This is the shop you are looking for! This crew is good people.On the way to see my infant niece meet her great grandmother for the first time, My exhaust pipe was sheered off just before the muffler and my car was left sounding louder than the Horn of Gondor.I pulled off to buy earplugs and took a chance and called the shop nearby and asked if they could get me in in the next few hours (i was driving to Chicago a day later and needed to get it fixed and was going to have to miss my niece and great grandmother meeting.)less than ten minutes later my car was in the air, it was repaired in under an hour, and I was off to my grandmothers, Absolutely incredible job that will probably outlast the rest of my system, These are the real dean genuine people who are here to help. the price was impressively fair, and i am so incredibly grateful to the crew at BA auto

Blew a tire out the tire on the way to work and was able to get to a gas station to see what the problem was and to my surprise it was beyond my repair. I walked over to BA Service and met Bob the owner. This guy is amazing, he fixed my tire and gave me a ride back to my car at the gas station. Thank you for the help BOB YOU ROCK!

Cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience here was! Not only was I treated as a top priority as a first time walk in customer the owner went WAY beyond anything I expected. As an OTR driver with an end of the day issue needing immediate attention this was hands down the best experience I ve had walking in to a service / repair shop. I ll go out of my way to return and thank him again for his help in getting me back on the road in a few short hours and for WAY less than I m use to. 10/10 recommend stopping here if you re passing through and need help or service. He has a retrofitted school bus he s outfitted for road calls as well

I had a blown tire and unexpected flat spare tire too about half way between Bellefontaine and Marysville. I was impressed by how quickly Mr. Alig responded and had everything to help me. Definitely a dependable business built on excellent service. Couldn t be more happy and an all around frustrating day.

They do a great work and go the extra mile for you. They did a great job on my car. I needed my cv axle replaced so I went talked to them and they set it up for little over wk out and then was able to taking care of it. I can t express how much I appreciate honest people. My vehicle came in for an alternator test / diagnostic. I couldn t find anyone locally that works on Mercedes. Bob (the owner) said bring it in and wow did he impress me. He had the problem figured out quick and thank god they do a complimentary overall inspection. He invites me out to the shop to look at my tires that he had a safety concern about. I was kind of shocked just how bad these tires were on the inside. I would have been screwed. BA was able to work with me on a new set of tires, staying right on budget with me, and they got the tires the next day! Now I m all taken care of and have a new set of shoes on my beloved car. I m so grateful for these guys and it s refreshing to not worry about being up sold and not pushed to do all maintenance items you re due for . Highly recommend this new business. They are doing things right, that s for sure.

Thankful for the fast, friendly, and knowledgeable staff and ownership at BA Service & Repair. I had BA Service & Repair complete the Scheduled Maintenance on my 2020 Passport. Bob did a excellent job performing the Oil Change and Tire Rotation! It was also a great price! They also have a very nice selection of Accessories such as Running Boards and Hitches. That will be my next purchase! I stopped here on the way from Columbus to Chicago due to a clicking sound coming from my car. I was helped immediately and Caleb (I believe that was his name) couldn t have been kinder. Given my situation with a long drive ahead, I feel like I easily could have been taken advantage of when it came to charging me for an inspection. But he spent around 30 minutes inspecting my car and then driving it with me to check it out closer (the sound was only noticeable when going >65mph). He reassured me everything looked okay from a driving safety standpoint and didn t charge me. I m genuinely disappointed I don t live closer, or I would be taking my car there for service from here on out. Thank you for making what could have been a poor and stressful experience anything but!

I have used this company twice to fix my Kenworth truck. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. First fix I had an a/c compressor that locked up on me and destroyed the belts, they got me up and running so i could at least get back to my shop. 2nd fix was at the Loves next door. I had been on vacation, came back and my batteries were dead. They did a road call for me and in less than 20 minutes I was up and running again!!! Very fair prices and great guys to work with. I highly recommend them.

I rented a U-Haul trailer from here. They were super helpful in hooking it up only to realize that my lights were not working on my car. They troubleshooted it in the rain and replace the two fuses that were bad in my car at no cost! I would absolutely recommend this place. The service was excellent and they didn t have to replace my fuses to help me out for free!

Fast and friendly service! Absolutely amazing! Our family was traveling through on our way to Columbus when we suddenly got a flat... thinking we were going to be on the road stranded for hours. They were the first call we made and they got us in immediately and back on the road in under an hour! I was so grateful and couldn't be happier with the service provided!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Good service. Was able to get in at decent time. Cost me roughly 200 dollars for labor when I had the front rotors and pads replaced.... Was WAY overpriced when I had my tires rotated another time but would have been cheaper to have oil replaced at the same time if I would have just done that.

Kind people that were willing to take my car in for 42 point inspection pretty much last minute, changed my oil and rotated my tires. Had me in and out in less than an hour through the whole process. Alerted me of additional minor issues without trying to upsell me. Also had a very pretty pup I was able to see. Great service.

I experienced an issue with my serpentine belt when I was on a road trip through Ohio. It was a Friday night around 6:15pm. They were already closed but nice enough to help with no hesitation whatsoever. Bob (the owner), Jenna & Caleb dropped everything they were doing and got to work on my high performance sports car immediately. They had no problem at all identifying the issue, tracking down the parts, and getting me back on the road in record time. It was literally a NASCAR pit stop and I was back on the road in no time. Quality, expedited service by tremendous people. We need more repair shops to follow their way of doing business. Highly recommend!Service: Engine repair

I experienced brake issues while passing through Ohio on a road trip. Bob, Jenna, and the entire BA Service & Repair team went above and beyond to track down the part, get the job done, and get me back on the road. Quality service, quality people, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!

I took my daughters car in to have some repairs done they did a great job. The car sounds and drives great and the AC actually works now. The turn around time was awesome as well I wasn t expecting it to be done so quickly! Will definitely be taking all my vehicles here.

BA Services and repair absolutely saved the day for us! We pulled into Love s to fuel up and had brake line problems on our way to an important delivery. Bob came over and offered to help us, as we were stranded on a Friday night after hours. He opened up his shop and was able to fix brake line, so we could keep our delivery appointment. His kindness and expertise far surpasses every other service and repair shop I ve ever used and we are forever grateful for his assistance that evening.Service: Auto brake repair

Stopped by BA Service and Repair to diagnose a trailer hitch electrical issue. I was three hours from home and tried everything I could think of to get back on the road. BA's team quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue (less than 30 minutes!), on a Saturday, and helped us get back on our way. We are forever grateful! It is rare in this day and age to find a company with excellent customer service, price and the feeling you are not getting ripped off. BA Service & Repair is a hidden treasurer. Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and VIP customer service. They were thorough and fast. I will be a customer as long as they are open. This is a family owned business. I asked why so inexpensive? The answer that was given was "we get our parts to us at a discounted rate... the customers should get a good deal too". I went in the first time thinking an auto repair would set me back... it did not.... Not only were they honest, fair, and fast.... but I felt so relieved knowing I had safe transportation for myself and my family and could still afford the basics of daily life afterwards.

BA Service and Repair did a great job finding what I needed to get my truck back on the road towing a trailer. They sell great products in the store with short amount of waiting. Blew a tire on the way home from work today stoped there to see if they could help me out they went out of there way to go get a set of tires for me on the spot and get them mounted and balanced for a very reasonable rate would absolutely recommend the folks at ba service and repair !
