting a small family business is also always a plus!

I was in a fender-bender and they got me in the next day to pop a rear bumper panel back into place. The whole thing took 5 minutes and they didnt even charge me for the time or repair. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend to everyone!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Thanks everyone at norman family collision !!!We contacted our insurance an they said they could set us up with a body shop in sandusky...an we said, no way we only use normans. If we didnt know any better they acted like we could not use the shop we wanted too. So please everyone be aware that you the customer can choose normans family collision !!Angie an dan kidd

I would recommend this local family owned business. They go the extra mile to provide great customer service and quality work. The outside looked amazing and they took the extra time to clean the inside too!!! I would highly recommend this professional local business.

The insurance wanted to total the van. With their guidance and experience in how to handle the insurance company save us from being taken advantage of. They saved us over 900.00 with their guidance.

Norman s do not stand behind their work ! They gave me the the run around. They told me I had a heater core leak when in fact it was just a leak with the door that they had replaced like I suspected all along. The whole door needed adjusted and a seal fixed. $250 later another repair shop fixed their horrible work.
