D greeted us right away. He was pleasant and helpful. He was honest and gave us all the information regarding the Jeep we were interested in. D ended up detailing our Jeep himself because the service department was busy. He went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased. We drove away as committed customers, who will shop at Myers for all of our automotive needs! Thanks D, you ve earned customers for life!

When I called to schedule my appointment for my 2019 Ram oil service and tire rotation, they were easily able to accommodate my schedule needs. The appointment went very well. Took about an hour maybe a little more but everything was very satisfactorily done. People were very pleasant and it wasn t any more expensive than I had expected to pay. overall I was very happy with the service visit with them again. I will continue to bring my Ram here whenever it needs anything.

I wish less than one was an option because that s what they deserve. I took my truck to them because it needed a new engine and well needless to say I wish I wouldn t have. It took them almost 3 months to complete my truck and there was little to no communication the whole time. When I got the truck back there was no visible antifreeze in the reservoir and there was 5 missing bolts in the OIL PAN!! also one missing bolt that connects the engine to the transmission. Needless to say I was upset but i figured that I would just take care of those problems because it wasn t leaking oil and it wasnt t overheating but than I put 700 miles on this brand new motor and all the sudden my dashboard lit up like a christmas tree than the truck wouldn t go over 50 mph so I limped it into the nearest parking lot and I scanned the truck and the main one was intake manifold pressure to high so I popped the hood and found that the one side of the intake manifold the bolts were only finger tight, and the ones on the other side were barely snug. While I was tightening them to hopefully get the truck home I bumped the fuel line and it popped off the fuel rail, well they broke the retaining clip and just put it back it s a miracle it held that long. But the most recent thing I found was when I was goi f to adjust my headlights I found out that they had broke one of the plastic clips on my grill because when I unbolted it it fell and I had to catch it before it hit the ground and they ripped out one of the wires to my resistor to my LED turn signals. I d say the only thing they did some what right was my tires but they didn t even get that right they put the wrong TPMS sensors in the tires they won t read the correct tire pressure and when it gets to cold they will tell me the tires need filled when they are already at the proper PSI. I really hope no one else gets screwed over by these people

I would recommend Myers to anybody and everybody. The staff is extremely friendly & work hard to you exactly what you want. One of the smoothest processes I ve encountered! I walked away a happy customer thanks to Rolland and Jon.

Excellent service department. After the issues I had with my truck from the dealership I purchased from (Liberty Ford) it was a breath of fresh air to have skilled mechanics do such an excellent job on my repairs. Even before looking at the truck, just based on a quick video I showed them of a leak I had they said it was probably the water pump. They did the diagnostic and sure enough it was the water pump. They also took care of some rubbing noises in my steering column without being asked. They just noticed it while pulling the truck in and fixed it for me. Recall work was also done without prompting, they seen the recall pop up with vin check and took care of it. They even fixed a prior issue I had with my wiper fluid that the purchasing dealership was supposed to fix but their "fix" only lasted a week. I'm confident in Myers enough that it's truly fixed.Overall, I don't think my experience could have been any better. I will be taking my truck here for any and all future repairs going forward.Highly recommend!!

My family has bought nine vehicles from Myers. There's a reason for this. Customer service is top notch. The sales team and management are friendly and very helpful. The service department is amongst the best I've ever dealt with. Can't recommend them enough.

I understand inflation and the need to adjust prices. However I was never made aware of recent increase of oil change service prices. Prices sure sky rocketed. Also I was not informed they would be rotating my tires which was an additional charge I was not made aware of. I went in for a simple oil change and was charged over $90.Side note; When scheduling my appointment I mentioned a parking sensor was pushed in and to have them take a look into that for repair and they did not.I have never had any issues with myers and always believe them to have great staff.

Joe is a great guy to deal with. Bought 2 from him and will do business with him and Myers again. Highly recommend going to them. Small family dealership is going to do more to earn your business than other dealerships

Rolland was super nice and got me into a 2021 Ford EcoSport SES. He didn't question anything. He got me approved with 1,000 down and my trade. Super friendly and super happy. Test drove the car last night and it drove amazing. Absolutely love it.

Had a coolant leak and called Myers. Was told I could bring it in the next day. Myers was able to diagnose and repair the problem that morning. I was grateful they were able to do this that morning, because like many, can't go without a car. I would recommend myers.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! They sold me a car with title that shows the wrong VIN number! I traded the car in on a new car and it was obviously red flagged by the other dealer. I've been trying to get it resolved for over a month with them and they just keep coming up with excuses to why it is not resolved yet! My wife has been without a car for over a month because we cannot get the title work for our new car sorted out until they produce a proper title for the one I purchased from them!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY!

I drove from NC to Ohio just to pick up my dream Jeep and I was not disappointed with the Jeep or the guys at Myers!! I would recommend Meyers to anyone who asks. Roland was especially helpful answering all of the questions I had. Once I made a decision, he quickly located the exact van I was looking for. I was shocked how easy it was to complete all the logistics and paperwork. I handled everything over the phone which really helped my busy schedule. They delivered the car to me at my home, which was very convenient and appreciated. I am very happy with the whole buying process and the helpful service at Meyers. Thank you!

I had an incredible buying experience from Myers. Right from the start the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt any pressure and they were very transparent with me on the whole journey. The purchasing process was straight forward and they worked with the banks to get me a good rate. I live in Michigan and having them deliver the vehicle was no issue for them. It saved me a ton of time and money. I hope to work with them again in the future. It should always be this easy.

Joe was my salesman. He was very helpful, quick and to the point. I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter. All I had to do was give him a ballpark budget and he found her an awesome Jeep. Chad made the paperwork quick and easy. He was able to answer all my questions as well. It was a great car buying experience!
