Today I purchased a battery and my cables to the battery were corroded. These guys replaced my battery and replaced the corroded cable base. You Enrique and team are Angels sent from the Most High God. Thank you for all your help. I really appreciate businesses that help even when it s not the policy. Forever grateful

So it seems like the staff have been decently educated and are at least 97% of the time able to accurately answer a question or find what you're looking for and I have to say they're doing much better than competitor locations I have actually completely stopped going anywhere other than Advance Auto for well anything I need to care for my vehicle parts maintenance products accessories paint fluids the rewards program is pretty decent and comes in very very handy and they tend to run pretty decent sales as well I definitely recommend advanced auto over well you know who the other ones are

At 7:03PM October 7 2023 there was an employee smoking in the doorway. I didn't even park, went to AutoZone instead.

I shop here often. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If I can't find the right part here, they are willing to share where to get one. 2 staff members minimum, at 3 counters. Never a long wait.

This is the worst place to do business with!I ordered a transmission filter for my pick up truck. They had to order it. When I went in I questioned the filter, they told me it was the correct one but that they forgot about the small spin on filter that goes with the main pan filter. So, today I go to put the filters on and the pan filter is wrong. I called and they have the right one but I have to come get it. I explained that I am from out of town and have no way to get there because they sold my the wrong filter and I have no way to put my truck back together. The store called the general manager but he hasn't bothered to call me. Guess his day off is more important then helping a stranded woman. So, I called Napa and guess what they are bringing me the correct filter.

My 2013 Buick LaCrosse hybrid car is one that needs a powerful battery and luckily Advanced Auto parts carries the special AGM battery I needed. They were very helpful and knew exactly what they were doing and replaced the battery. I do recommend the Bellaire, Ohio store.

Oil is expensive as is oil filters. Only went there because it was on my way to work.
