was super nice and considerate my alternator went bad and I had work the next day and he got it done the same day. Did a really good job keeping me updated and everything also! Would 100% recommend.

This company saved my butt big time. My alternator died in my 2009 Honda Accord on the turnpike near Freemont - ...on Saturday - we agreed on a fair price over the phone and the Mechanic arrived and completed the job very quickly - I definitely recommend calling Lee Brothers before calling a tow - Thanks Team!

The Lee Brothers came to our rescue when one of our vehicles became disabled on 601 South. Traveling family 3+ hours away from our destination and not aware of the area. We weren't sure who to call. Came across the Lee Brother's through a Google search for mobile mechanics. So thankful. They were both awesome. Great service. Thank you for coming out to help us on the whim. Bobby Lee detailed my Chrysler 300. Outstanding job and very reasonable price. I ll be suggesting him to friends and family. Interior looks better than it did from the dealership.

Absolutely best experience with a mechanic I've ever had! Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My car wouldn't start while out of town for a cheer competition and he came right to our hotel to diagnose, repair, and get us back on our way. Thanks again!

I called them late at night and they answered and scheduled me for a house visit to check out my 2005 Jeep Liberty. They came the next morning to my house and diagnosed my vehicle and gave me fair pricing. Even though I did not wake up on time for their visit they still took care of my vehicle. Definitely recommend them.

Came to our house and replaced the starter. Super friendly, professional, and got our car running again quickly.Being satisfied with his service the first time, we asked him to come out again and do a brake replacement for us. He does good work, he s honest, and he is reasonably priced. We definitely keep him in mind when we need to get something done!Service: Brakes

The mobile mechanic came over to look at my 09 Subaru. He came out on very short notice and that was awesome but everything else in the experience was less than great.We took our alternator to 3 different locations over a week for a test, as he insisted that was what was wrong. Each time after testing he suggested another location to go to. 2 tests came back OK with the last location he suggested not even able to test it! Charged me 50 dollars to remove a part that wasnt broken, ignored me after he offered to come back and put it in (which he offered to do because his diagnosis was wrong) , and charged me 130 dollars for all if it( the week of Christmas) to come from Bellevue to Clyde. I don't recommend unless you know what's wrong and just need help fixing it. Diagnosis was a waste of time and money.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

I called last night, 3 August 2021, to inquire as to whether this company could look at the parking brake on my truck. He sounded disinterested from the beginning, and said, "wow, you sound like you really want this done," which I thought was strange for a mobile mechanic. Notwithstanding, he said he would be there between 11-12 the next day. I texted the address and he simply said "ok."When I had heard nothing by 1142 on 4 August 2021, I called and he sounded like he had just woken up and said he would leave in "a few minutes" and asked if I could put the truck on pavement and not on stones. I had my wife move the truck. He told me he was going to pull the back wheels, rotors, and calipers and look at the emergency brake pads and if they were bad he "couldn't help me." I told him as I explained last night, the cable was snapped, and the pads were fine. So apparently he doesn't listen. He said he would then look at the cable and see what he could do. By 1232 he still hadn't shown, I called again and asked if he was on his way, to which he replied "I will be in a few minutes. I have some things I'm working on."I told him that my wife had things to do and had been waiting over an hour and a half based on the timeframe he gave me and that I would have to cancel. In the most snide and condescending voice he told me, "that's fine man. If you want to find someone else do it because that's not how I do things."I regret ever calling this business and giving them my address. I cannot even begin to imagine how terrible the actual mechanical work would have been if it is at all comparable to the terrible attitude, lack of punctuality or consideration for another's time, and overall terrible customer service experience.Service: Brakes
