Had issue with car after repairs. I brought it in for inspection. I had a replacement part acting up and after inspection was told no codes, errors, or issues were seen. I explained I have photo evidence the dashboard was showing problems with it.I then felt bullied or threatened by the body shop staff to accept their decision.Don t listen to their lies when they say they guarantee a lifetime warranty on all work done. When the time comes to make good on the promise, they threaten and bully. Will never recommend anyone to go there and will never do business with Steve Austin again.

We had my vehicle repaired at the body shop for the first time. THEY WERE AMAZING TO WORK WITH!! I would highly recommend them to everyone. They communicated with me every step of the way, which I greatly appreciate. It did take quite a bit of time to get the vehicle in. But it's understandable.

Best car buying experience we ever encountered. Made the deal over the phone by the time we got to the dealership everything was ready to go in and out within 30 minutes. Shout out to Samantha for a job well done.I will definitely be using them again on my next purchase would recommend them to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle.

The most unprofessional service department I have truly ever met in the new car business. I requested a call from Gary Bolen, the GM....left message, also emailed him, didn't matter...never responded. I will continue to leave appropriate feedback daily until he does.

Great dealership! Came here to get my paperwork done for the car I bought in their Lakeview location and RJ was super kind and helpful through the process! I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly, never felt more welcomed and actually treated as an equal!

My elderly parents called about the ac on the truck they had purchased at Steve Austin s and were told they had a warranty to bring it in and they would look at. After looking at the truck and seeing what was wrong with it, they looked up the warranty and found out the warranty was expired. They then charged my parents $107 for what they had looked at. I am very unhappy with this! They asked my parents to come in and they charged them when they told them there was a valid warranty. The mistake was on Steve Austin s part, there should have been no charge !

It wouldn't let me give ZERO STARS! Short backstory......my husband is a seasoned auto technician. We have a vehicle that we have completely rebuilt the motor in. It has one engine code and occasionally stalls at stop signs after it has completely warmed up. My husband is disabled and cannot get under cars like he used to and we do not have the equipment needed to do a complete diagnosis. We spoke with the Service Manager and explained the situation and decided to take it to their garage for diagnosis ONLY!I drove it to their lot with no issues. After it was in their shop for an entire day and a half, they finally called to tell us what they had found. We were informed that they would repair it for $2700, which we refused since we had only asked for diagnosis. We stopped and paid for it on our way out of town on Friday. When we stopped to pick it up later, it couldn't even be driven across the lot. It had the original engine code (which was expected), 2 throttle body codes, various lights on on the dash, and was in "limp mode," meaning it had absolutely no excelleration. After waiting until Monday afternoon to hear from the service manager, we were told "it's not our fault your car took it's last breath while in our garage." But that if we wanted to bring the key back out, they would get it back to the garage to see if they could find what the issue was but it would cost us. We decided to replace the throttle body to see if we could at least get it home. When we removed the air intake, there were 2 shop rags shoved into the throttle body. Once we removed them, the vehicle started right up and ran fine the whole way home. I met with the owner to inform him of the issues we had. He did nothing but try to talk circles around the situation and defended his technicians, which I can understand. But, my vehicle was intentionally disabled. There is no reason, in the process of diagnosis, for shop rags to be shoved into the throttle body. And there is no way they were overlooked, as suggested by the owner, when replacing the intake. Is it really their policy to disable vehicles so the they can overcharge someone to repair it back to the state it was in when a customer DROVE their vehicle to them and trusted them to be honest??I would add photos but it won't let me.

We go today (May 20, 2023) with my daughter to buy a car. Of course we try to have a better deal in price (like every normal customer). The account guy come to us and he told us that they dont work like this and we are loosing our time and his time. Very disappointed with how you treat a customer (we have bought 2 cars before from this company with a very better customer service). For less as $ 200.00 we didnt buy the car from this place and of course I never will return to this place. I have the right and obligation to ask and if you guys feel that this is a "loosing of time", for sure we dont have nothing to talk about. You are not selling the Holly Grial to treat customers like this. Dont waste your time apologizing or calling us. WE ARE DONE WITH YOU GUYS!!! You lost more as a sale... as Benjamin Franklin said: "A small leak will sink a great ship."

We brought our car in for a drivers side window that would not move up or down, and Detrick told me that the mechanic fixed some pinched wires and it still didn't work so he banged on the motor which made it work. We drove our car the next morning and the window would not move up or down again and we were charged $330. I immediately took it back to Austin's and Detrick informed us we would need a new window motor and he wouldn't charge us for labor. I had no problem with replacing the motor but I am not happy about paying the initial $330.00 for someone banging on the motor because I know the labor couldn't be THAT MUCH! We were hoping to continue our car service with Steve Austin but our experience certainly casts doubt on the labor costs of Steve Austin's. Detrick was very helpful but his explanation certainly did not justify the $300.00. Detrick is supposed to check on additional parts for us and give an estimate for the other parts, so we will wait for his call.

I saw a car on the internet, asked for info and got an immediate call back as usual. What wasn't usual was the fact that they actually had a car! Not one that had been ordered, or one that had just been sold, but an actual physical car on their lot! My daughter and I spent maybe a grand total of an hour to 90 min at the dealership in total on 2 different days. Everything else was able to be completed by text or phone. They were quick, friendly, responsive, understanding, and respectful of me and my time. Excellent experience!

When I arrived, I asked if it was possible to do an oil change within an hour window, and the technician assured me that would be no problem (and remembered me from my previous oil change) and was completed within 30 minutes! He even verified if I needed tire rotation- which I did. Thank you!

Kelli was great. We were treated well from everyone from Mickie making sure we had something to drink to JR getting our financial papers in order.. Kelli was excellent. We both felt she went above what she needed to do.

It was time for oil change and a check up. I appreciate the staff and the quick service I get each time I stop in. The service area is always so clean. The service driver that takes me somewhere while my service is being done is always courteous and quick to respond.I really trust the service technician to do a great job. The pricing is really comparable and I don't think I could get the same service somewhere else.

Recently needed a remote entry key fob for my vehicle. I took the old unit in and they tested it for free. As it turned out it was defective, no signal output. The crew at Steve Austin's ordered a new one, got it the next day and programmed it to my van. 24 hour service and excellent information on use of new remote. Further more we were treated with respect and dignity, even though this was an older vehicle. Kudos to service and parts departments as well as the cashiers office for fast friendly service, and providing me with a chair as I spoke with the parts department. Will highly recommend this establishment.

I really liked that when I would call in to check on my truck, I could talk to Matt directly because he was the one working on it. He went above and beyond by dealing with an open recall and fixing a leaking tire. I had a great experience at Steve Austin's.

Not happy at all with service manager, have a 2017 Camaro SS there with a blown motor and he rudely accused me of abusing the car and refusing any help, the car has 7000 miles and he is concerned about the back tires being worn, of course there worn, there summer only tires, very soft compound and it's a 6 speed manual, that's far from abuse, they just don't wanna be loyal to the loyal, good thing they can change oil fast and rotate tires, they'll never get my business. Hopefully gm steps up for me, as the car is barely out of warranty do not shop here for new cars, they only good at jiffy lube type of service. Only reason they got a star at all is because I had to choose one to be able to leave the review! Horrible service manager !

This was my first experience with Steve Austin's Body Shop, the result of an extensive front end collision with a deer as big as a cow. The final result was nearly $12,000 on a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado. I did not expect much, having heard horror stories from others who experienced similar circumstances. I was told, initially, that supply chain problems MAY result in delays and best estimates of completed repairs are just that = estimates. Imagine my surprise when Brice called me advising that all the parts were in on schedule and repairs were proceeding. I didn't expect a call at all, particularly with optimistic ( but realistic ) news. While the total repair took a few more days because of unforeseen glitches ( needed a tire, sensor, etc. ), Brice was transparent and forthcoming with relevant information. Kudos to whoever hired THAT guy ! I have and will recommend Steve Austin to whomever i become aware of that may benefit from their services.

I felt very comfortable being there, not so much at the Chevrolet dealer around the corner from me. I drove an hour to get there, but was very satisfied that I did! Very pleased with Detrick , for helping me save money! I don t think I spelled his name correctly, but he was extremely courteous!

We bought a truck here a few months ago. Kelli was our salesperson and she is AMAZING!Fast forward a few months, truck had some problems with the starter. Everything would be covered under the warranty, problem is we didn t have the info on hand.I was able to get ahold of Kelli, and she was able to get us through to the manager, who gave us all the info we needed to get the truck towed to the closest dealership (we were in Columbus at the time) so our truck could get fixed.Awesome dealership, they will always have our business! I m blown away by the team they have there, super amazing!
