THANK YOU TIRE TEAM ! I was passing through on a road trip from New Mexico and the dang tire pressure light went on TIRE BROTHERS to the rescue! My husband who was not traveling with me warned via text that I was sure to be charged an ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR UNNECESSARY REPAIRS A short time later I was told easy fix ! Have you on the road in no time ! I was out the door for 32 bucks and less than an hour out of my trip!

Had issues with my brakes and rotors and East side tire bros was able to get my car in on short notice. Had my car back within a few hours. Great customer service! Will be back for future needs!

Logan was excellent to work with. My two tire order was unique. Work wasn't to start until the tires come in. The first order wasn't correct from the supplier. However, Logan caught the error and found another brand name that's fitting my needs, at the same quoted price. The delay between orders was only a couple days.Once the tires came, we scheduled the mounting. The day of the work, I waited. The crew found a faulty monitor sensor which was triggering a warning light on the dash. They were able to replace it and I'm back in business. Good experience all around.

Why give someone cracked up, dry rotted used tires? I go because I have a blow out. Less than a week later, tire is flat. That's just 170 dollars wasted. To have the tire taken off and brought to me out of disbelief. Wont be returning.

Went there to get an alignment and have my inner tire rod replaced, they got it done super quickly and Logan was really friendly and helpful and explained everything really well. I'm really grateful a friend of mine recommended it to me. Will visit next time I need my car worked on for sure!

I had surgery just before Thanksgiving and needed tires done. Couldn't drive for a while. Once I was able to no one was available. Thank you ya'll so much for taking my walk in! The staff was very friendly as well. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service & help.My daughter had issues with her tire early in the morning with a day s driving ahead. These guys were terrific! Did the work, got her a replacement tire and back on the road fast. (Did I mention that I called three people who would not help first??)Makes you realize who the good guys are and appreciate them!!! Thanks tons!!! We are so grateful.

The service is as timely as they can be. They are a bit busy, but they did get my car in quickly. I can't say anything negative about this place. The service guy is very nice and friendly.

Went in for a wheel alignment. I was in and out within 45 minutes and the price for the service seemed reasonable. Staff were super friendly and thorough.

I dropped off my truck at 1pm thinking that it would take awhile to complete my oil change. I was pleased that they called before 2pm to say my vehicle was ready. Great job, East Side Tire!

I am only giving them four stars due to their lobby. Sometimes when you're waiting for an hour plus on your vehicle he would like something more comfortable than a metal patio chair or a chair that used to cushioning but is now deteriorated to the point you don't want to sit in it. Other than that the service is great.Update 2-5-24Changed to 5 stars as the lobby has been improved with better seating and something interesting on TV to watch while you wait.

We got a flat on the Ohio Turnpike. Once our tow truck dropped us off, East Side Tire Bros had us on the road within 20 minutes! They were so helpful and it didn t break the bank.
