This review is not meant to persuade anyone in their decision to do business here. Just sharing for informational purposes on my experience.I only have visited their service department two times prior to this particular service appointment. I have had really good service during those times, but cannot say the same for this most recent one. I took my 2014 CX-5 in for a front suspension knocking noise diagnosis (3/7/24) that I couldn t figure out. I explained that I have been working to pinpoint the problem for about a month and gave them a rundown of the parts that I replaced (RF strut bearing and mount, RF control arm). I left that day with a quote to repair what they believed was the problem per the work order (see below). They did not know for sure if that was the issue to begin with but that is where they wanted to start. $600 to pay them to repair it or I buy the part and install it myself for a third of that. I decided to replace the strut myself since I had already taken it all apart the week before to replace the bearing and mount. Using factory Mazda parts that I purchased from their dealership, the noise was still present after strut replacement. I knew that the strut was likely not going to fix it based on my previous experience as a mechanic, and because both struts were replaced 2.5 years prior, but I trusted that their techs knew more than me with superior training and experience. The noise turned out to be a loose bolt to the brace on the strut tower that has never been removed in the entire life of the car. The bolt on the driver and passenger sides were both loose, but only the passenger side was making the knocking noise.I visited the dealership the day after I installed the new part (3/14/24) to show my advisor what the real issue was and if there was anything that they could do to refund my $178 diagnostic charge that was wrong. Seeing as I bought $200 worth of parts from their parts department that didn t need replacing in the first place, I assumed that asking for a refund on the incorrect diagnosis was only fair. After two weeks of back-and-forth, the best that they could do was give me HALF of that diagnostic fee back. It was suggested by the manager that because of my cars high mileage (189k) and since I repaired it on my own, they could not do anything further. I should also mention that I have had several people from that service department comment during that same visit on how clean and in good shape my vehicle was for the mileage that it had. Some even saying you guys have done a great job maintaining this vehicle , so I guess any repairs that I have done over the last 10 years on this car must have been done right to get to this point.Shannon, the service department manager that I worked with, said that they could have handled it differently if I had done the repairs at their dealership. However, when I asked her for an example of how that would look on this particular instance, she could not explain to me in detail what they could have done if I had them perform the repairs. If they did exactly what I did, I would still be on the hook for a new strut and other components, not to mention anything else that they suggested replacing before finding the true issue.At the end of the day, I paid for diagnosis that didn t diagnose anything and only caused additional expense by me to replace parts that didn t need to be. That $89 must really mean a lot to them, but I certainly have decided that I will take all of my Mazda vehicles to another Mazda dealer for future service needs.

Poor customer service.Two weeks ago I scheduled to have an oil change via Mazda in Bedford their website. Upon arrival as scheduled, the service manager stated that their system at times does not function properly. I was not able to be serviced today.If you know that your website is not functional then the right thing to do is to update your website and advise customers to call the service department to schedule an appointment. It's not that difficult!My time is valuable. They stood their offering no resolve. I have spent lots of money at this dealership. It shows that they do not value loyal customers.I attempted to speak with the owners and of course they were not available.I will take my cars to another dealership. MAZDA in Bedford is not the only game in town!

Loved the buying experience at Mazda Bedford & their amazing team! Dan, specifically, was extremely knowledgeable not only about the Mazda fleet, but competitors too. He went the extra mile to show me all of my options, even taking me out to the stock lot during a blizzard. Really appreciated how much attention to detail goes into their business at this dealership, how friendly & non-invasive they are about their approach to selling, and wanting to make sure their customer is happy. They had a great inventory & were very transparent. Highly recommend checking out the team & their awesome inventory over at Mazda Bedford!

My husband and I agreed working with Mazda of Bedford was the best car buying experience either of us has ever had. Our sales representative, Teddy Ross, was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. The General Manager, Scott Newman, even stopped by to introduce himself and chat. I highly recommend stopping by Mazda of Bedford if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

The service department at this dealership is outstanding. They really went above and beyond to make my experience as quick and easy as possible. The service advisors were friendly, knowledgeable, and they kept me informed every step of the way. This was definitely one of the most positive experiences I ve had with any service department. If your Mazda is in need of service, I highly recommend getting it done here!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your dealership. Despite my anticipation of a positive interaction, my encounter left much to be desired.Firstly, I found the customer service to be lacking in professionalism and attentiveness. The staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.Furthermore, the condition of the vehicles on the lot did not match the descriptions provided online. Many of the cars were in poor condition, with visible damage and signs of neglect. This discrepancy between expectations and reality was disappointing and misleading.Overall, my experience at your dealership fell short of my expectations, and I am unlikely to recommend your services to others based on this encounter.I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and work towards improving the customer experience at your dealership.

I purchased my 2010 CX7 from here in 2018. One owner vehicle prior. This was my second used vehicle I've purchased from there. The staff are always nice and friendly. I love the service department. They explain everything to me and give a video which I can keep. Although when I go for service I'm not looking for a new car, I've never been approached or steered to trade in my vehicle. They've never tried to upsell a vehicle or a service.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. My husband and I came in today for a specific car and left with it at a good price. Tim and Kevin were efficient and friendly! We've had our share of terrible dealerships and this place is not it, they are top notch. Will definitely come back.

Purchased a 2019 CX3 lease trade in with only 20k miles for my 16 yr old daughter. In 2022 December . Car was supposed to be checked over by my salesman Kevin O Malley. He drop the ball completely. Never followed up on things that was supposed to be fixed. The actually technician had ordered parts to fix defects I was not aware of or Kevin. But it was completely liked over and ready for delivery as Kevin said. Nope! Not even close. They had car two weeks after purchase to fix everything. I ve been back here probably 4 times. Worst experience ever. Milo has helped a lot. Cedric as well. I m here today because I thought maybe sensor for tire pressure was broken since I ve had car to get checked out. But it s a nail and chunck of metal in tire.. But wanted to say Milo and Cedric have done things that my salesman Kevin should have done in the beginning.

My wife's vehicle was stolen recently, thanks Hyundai, and we went to Mazda to find her next one. We, unfortunately, couldn't get one in our price range, price was $800 more than we could afford, but everyone was really nice and helpful (Shoutout to Edward). If we get more money, we would be willing to look again.

My wife and I were in need of an upgrade and had our sights set on a Ford Escape listed here. Called Wednesday, and drove away with it Thursday. Our salesman Edward was very professional and helpful getting to know the suv. Morris made the financial process low pressure and fun. Was the best car buying experience we ve ever had. We hope to come back the next time we need to make another purchase!

Bought a van today there after looking at another one at a different dealership. Happened to pass Mazda of Bedford on my way to the other dealership and saw what I was looking for at Mazda. After being unhappy with the first vehicle I test drove, I pulled into Mazda of Bedford. I was immediately greeted while in the driveway looking at a car and within five minutes was test driving it. The staff was amazing. Ed made sure that everything went smoothly and was exceptionally professional. I happened to have my children with me, and everyone in the building was so kind to them. The whole process was incredibly smooth. We were purchasing a vehicle for our business. I would be willing to drive an hour out of the way and past many other dealerships to shop at Mazda of Bedford again. Exception car buying experience!! Thank you so much!

I was unexpecdectly called and caitlyn ask if i was Chris i said no and asks where they got my number and the name of the company she called from she refused to tell me was very rude and hung up on me once i figure outv how to tell thy gm or owner i will. If you can't deal with people you shouldn't have a people job . Caitlyn is a unporfessional hack.

First of all, I love the car. My wife loves it but unfortunately, when we bought our 2019 Mazda CX 5 there were a few items that needed to be taken care of which were never done so the follow up is definitely lacking. it s been three months and still waiting for for them to get back to us on replacing the rear mudflaps which were covered in concrete. they did replace the front ones which they weren t supposed to do. to most people you would think it s not a big deal, but if someone agrees to do something you should follow through. you always want to recommend a place where others can go to and you go back to.

My daughter and I were on the highway and I started to get a flat tire so I pulled off. The first place I went basically told me it would be hours before they could even look at it. I pulled into Mazda of Bedford expecting a similar answer from them, especially because I don t have a Mazda. Milo and the service department took care of us and got us back on the road in no time. I can t thank them enough!! Excellent service!

Great dealership, they treat everyone like family. 2020 update - Sean Hardnick helped find me a Mx-5 RF and worked tirelessly to get it to Cleveland for me. I cannot say enough kind words about everyone at this dealership from sales, to financing, to the service department. If you need a car, go see them.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Our sales rep was Kevin O Malley and the sales manager was Jeff Young. They were very proffesional and helpful during the sales process. We did not feel pressured in anyway. We appreciated their competitive pricing as well. We had made an appointment and the vehicle was ready for us to see when we got there. We were able to purchase and drive the vehicle away the same day. Thanks for making the car buying process simple and less stressful.

I have bought many cars over my more than 40 years of buying and can say I have NEVER had a really good experience. That all changed when I recently leased a new Mazda CX5 from Mazda of Bedford. From my first internet contact with Jazmine, who provided the best deal UP FRONT (not after much negotiating and haggling!); to my test drive with Mike Kertis, who was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle and earned the sale; to the personal attention given regarding my sale from Sales Manager, Scott Newman. I really felt like Mike and Scott cared about making me comfortable, answering all of my questions and making sure I "enjoyed" my whole experience...even to the end when I drove my car away! And the final "icing on the cake" was a phone call I received from Mike 5 days later to ask if I was enjoying the car and had any questions! Who does that? To "enjoy" a car-buying experience was never in my vocabulary - but, I am already looking forward to my next car-buying experience at Mazda of Bedford! Thank you Mike, Scott and Jazmine :)

Each time I got scheduled service on my car, they found more and more that needed to be done. Suspicious, I took it to another Mazda dealer for a second opinion. Sure enough, what Bedford said needed to be done was a lie. Proceed with extreme caution with this lot. Their end goal is to sell you a new car. They even try to tell you that Mazda will no longer be making sedans. Really? Lucky for me that other brands will continue.

Service cost much more than expected and took longer than we were initially told. Price quotes were wrong and then non-returnable. The car was scratched when we got it home, and they felt it was not done on their watch. They buffed it out, and then said they would no longer service the vehicle because they don t like to be accused of things. This was our one and only time at this store. They refused us future service but we would never have returned because they seemed untrustworthy and. insincere Jerry, who identified himself as the owner, acted like a bully at the end. Their overall treatment of us was bad enough that it has turned us off the Mazda brand in general.

Absolutely appalled by the treatment I received from Mazda of Bedford. I purchased a 2016 Volkswagen Passat from them on 1/2. Through the sales process everybody was nice, helpful, and reassuring. I was informed that the vehicle was FULLY inspect and there were no faults with the vehicle. However, less than two weeks driving this vehicle (I work from home so I do not drive many miles), my check engine light came on. I brought it up to Mazda to express my concerns. I was disregarded and treated with disrespect. My sales man Wadih and the used car sales manger refused to even look at the vehicle. They stated once again that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and a full inspection was done. I reminded them I did not live in the state and had a long distant to travel. They did not care. The car was purchased without a warranty meaning that any new repairs were on me, because they checked the vehicle and there was nothing wrong with it. If they checked the vehicle why not just look at it to make sure it was safe to travel a great distance. Mazda of Bedford put my life at risking allowing me to purchase a vehicle without disclosing its very serious issues. I had my vehicles checked today and the total repairs come up to just under 7,000.My advice is to always cover yourself. Also don t let dealerships bully you with the as is phrase. Consumers have rights to protect us from products that merchants know are defective.

If you want a very knowledgeable and professional salesperson... ask for Mr. Seth Calig! He made a normally very stressful purchase very easy and enjoyable. The facility is clean, organized, and very well-run. The staff was amazing, and everyone treated us with much hospitality. Nothing was pushed on us, forced on us, or slid in without our knowledge... Everything was transparent, clear and concise from the moment we walked in. The few small hiccups we had were taken care of immediately and meticulously. Seth went above and beyond in making sure our experience with Mazda of Bedford was fantastic. I've never had such a wonderful dealership experience before now. As a younger couple, we both felt respected and valued, unlike most other dealerships we had ventured to. As a female, I felt respected and valued, unlike ALL other dealerships I had been to in the area. We are very happy with our purchases and service, and are very excited to be a part of the Mazda family. Though we will not need to purchase a new car any time soon, we will be taking our business to Mazda of Bedford from now on! I cannot recommend enough.

after adding this review, and left a another voice mail, the dealer contacted me and sent me back the money of my down payment. I have been waiting and called many times since august to get my money back.i wish it went differently, Mazda cars are very nice.

Interesting experience at Mazda of Bedford. Initial conversations with the salesperson were extremely positive and they did an amazing job walking us through the vehicle. Why the one star? Well, we finalized a vehicle that was not available at this location based on current market conditions. The dealership wanted a deposit for a vehicle they were going to "attempt" to find on my behalf. I ended up finding the vehicle at another dealership and made the purchase. To be respectful I let the salesperson know that we did find our vehicle and would not be purchasing from Mazda of Bedford (again, THEY DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE). The response from the salesperson (who was amazing up until the point), was very unprofessional. He referenced that me purchasing from another dealership was a "slap in the face" since he spent time "thoroughly explaining the vehicle" to us. To be candid, I will not be going back to this dealership after the last interaction.
