I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this place. Everything about my experience here was immaculate. Customer service was top notch, was respectful to my busy schedule and having to reschedule my appointment a couple times. The entire staff at this place is friendly and knowledgeable. Sam did an excellent job helping me achieve what I wanted with my personal vehicle and was very direct with pricing and labor time. Last but not least, the paint work that was performed seriously exceeded my expectations. Color match, prep, and clear coat came out flawlessly. I will be returning here for paint work in the future with my other vehicles. Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

There s a lot to be said about the owner, Dude is straight shooter and actually takes care of his customers no matter the size of the job. And the ladies in the office, an amazing mix of personality and professionalism. The owner(whose name is embarrassingly escaping me) is doing an excellent job making sure that his grandpas company is doing the right things. There s a reason why he s a certified shop for the insurance company.

This place has A REPUTATION OF EXCELLENCE for a reason. I haven't even had my car for 3 months and somebody side swiped my car and there was a small door ding. I stopped by T-Jay's after reading all the positive reviews, I showed Sam the damage and he said they were busy but if I could come back in a week they would take care of my car. I stopped back in a week and just like his spoken word my car was repaired! I am forever grateful! I recommend this business to anyone looking for excellent repair work and customer service!

Wow! I was out in 30 minutes. This is a group of top notch professionals and the customer service is off the chart. Sam is the man! I can't say enough good things about this efficient group of folks. T-Jay's helped us out a lot. I had my 05 Subaru front left fender replaced and it looks fantastic. The lady that helped us was friendly and frank when we asked her about the job. She was straightforward and was not interested in taking our money for a costly job. The team even touched up some chips in my paint. A family run business like this is a pleasure to work with. I went to another location and was quoted double what T-Jay's said. Highly recommend these guys.Note: zip ties in the bumper is what I did, not T-Jay's service.

Brought my car up after a minor side swipe that left some tire marks and scuffed a little paint on my door. They were able to buff it out for me and apply a bit of touch up paint. I was out of there within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place. They're honest and a pleasure to work with.

I recently had T-Jay's do bodywork on a used car I bought from a dealer that already had a damaged bumper. The dealer wanted to make up the discount on the car with overpriced bodywork. Sam at T-Jay's quoted me an amount 1/2 the dealer quoted amount and the finished bumper looks as good as new. My family and I have had nothing but top notch work from T-Jay's over the years. First time thereIt was recommended by my family members.They have a lot of cars.Sam was really good. He took a look and was able to explain what can be repaired or changed. He even asked two or three guys from the garage area to get their opinion before putting my estimate together.Very professional.

I m giving 4 stars because I personally know they do great work. However, when I took my vehicle in to get an appraisal due to a accident. They quoted me a substantial high price. After doing my own research, not only can I get this done for a fraction of what they quoted but also all OEM parts. Again they do great body work and paint jobs but you might wanna dig around and see what parts you can find to cut cost bc they tried to rip my face ( well my insurance company) face clean off lol

They repaired my car and painted it but they did not match the color correctly they used orange instead of the red my car is. But the service was good. The people there are great people. Ever since I noticed the difference in color I can't unsee it.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I'm very impressed with the service from T-Jay's. My car looks brand new and runs beautifully. All the staff here are super. The young ladies at the reception desk are pleasant and welcoming. I was loading golf clubs in my car and one of the service guys happened to be walking by and came over to ask if I needed help loading my car. I drove away and noticed something that I wasn't used to. Called T-Jay's to let them know and they asked me to come back. I was greeted immediately before I got out of my car and was wisked into diagnostics to make sure everything was right. The manager came with me to go on a test drive and I was made sure they everything was in perfect working order. There was a feature turned on that I had never used before. I was embarrassed, but so completely impressed at the integrity of this place. They were not going to let me leave without making 100% sure that my car was fixed right and safe to drive. This is my first experience with them. They have not only earned my confidence and future business, but I will tell everyone I know about them and how wonderful they are to work with.

Paul was very nice & extremely helpful. Glad I worked with him directly instead of going through dealer to replace side mirror.Need to revise this review. This year had issues with broken window & broken steering column. Thanks! Kia Boys:( Anyway I get that parts are scarce because of supply chain issues, but communication from the shop was poor to say the least. There were no updates or communications besides ones that I initiated. Now, today after having the vehicle back over a week they are telling me they finally got a door molding they were waiting on, that they never told me was missing. I will be fair, since all the other work looks good, but they have definitely lost a couple of stars on my review.

T-Jay s did a great job repairing our daughters RDX that was rear ended and pushed into the car in front of her. They repaired the front and back of the car. Everyone was very great to work with. They were caring and professional. Paul kept us informed every step of the way on the progress. Jill went out of her way to meet my daughter at college to replace a part that wasn t in yet when the rest of the car was finished. Great customer service!!Service: Body & Trim

T Jay's Service is awesome. Customer service is beyond awesome. Paul said he would give me an update on my vehicle the same day and he DID. I'm used to being told one thing and businesses doing the opposite. I haven't picked up my car yet, but I just know I will be satisfied. Update.... I picked my car up and she looks better than new. Paul did a test drive before calling me and warned me of a potentially unsafe condition. He did NOT have to do this and it is GREATLY appreciated. The ladies in the office are super. You will have a NON painful experience dealing with T-Jay's Services.

I just got my 2021 Kia Sportage back today and they did a fantastic job. I got it back when they said it would be ready. I had to wait a few weeks to put it in the shop because everything is backed up but it was worth the wait. This is the place I wanted to fix my truck. I did research on a lot of shops and this was the only place that I saw that got a A+ from the BBB. They went over and above cleaning the outside and the inside of my car. When I picked the car up I was told about how to get this rust-like stuff off. The man went back inside and got the stuff I needed and wiped the rust off himself. I was so thankful that he did that. I hope to never see them again but if I need my car fixed again I know exactly where I am going. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you so much.Victoria N.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

MY Subaru Legacy was involved in a accident, TJ's auto body took excellent care of the damage. Every time I have looked at the car after the repairs all I can think is it looks excellent. They did a great job, in a timely manner at a great price. They really know how to help people and solve their problems. Thank you for an excellent job!

My insurance agent recommended T Jay's although I live in Mentor and there are closer facilities. Ever so glad that I took his advice -- worth the drive if the shop was in Pennsylvania! These are the nicest folks to do business with I've ever met. Friendly, honest and my car looks like new!I promise you will not regret using them for your repair needs.

T-Jay's Body Shop expertly handled a warranty claim on factory paint coupled with a collision case that coincidentally came up alongside the warranty claim. The shop owner TJ is very friendly, professional and has profound expertise in paint work. The work done on my vehicle wasn't finished until it met his high standards. The front office was very accommodating in seeing that all my needs were met as well. I am confident that if you choose T-Jay's as your body shop, you will be as satisfied with the services you receive as I am. I left feeling very well taken care of. 5 stars.

I have used many body shops over my nearly 70 years and T-Jays is the best I have ever dealt with. They are customer focused and do quality work. My recent repairs were excellent and finished on time. I highly recommend them.

Words can t describe how happy I am that I decided to come to Tjs to get more car fixed. The staff there are very nice and respectful and they take the time to listen to their customers to get to the root of the problem. My car looks freaking amazing like it was never damanged and they were kind enough to patch up some chipped paint areas that I didn t even think about. My car was done in a week and looks completely brand new. Tjs will always be my place to go.Thank you you Jill and Paul for making my customer service experience great!!

I recently had a minor accident and tore the bumper off my car. I went to T. Jay's to get an estimate and from the moment I walked in the door until I picked up by car I felt comfortable. They were honest and the work performed was absolutely beautiful. I dropped my car off the night before the work was to be done and it was ready the next day as promised. I was very pleased and if ever needed again I will have work done by them.

We had a new door put on our car. Very nice staff and the car was returned cleaned, and the door matched exactly. Paint is beautiful! Would definitely go there again.
