Update 8/23 just had our 2021 Pacifica Sport in for and oil change and the service department had us in and out wow fast service thank you Team MIG. Oh the fun didn't stop there I ran into my man Lee had to let him know about how the Pacifica Sport is definitely what our family needed it has so much storage room awesome for travel the safety package awesome for everyone. We have put 5k plus miles since purchase we have traveled to Alabama and to Pensacola Beach Florida from Alabama then back to Ohio of course all throughout Ohio having fun with the family and no worries about our vehicle the Pacifica Sport it keeps us safe and on the road wherever we want to go.LEE LEE LEE what else is there to say this guy knows all type of information about vehicles he knows the comfortability that the driver is seeking. There's no pressure there's no hassle there's no hustle there's no low-ball no hiking up prices he is fair straight to the point very responsible he's a family man trustworthy and respectful he has lots of patiences my family isn't from the area about an hour drive New Bremen Ohio he will wait for you to arrive no matter how far your driving. He keeps his word if you have an issue he will fix it if not personally he will make sure it gets fixed ASAP. Lee is the man thank you sir for taking care of our family we love our new addition you will definitely be recommended to friends and family.

We worked with Lee and he was super friendly and knowledgeable! I appreciated his knowledge of the car he is selling even pointed out fun facts and specs that I had no idea about. My husband has a Grand Cherokee so I kind of wanted a smaller version of that. My must haves are a remote power lift assist, heated and vented seats, heated steering wheel and a good size sun roof. This Jeep Compass has everything my husband has in his Grand Cherokee and it was perfect for me. It was a smooth sale and very straight forward which we appreciated. Lee even recommended a restaurant for us to check out at the cute downtown area in Bellefontaine since we drove in from Cbus. It was a great day!!

Check everything on the car when you go here to buy a car,suv,truck. The truck I bought off them has so may problems on it . First the wheel hub was bad drove it home sat for the weekend and took it to work and the wheel fell off on the freeway. Second the sway arm was cracked. Third the ignition switch went out and wouldn't start after I got to work. Had to tow it twice there. Third heating and cooling went out. Sold it to me for 20,000 and it wasn't even a 7000 dollar truck. And they will ignore whatever you have to say.Second sold me a jeep with locknuts on it with no wrench to get the wheels off. Was going to do a brake job on it and take the tires in to put new tires on. But didn't provide the lock nut key for it. One of the back tires blew because they sold it with half warn tires . It's a mess

Worst care experience I've ever had I love the truck no problems with ot but now it's going on 45 day of me having the truck I was told I had to change phone c9mpanys because I was on a family members plan my payments was supposed to be 205.08 a month I've been waiting for my white title so I can get tags before tye expire date and I just received a letter from the financial institution saying letter of incomplete try to talk to someone about it and I get avoided

Bought a car here a few years ago and had nothing but problems since, car had a warped head which required the motor to be replaced and I recently found out my radiator supports weren t on the car and the radiator was zip tied to the car. Don t buy a car here unless you like wasting your money

We drove 7 hours (round trip) from KY to purchase a used Honda Passport. We chose MIG because Lee (sales manager) was honest and gave us the best price the first time (without playing games and without hidden fees). We love the vehicle so far! Our sales person, Madalyn, was wonderful also. We did everything on the phone or electronically before we made the trip and it was a great buying experience.

I had have wonderful business here. Truly and I mean TRULY AMAZING!!!!!!! These guys were amazing not pushy and more of an amazing and very friendly staff. Madison and everyone was great I didn't think. I would be able to get the car for my trade in and they made sure I got it and was satisfied. Will be doing more business in the future with them. 10/10 great people I'm for sure gonna recommend friends and family here because this place was the first place I've ever been to where they didn't just think about making a sale and wanting money they made sure I was happy had great conversations with them and just overall GREAT. Had a few laughs and great people!!!! Thank you everyone for doing what you do

We drove from the Toledo area for a specific vehicle. Maddie was very friendly over the phone to inspect the vehicle for me and give it a quick test drive before we made the trip out. Everyone was informative and pricing was great. We definitely would come back in the future! We couldn t be happier with the deal we received or the vehicle!

I had my eye on a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at MIG Chrysler a couple weeks ago. As I did not know a salesperson at this dealership, I was introduced to Maddie for assistance in potentially purchasing the vehicle. Maddie ranks at the top of the list of any sales representative I've ever dealt with. She applied absolutely no pressure and worked diligently to accommodate my predetermined budget limits. She even exceeded my trade-in value expectation. Needless to say, I drove my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon off the lot within two hours of meeting Maddie. From this point forward, Maddie will be my first call when I desire a change in vehicles.

I cannot express how pleased we were with the service department. We took our truck in for oil change and 12 point inspection. They told us they recommended changing the rear brakes. So we decided to change them ourselves and had some issues. We had to take the truck back to have the brakes bleed without any questions they were remarkable service and very reasonable. I highly recommend this service department to anyone. Thank you for such great service and friendly atmosphere.

Honestly was a pretty great experience, I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and the Jeep has been great my sales man, Lee was awesome as always. I have been coming to MIG for a long time because of him actually. That being said, I will say, I was less than impressed by the Management there. I experienced a check engine light about 2 days after the purchase and wanted to get it serviced to check it out. When I arrived,they let me know that It wasn t a problem but the manager let me know that I was out of luck for getting a loner for the mean time and was very unprofessional when speaking to me. They did end up providing a loner but unfortunately the manager made me feel like he was going above and beyond to make this happen. And it took a couple hours. I have really enjoyed shopping at MIG in the past but I don t believe I ll be going back.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lee Spain. I purchased two vehicles from him and both times were stress free and felt like I was just setting around talking to an old friend. I've had both the vehicles serviced in the service department and when we had a minor issue the manager called immediately and went above and beyond to make it right. That's the right way to do business. They make the customer feel welcomed and truly listen. Good job MIG. I will continue to send everybodyI know your way. Keep up the good work guys!

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I really love. I'd say overall it was a nice experience. A few things irked me though during the process, when going over the add-ons the sales guy got rude when I didn't want them. He also tried to sell me, if I'm remembering the price correctly, a $600 flashing brake light which I later found out my car already had when my friend was driving my new car. Then I requested gas since the Jeep was very low and they gave me a quarter of a tank, which is the first lot to ever not fill it up all the way. But I think I got a great deal and my mechanic said it was in awesome shape. Wouldn't recommend any of my friends to go there though...

So far have only dealt with the sales staff. Ask for Lee Spain. Great people and I feel we were treated fairly. I'll update my review once I've dealt with the service department.

Over all experience was meh. Love the truck. Lots of improvements to be made in the customer satisfaction department.Pros:Great truckAnnual Ziebart service included with the truckFriendly staffCons:Communication...We were set up with a third party financing company with custom biweekly payments that wasn't specifically stated as a third party as well they payment amounts weren't completely accurate as well. Our bank knew nothing about this payment setup.My salesman scheduled a detail for me and the service department knew nothing about it. Also didn't inform me it would take three hours to do, it was a long wait in the waiting room.Salesman also scheduled my Ziebart service and maintenance and to pick up a rental for the time my truck would be worked on. I showed up and my salesman was off that day and the service department wasn't aware that I needed a rental and they didn't have a rental for me. Another salesman set me up with a Civic from their lot that had near zero gas. When I asked for gas, they said they would try and find a gas can. After waiting the salesman ended up driving me to a gas station.They had to order a new key for the truck. I had to call and check on the status of it. Turns out they've had the key for some time now and never called to let me know.

MIG was very helpful in getting rid of that awful 2018 Chevy silverado. i should have never drove it off the lot. when i explained my situation to them they didn't hesitate to lend a helping hand from sale to fiance and even service the all helped and was very nice. Even storing the vehicle i purchased from them inside for two weeks while i got funds together.Lee is awesome and we will be back when its time to upgrade the family car.truly thankful for your help.

Taylor at the service desk was very helpful and answered all my questions. She took me to the payment area and to parts to help with questions on my Jeep. Great customer service. The parts department called around to see if they could find a part for me and came out to look at it too. Thank you!

Took my car to the collision center...they did not fix the mechanical problems as they PROMISED they would do....after three weeks they called and said it was ready, I paid them, and took my car for a drive.....they had fixed NOTHING!!!! So I took it straight back and again was assured the problem would be fixed. Now, they are claiming that the problems were not due to the accident...It drove fine before the accident.....I mean the dent was gone, but I still cannot drive it!! Then called and threatened me that if I did not return the loaner car, they would start charging me! They got their money and I am still without a car!

We leased a truck from Migs, that we are very happy with. But when my husband contacted the service dept and asked how much it would cost for them to program a brake controller ,that he would install,they stated , if we have them do it all it would be 700$ if he buys it,installs it and only have them program it, it would be 500$ !! (Seriously ) We were able to purchase the the item for 178.00, install it in less then 1 1/2 and after calling 5 different dealer in a 40 mile radius no one was over 80 dollars !!!! In fact Nelson's in Mt Victory did it for 18.00$ !!!!!! Unbelievable. So much for customer loyalty!!!!!!

Not impressed whatsoever! Told them what I was looking for and he said he found me just what I wanted and all I needed to do was get loan approval, so did that. I waited for my car and finally told them I was tired of waiting on my car and thinking about cancelling. He said if you would only change the color of your car, I just know I could get what you want, so obviously he lied and never had me a car at all. So don t go there, go somewhere honest.

Took my ram in for service which I purchased a lifetime warranty with.the service dept was very nice and professional. But the service mngr and a service tech both felt and heard the same problem I was experiencing and they both agreed some rear end trouble. They balanced the tires and said it was fixed. Still hearing noise...what's the purpose of lifetime warranty if they don't take the time to check everything ? And the loner vehicle I felt more unsafe in than my own thinking I'm gonna lose a bearing , tie rod or drive shaft and be at the mercy of what ever breaks..I've dealt with another dealer for over 19 years, thought I'd give mig a try...not happy. Maybe because I'm " just a dumb country boy that graduated from a new Carlisle high school no ones ever heard of " . I bought it brand new , spent the extra for warranty but I know my vehicle & when someone tells me as long as I own it the engine , trans , drivetrain & electrical is covered. Why didn't they take more time to check it. Maybe because I got a call and said they need the loner vehicle back because they are in a pinch to put another customer in an unreliable difficult to drive vehicle with no a.c. & check lights coming on
