Came in to have my battery and alternator tested on short notice. The service manager was very friendly and forthcoming with their reasoning and progress in performing the diagnostic. In the end, both parts tested good, and they sent me on my way free of charge. If I lived in Bellfontaine, I'd be coming back next time I need work done.

We have had nothing but good experiences here.Brought truck tires here that needed balancing beads added. Got a new set of tires for a car. Brought a leaking car tire here. They did a great job with all of it.

Do not waste your money here...sent my truck here for a tire repair. The guy was so rude and charged over 34 dollars for a flat tire repair..but it still leaks just as bad...so we returned it to have it checked out again...owner was super nice but the guy repairing it was a complete meathead.and as usual not fixed again... so we have to add air almost daily.if you cant fix it.at least sell me a tire..so don't waste your money or time...very rude people and obviously not good

Clark is friendly works with u I got some used tires looked almost new gave me a good deal an tried to fix a lug for free the other tire place cross threaded

Great service, they knew what I needed based on the type of vehicle so I didn't have to have lots of details. They gave me options of tires available, and got me in quickly to install the new tires.

Top notch service! I have had many tires replaced here and am never disappointed. They can be a little higher on the price range for tires, but as tires go, you get what you pay for. Highly recommended!

Blew a tire driving from Columbus to Chicago. Staff was very helpful, and it only cost $5 to put my spare on! Thanks so much for the help and friendly service
