Best mechanics in Bellefontaine. Mike has been working on my vehicles for years. I moved to a different town a couple years ago and thought I d give some business to two of the garages where we live now. Both times were horrible experiences. I ll drive the 45 minutes to have Kerns Automotive work on my vehicles from now on.

Best place ever to take your vehicles!! They do an incredible job , their prices are fantastic and the family and employees are wonderful ! I highly recommend them ! !!! They are the very best !!!

It was awesome, excellent mechanic. Explain what I needed told me the cost up front. And was fixed in good time. Amy the Secretary had a wonderful personality and knowledge of what you needed. Will go back and will give them a glowing review.

Friendly staff, quick service! Called on Monday and was fixed up by Tuesday afternoon. Staff didn t try to upsell me with services I didn t need, even when I asked if they could schedule me in for routine maintenance. I will take my car back to them in the future.(I had starter replaced on Accord and provided my own replacement part)Service: General repairs & maintenance

Always very helpful and knowledgeable I am a shade tree mechanic so I usually fix all my own stuff but when I can't, then kerns automotive is the only garage I trust.

Horrible customer service! If you have a diesel don't take it there, they'll work on it 1st... then tell ya they're not diesel mechanics after they make a mistake. Used the wrong motor oil, now they won't make it right. Had to take it to Ford for a fix. Not sure the extent of the damage it's caused yet, but it's not gonna be cheap at this point. Unfortunately, it will have to go to court, since they're unwilling to cooperate. Too bad though, they were awesome with my husband's truck....whole reason we took our son's there. Can't trust anyone anymore to do the right thing.

Mike and Amy at Kerns Automotive did a fantastic job on my 2017 Ram 1500. I ordered a Flowmaster direct fit bolt on replacement muffler to replace the OEM Mopar muffler. Mike had my truck for less than 30 minutes and it sounds even better than I thought it would! Great job and they even charged me half of what they quoted me to do the work! Highly recommend and I will go back if the need ever arises again! Thanks Mike and Amy!
