I have to say, I was very impressed by Nick and his customer service. I have been trying to rebuild my credit and he made the process easy. I walked away with a beautiful 2020 Jeep Compass for a great deal. The entire staff congratulated me on my new purchase. They treated me like a person and not just money walking in the door. Have been a customer of Guy s for years and he is truly phenomenal. Every time I walk through those doors he treats me with exceptional service! He has great attention to detail, patience, and is overall an amazing guy! Joe, has been hands down amazing as well! He explained step by step everything I needed to know with my new car and went over the apps and all the fine details. Highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

I was shopping around for a new/used car in 2023 I haven't bought a new car since 2008..I was ready! The level of professionalism there was very impressive. I purchased a Jeep and I love it!! I want to add the receptionist Susan was so helpful, like my own child! I'm a senior citizen and I think the Jeep was perfect! Now I get to use Ken Ganley CDJR in Bedford Service Dept. Ive had oil changes and pricing is great! Looking forward to working with them for my next service! The Service Dept is amazing...so professional!!

I had to reschedule my missed appointment and the team at Ken Ganley rescheduled me in at the earliest convenience with no issue! I was able to drop my 1500 Ram Lamarie off and have work done in adequate time. I was very pleased with my experience.

Very nice dealership all the way around. I recently purchased a car for my daughter and was having some issues with how to do the down payment. Susan at the cashier counter was very helpful with informing me of a few different options. I will definitely be going back this summer when it's time for the wife to get a new vehicle. Highly recommended for all your car purchases or service.

This is the best dealership I ve worked with over the years when it comes to both of my Jeeps. I m fortunate to have gotten Brittany T. several times to set up my maintenance appointments. She s truly a pleasure to work with and I know that my cars are under great care while they are being serviced. She s knowledgeable, professional, and it feels like I m chatting with an old friend when we speak. The team goes above and beyond with communication and quality.

I do believe that this may become my go-to car wash for the summer. My only concern is that my wheels come out looking like they were never touched. I do like the blow dryer at the end of the wash. It doesn't have a timer on it, and it's very powerful. I also appreciate the convenience of the vacuum station.

I came into the dealership to look at purchasing a vehicle, even though I decided not to go ahead with the purchase at this time. I do want to say what a pleasant experience it was. No pressure from the salesman, Mike Sumpter and Susan the cashier, explained all my options of down payments. When the time is right and I decide on my purchase I will most certainly be back!

Recently had a rough go with my Jeep due to a common leak issue.Heads up if you're considering a Jeep from them. Props to the advisor for trying within their limits, but the dealership needs to step it up big time.The service advisor Alex was genuinely helpful, but it was disappointing to find out that diagnostics and repairs are outsourced to third parties, skyrocketing the cost. They quoted me $1500, 900 in labor and charging for parts that, realistically, seemed overpriced (300 for door seals, I found a PAIR, part # match for $99) and you don't need 180/hr for a 5hr job pulling and replacing seals, you let me be priced far out of getting important maintenance done on my vehicle.No customer advocacy whatsoever it would seem in your dealing with that 3rd party, just letting them walk all over your customers like this. Couldn't even give me the name of a nearby body shop or something that could handle it. But I do appreciate you gave me the detailed quote and part numbers.. though I paid 120+ for the diag so id have expected that to be in the report/docs given to me rather than making Alex take his time to write that out for me. Thanks for that again Alex. At least I can try to find a better outfitted mechanic shop using that.And to mention, simple seal cleaning/maintenance could've likely avoided most/all of this expense and trouble, but it seems their mechanics aren t equipped for even simple maintenance tasks like that when you come in. It didn't even come up in inspections that they might need it.They also failed to identify a shock leak that I was supposed to have fixed recently. I'm sure that's still leaking, its not like it will fix itself.. I'm not sure I trust the full curtesy inspection I requested actually covered critical issues and now I feel like I need to find another place that can take a better look.They also dropped the ball on insurance-covered work to check for water damage and didn t offer basic things like lifting the carpets/drying to prevent molding leaving me to handle it while searching for a capable shop. I hoped for qualified technicians to manage repairs, clearly a mismatch of expectations here.It s frustrating to see they aren t set up to support the vehicles they sell without hitting your wallet so hard. It would make a huge difference if they could manage these repairs in-house or find a more affordable approach. Especially for a known trend in Jeeps, given the reputation with this issue, I cant imagine I'm the only one who got screwed over on this.I am actually in the market for a second car and love Jeeps so it was also a hit to your business. I literally canceled you quoting my vehicle's value over it and I had considered just trading in and getting a backup camera version of the wrangler. Wouldn't trust you with that based on my experience here unfortunately. A fair deal would hit your profit margin too hard I'm sure.All this while they laugh and brag about restoring a Kia that could have been totaled... but oh no basic seal maintenance and repair is such a big ask. This was a minor leak and there isn't any real "damage" yet.. might be now that it has to sit damp for so long..Its all business/policy and no flexibility for them, at our literal expense but clearly an employees Kia will be given the royal treatment and rescue Id expect for myself. Customer support and advocacy is fundamental, and in my case, it was a clear miss on both with this dealership. The original one had been much more thorough for me.Note: They did NOT bother reaching out as said below. They cant do anything for me here so I'm not surprised, Ill take my business elsewhere for sure. Just making sure people are aware they are full of empty promises.

The service I received was first rate. The catalytic converter on my Jeep Wrangler needed to be replaced. The work was done in a timely, professional fashion and without delay. A Ganley porter drove me home and picked me up. The service contact person Stephanie was, quite simply, terrific. I am a very happy customer.

I feel compelled to write a review due to the incredible experience I had in leasing my 2023 RAM. If not for Patrick's diligence in working to assist and ensure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted for the price point I needed, it simply would not have happened. I highly recommend working with Patrick at this dealership! I worked with dozens of dealers over the past 20 years. The employees at Ken Ganley CDJR of Bedford were friendly and efficient which is something you don't normally find at any dealer, regardless of vehicle brand. Give Patrick a call if you are looking for a new vehicle. He is great to work with. There are many dealerships between Youngstown and Cleveland. My business will forever stay with KGDCJR, their customer service is always excellent. The people that work at this dealership do not make you feel like a customer, they make you feel like a friend. I have had issues come up over time that were not any fault of the dealer. However between John, Kelly, Stephanie in service, Howard in sales, Karen in service as well as all the technicians that have serviced our vehicles, it was always made right. While my salesperson was very friendly and helpful throughout the process, the manager, Johnny, speaks to customers in a condescending tone. While speaking to me, he advised me to "put my math hat on" as if I didn't understand what he was saying. I think this is a really impolite way to address someone, especially someone who is attempting to support your business. I understand that one sale isn't crucial to a dealership, but speaking to individuals in that manner could negatively affect your reputation.
