I had 4 new tires mounted and balanced to my Lincoln Continental, I did leave with a small wobble in one of the wheels but Tire Choice offered that I come back and get it corrected for free, great owner, fast and friendly techs, quick to answer the phone, nice equipment on hand

I gave them time to do what they needed to do and it got done well along with other minor issues they fixed. Nice crew ,cool and professional manager. And I got a couple Dale Earnhardt porcelain bears while I waited thank you guys

It was a great experience from start to finish. Very thorough on explaining the issue and gave options to choose that met my financial situation. Will be back for more vehicle maintenance. I wish other places understood quality customer service.

Hayden and his team were phenomenal. Came in with my van today in preparation for a road trip for Thanksgiving. They took great care of us, and were incredible communicators. Call them and schedule with them directly!

Quick and efficient! Got a good deal on my tires . Staff is friendly and funny, they dont talk women into things they dont need! Really appreciate the great customer service, they even loaded it in my car!

The guys here are so nice and friendly. Always upfront and honest. Always takes pride in the work and the customers car. Stopped in today to get tires on my Jeep. I know I will leave with a vehicle safe for the road. The price is fair and in line with most tire places... Yes I checked. If you want good quality products you have to pay a little more. Nothing less then the best for our vehicles. The service is top notch. I am glad to Gary back in this store.

Hands-down this is the best place to bring your car. They are willing to work with people and I have referred several of my friends and family which all have been great experiences. This is the local shop to use if you live around here, or even if you re from out of town, they will be more than willing to help you and do an amazing job. They helped me with the price when I really needed it

This place is awesome. They were able to get my blown up car in the same day I called. They checked it out for me within 15 to 30 minutes and called me back. I was unable to get my car out of their way within three days due to having no transportation and instead of towing it away they kept it there for me and made my life alot cheaper and easier. Thanks again sir with the tattoos and thank you Austin for saving me the money, the hassle, and the stress.

Definitely a zero star rating. 900 bucks for breaks and new rotors and still have same problems. And now pay out of pockets for hub cap center piece that was lost during my visit. Will never go back to this place what a joke.

Called to have tires removed that are new from my old wheels and to install them on my new wheels and was told they don t do that unless I buy from them and recommend me to another shop that s bad for business

I had a vehicle that broke down. This company was able to repair my vehicle in 4 hours. Other auto repair shops usually take a full day or longer for these types of repair. Great job.Unfortunately I had additional problems with my vehicle of a different nature. Nick and his crew were great in fixing the problem. The only thing it took longer then expected to fix but at no fault of the crew. Nevertheless they did a great job. Thanks again.

Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to see the owner and the employees just standing around talking with a full shop came in for two tires to be replaced that s it just mounted and balanced and it took them almost 2 1/2 hours.

My fianc� used them last year to get tires for his car the Bellefontaine shop didn t have his tires so they sent him to Springfield and the guys were so helpful! They ve been fantastic to work with.I got a flat tire and called about 40 minutes before they closed and asked them if I could drop my tire off and then drop my car off that following morning to get the tire put back on. The gentleman on the phone said absolutely not a problem. The next morning they got me taken care of. I would highly recommend them for any tire needs. We ve had nothing but a positive experience with them and they seem like they truly care about their customers.

Tire Choice Auto Service go above and beyond. I was stranded with a complete flat tire. And normally they don't do house calls but they came to me, got my tire, took it to the shop and fixed it, then brought it back, all while it was snowing pretty hard and very extremely cold out. They all have very excellent customer service. And the tech that came out was super sweet. They were a God send. Thank you Tire Choice Auto Service for being amazing!!!

Talked with Ray this morning (right when the store opened) and was very impressed with his customer service--a lot of times people struggle to show a "smile" through the phone that early. Also, when I got to the shop, he took the time to explain exactly what I needed to get me out the door safely. Thanks for your professionalism, Ray--that's how you keep customers coming back!

My 18 year old had a nail in his back passenger tire, so he made a appointment to get it fixed, or get a new tire put on today. Well all they did was break TWO lugnut studs off and try to charge him $30 to fix them. Plus $230 for a new tire. Seems to me they seen a 18 year old kid with Honda whites on and a new Civic and tried to take Advantage of him! My advice is find a different place in town because this place is Shady!!! I would say more but I've wasted enough time on this place today!

Brought my 08 patriot in there to Austin who was a rockstar the whole experience! Will definitely be coming back and recommend to people here on the lake! 10/10

Very impressed with the mechanic at Monro Muffler. I went in for an alignment but according to their system it was fine. He said he didn't want to do work that wasn't needed. His honesty was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!!

Thank you to everyone at Munro who helped fix my car! Cody figured out what was wrong & Chris fixed the CV axle on my car & the manager Rick gave such great customer service. Best of all, this Monro site gives a military discount! Thank you for honoring my service!! I ll definitely go back here whenever I need work on my car.

We moved up into the Logan county area 5 years ago from Columbus. I really didn't know what to think. Our family had been going to the same mechanic in Columbus for 10+ years, and couldn't have been happier. So losing him was a big hit to us after our move.After doing bouncing around from to shop to shop, and not really finding what we had been looking for. We decided to give Tire Choice a go. We started with just an oil change, which was where we met the store manager, Nick Barnes.I was blown away at his knowledge, he was able to answer any and all questions (Lord knows I had quite a few!) and was just as friendly and respectful as anyone can be. Pardon the cliche, but it was like picking up a conversation with a best friend after a short absence. Nick went above and beyond for my wife and I that day. We went from going in for a simple oil change to check out the place to being set on making this our shop of choice from the future forward.We have since gone back for numerous (thankfully) small repairs/services and Nick continues to just knock it out of the park. I'm not one to normally write reviews, but this had to be done.We've told all of our friends about the shop and the professional treatment we have always gotten. We will continue to rave about Nick and his no pressure, great guy attitude. You've won some customers for life. Thank you, Nick!- The Anderson's
