I just purchased my second camper at MIG my experience was even better the second time. My salesman was Chris and he helped me the entire time. Jen at the Russel point location was a big help too. I wasn t planning on buying a new Rv but went to the maintenance department at MIG for a warranty on my deep cycle battery (that Jen was handling for me) I saw the camper and really really liked it. Chris went to work getting me the most for my trade and making the deal possible. This is going to be a great summer!!

The worst experience. Salesman quit, no nobody called to pick up camper. Was told camper would be completely looked over and anything broke would be fixed. Not the case at all I have had to order parts myself.

Not worth a one start. Very dissatisfied with the whole process . Took them two weeks to fix two scratches on canvas and to go thru it. It was dirty when we got it. We had to make our first payment before we got the camper. Even took friends to get a camper and they was promise things and never received for their camper. Should had had the camper before the bank payment was due

I had a wonderful experience working with Jay Mahoney at MiG RV. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and never pressured me into making a decision. He took the time to understand my needs and patiently answered all my questions. Thanks to his excellent service, I found the perfect RV without any stress or pressure. We bought a Retro Riverside RV & absolutely love it. Ron & Bryan were awesome to work with & Charlie taught us a lot about the camper as we are first timers! Highly recommend!!

My boyfriend had been looking for a camper and we were driving by one Sunday and I suggested we go look. Best decision we made! Darran Conley, our sales guy, made things extremely easy for us and made the process pain free! Would definitely recommend reaching out if you're in the market for a new or used camper.

We just took home our new Airstream Basecamp (used model) and cannot say enough wonderful things about Scott and the team at MIG RV. We were out in New Mexico on a roadtrip (and looking at another used rig), but once I got on the phone with their team it became clear that the best thing to do was to travel BACK to Ohio! They worked with us on pricing and financing, and we walked away with a great deal. Plus, we got to drive by the Airstream factory on the way home :)

Great service. I drove down from Michigan and Darren made the buying process as simple as possible and treated me like an old friend, not a customer. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an RV/trailer.
