Needed some new O2 sensors for my 2010 f150. Went to advanced in town on Monday they told me they couldn't have them until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and were going to charge me almost $400. So I drove down to Napa they had one of the O2 sensors I needed and could get the other one by 7:30 a.m. Tuesday for almost $100 cheaper!!!!

Had my alternator go out on the way to work, called up just as they were getting ready to close and asked if they could deliver the part to the parking lot where I was stuck. They did, Absolutely awesome! Definitely gonna keep these guys in mind if I need any parts while I'm in the area

Stopped in looking for pads and routers for my car. The guys at the counter were super nice and helped me decide which option was best for my car. Although they didn't happen to have what I needed in stock, they offered to get them from their other store and have them to me within an hour if needed. I didn't need them till the next day anyway, so I didn't mind waiting. The prices were comparable to any big chain store, but the service was much better! They even carried them out to my car for me and thanked me for shopping their locally owned and operated store! NAPA will continue to be my first stop for parts, regardless of how many big parts stores come to town!

Top rate service, my car battery died, and Trevor came to my house and gave me a jump, then installed my new battery on top of that. These guys know their stuff and I highly recommend this place.
