I can t say enough amazing things about this dealership. Specifically Michelle, Eric and Rick. It sounds funny but, they were there for me when no one else was!Those three did everything in their power to lease me my dream car and I cannot thank them enough. And a free car wash when I stopped in for my plates? Amazing. Very knowledgeable and nice staff.

I have had amazing service from Michelle from sales as well as Bobby in finance as well as everyone involved. It was a stress free purchase of a new vehicle. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had to wait for my car to come in and Michelle was great at keeping me updated. I would highly recommend going to Volvo Motorcars for your next car!

Good service and great waiting room with free coffee, wifi etc but be aware every little request will cost. I brought our Volvo for oil change ($150) and purchased 3 pin door sill from the parts department. They will just push it in place in a few second, I thought as a courtesy, they can put this in during the oil change but they said technicians every minute count and asked me to pay $17. As my principal, No thanks! In addition, I asked any oil change coupon, gentleman replied they never have oil change coupons luckily I searched my emails and found $10 oil change discount sent by this dealer.I was planning to purchase my next Volvo from this dealer :-(

They sold me an extended warranty which I don t really want or need, said it was easy to cancel at any time. It was a high-pressure sales tactic at the point of purchase. But cancelling it has proven impossible thus far, after about two weeks of trying. I did a bunch of paperwork to cancel it, had to take the time to have it notarized as well, and then it falls into a black hole where the Volvo warranty people don t respond and the Volvo salesperson doesn t respond - to inquires or to proactively provide any status updates - and they still take my money while I wait for them to take action.. Such a frustrating waste of my time. My advice: don t buy any of the extra stuff they try to sell you at the time of purchase, even if they use pressure tactics, and even if they tell you that you can cancel it later on. And don t count on them to do anything for you after the sale, even simple and inexpensive things, just because you paid a lot of money for a vehicle - whatever you want done, make them do it before you sign.

I have been a customer at Motorcars of Bedford Volvo for over 17 years and continue to go back for each new car because their service is excellent. I recently got a 2024 Volvo XC 90 T8 Recharge and worked with Michelle, who went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and make sure I was satisfied. I am incredibly thankful for the team at Motorcars Acura/Volvo, especially Tom & Michelle from sales, who have guided me through my last three Volvo purchases. Eric and Bobby make the financing and contract process as kind and painless as car leasing and buying can be, and the maintenance team is always excellent whenever I have appointments. (With limitless hot coffee, and plenty of outlets and wifi, it s never an uncomfortable wait for anything at all at this dealership!) Recently, I had a genuinely terrible accident where my Volvo s safety features saved my life and also kept others from harm. As a customer who has had physical disabilities since childhood, I was shaken and fearful to be back behind the wheel of anything BUT a Volvo. Tom and team coordinated with me every step of the way to get me safely and confidently back to independence. Tom went above and beyond in the way one treats family. I deeply appreciate the team s honest and caring approach that truly does place their customers and their unique needs first. We all can understand the importance of running a business, but it matters to me with such commitments that I m not pressured, and that I can reach the best solution that fits what I need. It s a bonus working with this team that I feel among friends who care for me as a customer and person. I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Motorcars Volvo on Brookpark following the purchase of a 2003 X60 Recharge. Within the first week, the check engine light illuminated on three separate occasions, and I discovered a scratch on the inside of the driver's window. The dealership's lack of professionalism and common sense became evident at this point. Despite making three calls to confirm that someone would come to my business to pick up the car, the individual arrived at my home instead. During the handover, I pointed out the scratched area by physically touching it.A week later, upon receiving the vehicle back, I was informed that a full software upgrade had been performed, but there was a suggestion that the check engine light might persist unless I purchased a separate charger unit. This raised the question of why the software upgrade was not conducted before releasing the vehicle to the customer. Furthermore, upon return, the car had not been washed, and there were bird marks on the windshield. Adding to my frustration, they overlooked the window scratch; my fingerprints were still visible when I showed the person who came to pick up the vehicle.Subsequently, Amanda, the sales representative, contacted me, assuring that she would discuss my situation with a higher-up and attempt to secure answers regarding the possibility of obtaining a charger at a discounted price or even for free. Regrettably, my requests were ignored, exacerbating my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

As this was my first time purchasing a Volvo, and it's been 10 years since I last bought a vehicle, I was a bit nervous going into the process. However, the staff at Motorcars Volvo made everything so easy, especially Andrew, the sale rep I worked with. He kept me up-to-date every step of the way, was happy to answer any questions I had (and I had plenty) and worked with finance manager Bobby to make the purchase much smoother than I anticipated.

The staff at Motorcars Volvo was so helpful when buying my XC60. Everyone from the front desk to Sales to Finance was welcoming and informative. Chip made the process easy by walking me through the credit app and other admin tasks before I even got to the dealership, so the time we spent doing paperwork the day I picked my car up was minimal. Before I drove off the lot I was shown how everything works, they even helped me set up my Volvo app and Volvo On Call and made sure it was all synced. Great service all around and I love my new car!

My 5 star rating is solely based on the interactions I had with Marney and Bobby.When I first arrived at Volvo it was 4:45pm on a Saturday (I think the time being mentioned is important) they were closing at 5pm that Saturday and would not reopen until the following Tuesday. Needless to say no one acknowledged me didn t even make eye contact. When I was leaving Marney saw me very calm pleasant guy sat me down and scheduled an appointment me.He made me feel welcomed and reviewed inventory with me to prepare for our now scheduled visit for the following Tuesday.I arrived at my appointment on time, the atmosphere in the room was still off but I was greeted this time and once I stayed I had appointment things went differently. Staff was extremely friendly etc. Marney and Bobby were very informative, kind, welcoming throughout the process. I purchased a XC90

The surroundings were very condusive to open discussion and exploration. Our previous history with Volvo was appreciated. The sales person was affable and competent. Marney was amazing and very attentive. I was looking for a brand new car and had been to three other dealerships before coming to Motorcars Volvo, I was truly frustrated with the car buying process and other dealerships. Bobby in finance was awesome, he was patient with explaining the financing process.I went to Volvo randomly and ended up purchasing a car. The purchase process was quick, the dealership was clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. After purchasing it was easy to get in contact with staff and schedule service, get questions answered, etc.
