By far the most helpful auto supply store i ve ever been to. I believe their names were Jeff and Joshua, incredibly helpful human beings. I came in looking for a wire harness for a new radio I had purchased and Joshua ended up helping me put together the wires and saved me time (and the potential failure of doing it myself). Would recommend shopping here.

Great service, great prices, and quality parts. After an excellent experience with an awesome associate today who was giving it 110%, they will now be my first stop for anything I need. They took a problematic situation I was dealing with and helped me so much, I didn't even have to think about it. I told the associate what I needed and in minutes, he had everything I needed on the counter and ready to check out. They literally saved my day.

I went to three auto parts stores this evening. 2 of them were not helpful. The last one I went to , which now will most likely be the first and only was O Reilly s. I was very impressed! Great customer service and they didn t make me feel like I was stupid.

Came to O'Reillys for a new windshield wiper blade and wasn't sure about which one to use. Brad came over and knew exactly what to do. Brad checked my new 2023 International LT blades and recommended an excellent blade for my truck. Thank you, Brad for your knowledge and for the awesome service.

Scott (Randy ) and Jeff saved us some money today. They could have just let us buy new calipers, but they pointed out that they may just need the compression tool .they were right. Thanks guys!

Diagnosed a heating issue on a family members mini-van and found it was a comfort only part needed I started looking online to compare price, availability, warranty in my area. Of all the big name parts stores close to me OReillys actually came out on top of all my criteria. (To be fair two others did tie for warranty but one did not have the part in stock despite their website stating they did and the other place was almost double the price.). Arrived at the store and was immediately greeted. Only wait was short for the employee at the parts counter to finish helping the customer in front of me. I had the OReillys part # I needed and provided it to the employee. This guy could have just strolled back and grabbed it and sent me packing but he surprised me. NOT in a know it all or condescending way he said " You probably have the right number but would you mind if I check your vehicle type to make sure I DO NOT MESS UP and send you off with the wrong part". I liked this A LOT and after giving him the normal info he said three parts were available at different prices. We briefly discussed my needs and he explained the difference in the parts then with no sales pressure went and got my part. It looked TOTALLY different then the failed part but we went over it and saw it was correct. Employee provided information on the rewards program and even found I already had a old account with them to use. Only thing I would recommend is to perhaps have a second employee available (perhaps they were on break,lunch, etc) as at least four or five other customers came in while he was helping me. From my experience on this visit I wouldnt mind having to wait a few to get best price and great service but not everyone is as patient.

I needed them to hook up the diagnostics tool, my check engine light came on the night before. The man at the counter did the check, he was very rude and asked whens the last time I had an oil change. There's a big difference between the oil light and an engine light. He said it came back as e-vap, which could be just the gas cap not being in right, he redid my gas cap and told me to drive around and see if the engine light went off? There was no customers when I got there and the service attendant acted like I was bothering him. He didn't say anything other than to drive around till it went off. I will never go back to the O'Reilly's in Bellefontaine, Ohio again. Very rude service.

I love coming here and buying parts from this shop, but I will not go back to the one in Marysville because Jeff is not here, I dont not like levi he is worthless and does not deserve the position he is in, since jeff has left my business followed him to Bellefontaine and will stay there as long as he is there Jeff and Woody are the best I absolutely love goin in here when there working, love joking around with them and they definitely make me feel welcome! Thank you Jeff for all the help between when you worked in Marysville and transferred to Bellefontaine,

I bought a cheaper battery from rural king and Autozone (despite what their website says) told me no... I checked O Rileys and they happily said yes. Once the holidays pass, I will be bringing all my car (and motorcycle) needs to O Rileys! Choose these guys!

Very friendly staff. Great customer service. Wether its a battery you need replaced or just a headlight/ taillight. They are always happy to put it in for you.

Friendly, fast service. They had the parts I needed in stock and had them waiting on the counter for me when I arrived. When I returned for core parts return, I was in and out in 5 minutes.
