Mike Hakim was amazing with helping me get my new Camry. Bless his soul we put him through the wringer and added more grey. The car is amazing, the service is amazing and the Finance employees were great. Highly recommend again.

Great experience. They were willing to work with me on getting out of my leased VW into a Rav4 XLE. I love my new car, and the staff were really patient when I changed my mind 5 times. They were able to find the exact rav4 I wanted. Definitely recommend Toyota of Bedford

Harold and Trey were our sales people. They were easy to talk with about what we wanted and needed and communicated well during our wait as the car was in transit.The Finance Specialists we dealt directly with were friendly and open (not pushy). Those folks helped us settle in to the process and know that we had come to the right place. The behind the scenes people (credit check and paperwork preparation people) did not seem as prepared as we would have preferred given all of the lead time they had before we arrived once the car was in Bedford. That part raised suspicions, to be honest.The car is very high quality and what we wanted and at a decent price.That is a big deal these days. The show room and service wait areas are spacious and comfortable even when the areas are busy. We can return to these folks when there is need. We would recommend them. I would give them an additional half star if the system would allow.

I had a wonderful experience leasing my new Corolla. Harold and I went back and forth a few times and he got me exactly what I needed. Patti greeted me warmly and brought Mike over to complete my transition because Harold was called to MI for a delivery. Finance was great and stress free. Thank you all.

I cannot say enough good, positive things about Toyota of Bedford. From our first phone call with Kyle and all the finance work with Keaton the purchase of our 2024 Sequoia was easy and seamless. Not being local the dealership, we have never met them everything was done by phone, email and notary. Once the paperwork was completed we schedule a 400 mile transport of the vehicle. Again they were helpful and kept us updated on every move. We live in the DC area and have SEVERAL dealers local but the level of professionalism, service and attention to what we wanted and ultimately purchased will make us a return customer to Toyota of Bedford as well as recommending them to anyone (anywhere) as the place to purchase your vehicle.

Good service with attention to detail. Recently bought a RAV4 and our sales person was very helpful and patient as we made our decision. I really like that he took the time to go through all the bells and whistles of the vehicle before we drove off. I have bought plenty of cars and I am amazed at how many dealerships dont do that.

We had a Great experience with Toyota of Bedford. We had to travel 3 hours to get there but it was well worth it. From the very first interaction with Raven before we even went to the dealership all the way through our buying process was great! Raven was Amazing and very personable which made buying our amazing truck a pleasant experience! Once at the dealership we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership as well as how friendly and happy all of the staff were! We didn t work with one person that didn t seem to be happy and love their job! We would travel the 6 hour round trip to do it all over again. Not to mention we got an Amazing truck!! Thank you Toyota of Bedford team!

I had an exceptional experience at the Toyota dealer, and it's all thanks to my sales rep, Joel. He went above and beyond to ensure that I made the right choice for my new car. Joel was incredibly patient with me, allowing me to thoroughly inspect and test drive the car for as long as I needed to feel comfortable with my decision.His expertise and knowledge of ALL vehicles were impressive, and I'm thrilled with the purchase I made. Despite living in Chicago, I was willing to make the drive to this dealership because of Joel's professionalism and customer service.Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle, especially with the help of Joel. Would have been a phenomenal experience but let me explain why it wasn t. I purchased a brand new vehicle 2024 Midnight black package.They agreed to include running boards as part of the deal we came to. I didn t even know Toyota made silver Aluminum running boards!??Does that make sense to install silver colored running boards on midnight blackout vehicle?How would feel if this happened to you?

Joel was awesome...personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I went in just to look and drove home in a new truck. I even got a fair trade-in deal for my old vehicle. Destiny in finance made it a breeze to wrap up the details...Two thumbs up!

The service department at this dealership is phenomenal. I don't think the service reps work off commission because they are managed by Penske. I could be wrong. However, they don't sell you on service you don't need. They answer your questions timely and honestly. The mechanics do their job. The video is a bonus. They also have surveillance so if you want to question the work, go ahead! I lost my trust in other Toyota Service departments in North East Ohio. You pay for what you get at this place! Thanks Mr. Rick Gonzalez for going above and beyond my expectations for the second time!

Trey was amazing! I wrecked my old Toyota corolla and just wanted a new basic model to replace it. He found me the perfect one! He has great customer service and was more than helpful throughout this whole process. I'm very happy with my brand new car!

We've been with TOB for years and after the last experience, we won't be returning. Getting our lease was very unorganized and we should've taken our deposit back and went elsewhere but thought we'd give them another chance with having such a wonderful experience every other time. Sales person honestly had no clue what was going on - he was probably new which is totally fine but atleast explain that and have a little bit of a friendly personality. Doing our paperwork was rushed and didn't get a chance to test drive our car before due to timing - mostly my fault, I should have pushed for a test drive but trusted all the recommendations. Now we are stuck with the car for 3 years and i can't wait to give it back. The sales manager however was super helpful and very nice and hope he sticks around!Response to Manager: I've tried to reach out a few times with no success unfortunately.

Very good experience with Toyota of Bedford! HIGHLY recommend. Joel my salesman was excellent and very efficient in the entire process and I didn't spend 4hrs at the dealership. Finance manager was a pleasure to work with again very smooth and efficient. Again I highly recommend Toyota of Bedford.

Leaving Toyota brand after 23+ years. Had a really poor experience at Bedford Toyota as I look to replace my Highlander. I am open to leasing or buying, new or used. My salesperson looked like he rolled out of bed and had not showered in days. His attitude and customer service mirrored his presentation. The sales success of the dealership, which was referenced throughout the exchange and obvious lack of inventory made it clear that maintaining my business was not a priority.Even if I have to pay a similar monthly payment, I will do it with another vendor.Really disappointing as I do like the Toyota brand but will not support poor customer service.

This is the first time I've ever leased a vehicle and it was awesome! Destiny was the young woman that helped me, she fought hard to get me the best rate possible. I sincerely hope she is still there in 2027 when this lease is up!

After our car buying experience started with disaster at another dealership, we stopped here and our day was saved. Service was amazing and we felt very welcomed. They went out of the way to bring our kids snacks and offered a full coffee bar. We walked out with a new car and great memories as a family.

Terrible service! I ve been going here for 11 years with all of my different Toyotas. The service department has gone drastically downhill. You can t talk to a human being over the phone unless you call for sales related topics. I scheduled an appointment for my truck for an oil change only. I sent my employee to take my vehicle as I have done so many times in the past for the scheduled time. He showed up and the service advisor told him the truck does not need an oil change and it needs a tire rotation instead. My employee trusted the service advisor word and they never did the service that was requested by me as the owner. I tried many many times to get a hold of someone in the service department, including leaving multiple messages with no return call. If you d like to do business with a company like this, you should expect results like this. After 11 years, I will not be back.I would not recommend the service department to anyone. Definitely miss the old service manager, Tony. He seemed to have it all managed better before.

Super smooth process with Kyle at Toyota of Bedford. Test drove on Saturday and purchased the following Monday. This was my first big purchase post college and it was a very smooth process, he explained everything thoroughly and helped me set up some of the controls before I drove off the lot.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE! Bought my car in for a trade which there wasn t anything wrong with it (NEVER had a engine light on in the 8 years I had it) and decided to trade it in for a suv in Jan. 2023. Literally within 24 hours, the engine light came on, I took it in the next day in which they said they just forgot to reset it, which led up to me having to bring it in MULTIPLE times for the same problem. They EVENTUALLY kept it, found the problem, and fixed it. Well 6 months later it came on AGAIN and they fixed the problem and told me I should be LUCKY I had a warranty! this is insane! Got an oil change in November and they filled up one of my tires that was low. I decided to come back to Toyota of mayfield because I was having too many problems and of coarse they weren t going to tell me they sold me a messed up car! All for Mayfield to give me a LAUNDRY LIST OF THINGS WRONG THAT I COULDNT HAVE POSSIBLY WORN OUT IN ONE YEAR! Oh and my tired had a huge nail in it that Bedford told me nothing about and just kept refilling ! Don t waste your time!

I had came to look at a specific car that was posted on line That car turns out was a loaner for the service department and wasn't on site. Alex was very patient while trying to find something comparable for me. After looking at multiple vehicles I settled on a 23 Camry. I am very happy with my purchase and experience. I will return the next time I need to purchase a vehicle.

My husband and I just love Raven ,the most awesome Salesperson ,at Bedford Toyota.He is so knowledgeable, kind, professional, caring and very patient. He came in on his one day off to sit with us snd explain every detail about our new 2022 Toyota Corolla. He spent 2 hours with us . He is so filled with joy and love and has a passion to be with people and help however he can.He is very charismatic and always smiling.We recommend Raven so highly and we are so grateful to him.Thank you so much Raven Linda and Mel Solomon
