I want to give a HUGE FIVE STAR review to Ken Ganley, especially James and Nick N. (Sales Manager) at Ken Ganley Subaru. First of all, JAMES was amazing. I was in an extremely tight situation between my job and my insurance company and James helped me out BIG BIG BIG time. Not only was his customer service ABOVE and beyond but they gave me a lot of time and worked with me throughout my entire situation. I can't thank them enough and I hope to do business with them again!

Took my car here for failed sofware a week after purchasing from a small dealership. Needed to be replaced or was defective, stuck on software update screen. Took car back to dealer where purchased, they replaced the unit, however it caused a ECM error because the didn't finish the install with Chrysler dealer. Made an appointment here. Let dealer know they need to pay for any services related to their incomplete electronic replacement as it can only be done by a dealer and was told they take care of it. Go to appointment today. Work was done. And I had called the selling dealer on arrival that I was there. Then my dealer I bought from refused to cover the cost! So after hours of being there Ganley decided to absorb the cost of the software sync or whatever as I want prepared to have to pay foe something that the selling deal should have sent my car here for to complete the swap. Been here before and everyone's always been pleasant and helpful. And I appreciate a dealer who cares enough about people to get things done even in this situation. I will be filing a complaint against the party responsible where I purchased from.

We contacted and scheduled an appointment to test drive a Subaru Forester, one of many listed on their website. Our contact was Brian. We traveled an hour to their location, asked for Brian and were told, he s the manager, here s Paul.Yellow flag number one.We started to discuss a particular vehicle listed on their website, we were promptly informed, that vehicle had been sold.Yellow flag number two.We asked to see and test drive one of the other identical models listed on their site. Sorry, we don t have any. Now we had called at 10:00 am to confirm our appointment, a point were someone might have informed us there were no vehicles that met our specs on the lot.Yellow flag number three.My wife test drove a different trim version and started to negotiate, we were told the days of negotiating prices was over, we countered with removing one of the accessories, an $80 sunscreen, we were told even though it s an accessory, it s tied to the VIN number and not negotiable.Amber flag number one.Now, I may be old, but I m not stupid, he was playing textbook sales games, and even when presented with evidence we were prepared to walk, only deviated once we physically left the floor now able to lower the price by $500. At that point I made the decision Subaru, while an excellent vehicle is not a company I will be spending money with.

The Sevice was fine and as advertised, oil change and tire rotation. But I wouldn t recommend ever buying parts/accessories. The Parts department is just plain horrible at customer service. They made a mistake and overcharged me. And when I went back to ask about it, the same guy responded to my inquiry I have a question about my invoice. with :scoff: audible Jesus Christ! When he realized he made a mistake and was fixing it for me. The other parts guy was slouched in his chair ripping a big puff on his vape complaining about the person who just called him on the phone. Very unprofessional. Then I sent the complaint to the department through email. It s been about two weeks. No acknowledgement, no apology, no reply whatsoever. They must be fine with this kind of behavior. They shouldn t put the parts department next to the waiting room so those pesky customers wouldn t be tempted to buy anything more.

Purchased a car in April of this year 2018 Volvo had a few issues with accessories and between JW (Joe Walker) and Tim Nadvit the manager everything will be fixed. Thank you both for being good at what you do and treating customers like family. I appreciate you both.

Absolutely terrible place to go. I walked in asked for help. The girl at the counter by the cashier. Very rude. Not one person asked me if they could help me out of about six guys rolling around that place. I would never go back

10/15/2022 - 5*I worked with Joe on getting my new car. He was very friendly. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had for him honestly. I never really felt very much pressure there. The space looked clean. Overall, I had a good experience.

I rarely write reviews but Ganley Subaru of Bedford deserves it. The service was great. Our salesman, Gary Axelband, followed all Costco program rules and gave us better price than two other dealerships we checked before. The trade-in price of our old car was also better than in other places and in total we saved $1700.Gary was very professional, patient and explained every car feature meticulously. While you think that it should be self-explanatory but all those new car safety features differs from car to car and it is very nice when someone spends time and explains it to you.We have chance to meet manager and he also was not pushy and very pleasant person. After purchase we received small gift that might be not very important but nice touch. Overall, it felt like we spent time not in dealership but with our family members and for our next car purchase we'll definitely come back to this place.

I truly hate looking for cars and the whole experience, but buying the Forester couldn't have been easier. Joe brought out a few cars for us to test drive on our own and allowed us to look around with no pressure. When we went looking on the lot my husband he found the exact color he wanted and was thrilled it was in the sport model.There was absolutely no pressure, no haggling, I knew he was giving me the best price he could. I am a bargain shopper so I definitely looked up where the prices are for the car!I think Joe and Ben in finance did an excellent job and got us in the price range I was comfortable with.Truly appreciate a different kind of car buying experience! Thumbs up guys!!

Experience was wonderful overall, they were able to meet my needs in my budget. Tires will need replaced soon (my fault for not noticing when buying a couple weeks ago), but otherwise car has been great.There was a hitch in the financing on their end, but it was fixed with little issue. Thanks again for the car!

I moved back to Ohio from Chicago and had to buy a car fairly quickly. I walked into the dealership and was met by the lovely graceful and smiling James Drake who helped me find my perfect car. He was calm and patient and so incredibly helpful and in 2 hours I drove away in my Toyota. He is the best as is the dealership. 5 stars !!

I worked with a number of dealers to pick our Subary. Ganley provided both a fair price and an exceptional no-nonsense quick service. We made it clear we knew what we wanted and they came back quickly and without all the games some of the other dealers tried to play. We ended up driving to this far away dealer (for us) for the great experience! The new car is great! Thank you, Ganley! Especially Jeff, Ken and Bryan!

I always have a great experience at Ganley. Everyone is wonderful. Joe walker, my sales person is great. He's very personable and to-the-point. He's definitely customer oriented! I'm a Realtor, so I know exactly what he's dealing with when working with the public. He does an excellent job at it. I went just to check out the cars and see my options. I took a test drive in the 2020 Jetta and fell in love. Howard and the rest of the team took supper good care of me. They helped me with everything and made sure that I was happy with everything even checking in with me a few days after I received my new Jetta. I recommend this dealership and Howard to anyone that is in search of a new Volkswagen they are the best.

I was a little nervous seeing all the negative reviews. However, i got the car checked out with the mechanic, no problems. Joe Walker was a helpful guy who seemed real. Got a decent deal as well.If i have any problems, I'll post back but if not you can assume I'm still happy with the purchase.

Ganley Subaru of Bedford is THE BEST! Larry Boro and Josh Baskin made my leasing experience seamless, efficient, and easy. This place has come a long way. And as a 8 time owner of a Subaru vehicle I feel comfortable stating that they have put together a wonder collection of staff. My latest experience with them confirmed this with providing a digestible sales process, well prepared and organized finance department, and a knowledgeable service department. Exceptional!

I talked to your Super Star Salesman, Tony Taylor the other day about purchasing a new Dodge truck. He was very informative and knew about the truck line, even saying he has owned a Dodge truck. I learned a lot from Tony. At this time I will hold off from purchasing a new truck but I would like to say that Tony will be selling me a new truck very soon. Thank you and he needs a pay raise.

Ganley Subaru was wonderful to work with when purchasing our new Crosstrek. I've been requesting from three years to be taken off of mailing lists and marketing contact lists. I still get items, specifically from Peter Kash, years after initially requesting them to stop. Every time, Peter tells me it's taken care, but it never is. If this simple request can't be fulfilled, I definitely would not trust him when purchasing a vehicle. I personally won't go back here for service (after spending thousands on maintenance and repair) for this issue alone.

I had an appointment (time of appointment was per the schedule request [lunch] of my salesman, Greg Love) to work a deal on a truck. One hour before I was to arrive, the dealership sold the truck with the knowledge of Greg Love who was staying in contact with me during the other buyer's process. Greg knew that I was on my way to work the deal, but be didn't "go-to-bat" for me and get me the opportunity to make the purchase. Poor customer service and NO LOYALTY to customers!
