My computer was 9 years old and processing extremely slow. Frizzi Customs replaced hard drive and I had my computer back within 7 business days. All data & information was there and all I had to do was plug it back in. Works like a brand new one! Very reasonable and such polite people. Highly recommend them !!

If you need any work done on your device, don't look any further. This place is absolutely fantastic. Fast & affordable service, very kind and honest, quality work, and blows any other competitor out of the water. I am very fortunate to have made the right choice and take my device to Frizzi. 100% recommended!

So back in October we took an 86" TV to Frizzi's in Bellaire because the backlight went out. I call a few days later to check in on it. The guy says that it is the backlight and the parts are on back order.. so we wait & wait for the part to come in/ tv be fixed, I call them up a month later & I'm told that someone will return my call, no one does. Busy with work & not my number one proiorty the tv slipped my mind I called the store and asked about the TV the day before yesterday & the guy told me that it's not in the store and they must've moved it to the other storage they have & that he needs to call his boss to find out and he'll call me back. No call back, I call again inquiring about the TV as there about to close he proceeds to tell me that his boss RECYCLED THE TV without our knowledge or permission & that they tried to get a hold of me back in December.. LIE. No calls or texted updates. I reach out to the boss on fb & he thinks that what they've done Is fair & doesn't wanna reimburse me for our TV. So beware of Frizzi Customs they will steal your property. && quite honestly, I don't think it was recycled. I think the TV sitting in someone's house. Tried to handle things the right way, but this is just BAD BUSSINESS Derek R Frizzi straight up! It's a damn 86" tv not a damn 40" that was a 1500$ TV.

If you take a tv their trying to get it fixed they ll most likely recycle it, if u take a laptop their you ll end up getting a different brand laptop in return, their joke, they forget about your order immediately they ll swap ur property with someone else s and decide to use again, YOUR PROPERTY for parts 10/10 don t recommend go to any else but here, check posts about them on fb, their reputation is being dirty and stealing, a joke of a buisness.

I had spilled water on my computer that is only two years old. I was misquoted at another establishment , where I feel I they were attempting to sell me a new computer. Frizzi's corrected my original quote and saved me $1000. Thank you - they were extremely friendly and the communication was superb. I can't recommend this place enough.

Very knowledgeable about different types of computers, smart watches, and tablets. Took my computer in because it was not charging properly. They ordered me an international replacement part; however, it was a charging cord problem. They offered to order the charging port. I declined the offer. They did charge me a holding fee, but did clean the inside of my computer. I felt that they were honest, and did not take advantage of my novice clmputer experience. In addition, they did not nickel and dime me.

I have been 100% happy with my decision to purchase a new computer at Frizzi Customs Computers n' Electronics.I plan on updating my laptop to a new laptop or a tablet.I will rely on the 2 experts at Frizzi's to guide me in my decision.

These guys are fantastic! I contacted them regarding a custom build I was interested in. They have everything you can dream of. They even have connections with a local fabricator for a custom case build with a decent price point.They have exceptional knowledge for both the software and hardware end of things. James and Drew need a shout out. They put in extra hours to make sure my build worked and was in my hands quickly. They know how to troubleshoot any issue that you can think of; and the shop has diagnostic hardware that is cutting edge.These guys go above and beyond what would be considered reasonable customer service. The level of dedication they show is something you will never get from a box box store or a custom PC builder online. They were patient with all my questions and there is not one issue I tossed at them that they did not know what to do with.I would highly recommend them for any electronic need, from small to large. The only negative thing I can say is that they have set the bar too high for any other company to match. Do not give it a second thought; go with them!

I have been dealing in computers for longer than I can remember and have never seen such quality and professional work! Drew and James are "top-notch" and I challenge anyone to find another computer repair shop at better prices. I highly recommend them for any electronic repair or purchase of equipment!

I thought they were nice people but I brought in a iPhone 13 proac I was interested in selling they told me they would give me $475 for it that id just have to wait a day. I waited multiple days now and have called quite a few times all they can say is they will call me back which they never did. Kinda felt like I was just getting the run around and nobody could actually help.

Pretty disappointed with overall experience. Took my pc in for a tune up, and they tried to up sell me on a very expensive set up. Ended up replacing the hard drive and told me if I had any issues to bring it back and they would take care of it no charge. A few months later, I had issues. Took it back in, 2 months later I get it back with my hard drive wiped clean, no warning. Lost all images and music. Then they tried to charge me when I picked my tower up. There's other issues I had with my experience as well but I think I'll just take my business else where from now on. Not a happy customer.Update - I appreciate that your business attempted to correct my issues, and I also appreciate your response to my review. I apologize if I got my dates incorrect. But my hard drive is definitely wiped clean. Also, I was never even informed you guys replaced my mother board, that's amazing news. I thought my new issue was related to the prior issue and that it would be covered by your, "bring it back in if there's any issues" sentence that was said to me which is why i brought it back to you guys. An unmentioned issue is that my windows is now not active and I do not have any way to activate it, so now I have to spend 130 more dollars to activate windows on my pc. My cooling fan also will not stop running and it did not do that before I took it in.

If you should ever have a problem that you think is insurmountable, never fear Drew and James are here!!These young men worked diligently to recover my FB account, never once giving up on finding a solution!!I can't recommend Frizzi Customs enough, they are truly geniuses when it comes to electronics!!Once again, THANKS you guys for all of your help and your not going to defeat me attitude!!

The guys were honest and price was very reasonable. I needed work done on my old Optimus cassette recorder/player I purchased from Radio Shack back in the day. They couldn't find the right belts to fix it. They kept me updated as to what was going on. I went on line and amazingly found belts for it and got it working again. Believe me, I'm not complaining. They went through a lot to try and make it work. I'll refer Frizzi to everyone I can. They'll try their darnest to fix something. They're great guys.

This is my go-to place for any electronic repairs. They have great service. Over the years, I have gone there and my friends and family who have taken stuff in and we have always enjoyed their great service. CPUs, PS4, Phone, no matter what it has been they have been able to fix it! I highly recommend them.

I ve been doing business with Frizzi s for 5+ years for all my electronic repairs. Drew is very handy and their prices are very affordable. Friendly staff, fair pricing. Great place for your repairs

I was very pleased with the service I received. They were honest , Kind, and polite which goes a long way today. My computer was not able to be fixed so I purchased a new one from them and with in a few hours everything was transfered from the old to the new and ready to go. I could't be more thankful for all of their help. Will recommend them to everyone.

Honest which is so important these days. My computer works better than ever and I feel their prices were comparable to anyone else. They were fast and sufficient and I will recommend Frizzi's to everyone I know should they need to have a repair. Great job guys!!!! You have a forever customer.

The people at Frizzi's really know their stuff! They're so courteous and kind and very knowledgeable about computer/cell phone repair. I recommend Frizzi Customs 100%. Just 1 more thing, sort of an update I was having an issue with my iPhone 12 and couldn t use it so I made a trip to Frizzi s and told them what the problem was, handed the phone over and within 60 seconds it was fixed!!! No charge! These guys are REALLY GOOD!!!

I was thoroughly pleased with the advice and the work that was performed by Frizzi Customs. Everything promised to me including the timeline of repair time was completed as promised. They took the time to explain what was needed and offered advice for possible future upgrades. The cost of the upgrades and repairs that were performed were worth every penny and very reasonable in my opinion. Not only will I most certainly utilize this company's expertise and skills again when needed in the future, but I will also recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

My HP laptop was serviced in just a few days and the guys were very polite & knowledgeable! They have also recycled some TVs for me, which is great because it's difficult to find places that will do that.

Although it took a little longer to clean my sons ps4,they did a thorough job and also gave a discount for the extra time it took, and also a military discount for my older son who picked it up.We will definitely go back for future services.Thank you!

This place was very knowledgeable and fixed my laptop very quickly. They explained everything to me and they also are working on another one. I would highly recommend this business for anyone that has a problem and needs help in getting it fixed. They were so polite and it was a reasonable price.

I purchased two used tv boards from this seller and unfortunately I still did not resolve my problem. I emailed the seller and they surmised one of the boards they sold me was defective and refunded my money right away. It is always a pleasure to purchase from a seller like this that takes the time to resolve challenges. They responded to my concerns within one day and then within one hour.

Had a broken screen on the computer I do my full time job on. These guys worked with me very well so I didn't miss any work while going through the process. I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future the next time I have a reason to do business with them. I have no negative things to say, very happy customer here!
