Wow! What a great experience buying a new Ridgeline from Jay Honda. From the moment we walked in and met Eddie it was great. He was so friendly and helpful. Did not really intend on buying a car that day but Eddie (and sales manager Eric) were great to work with and helped us find the right truck. Abe in finance was very helpful too. Everyone at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. Great experience working with Eddie! When I am ready for another Honda I would definitely buy from him!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had no problem with any attitude with anyone who helped me! Everyone was honest and nice and they took great care of me! My sales rep Justin was a huge help! Stand up guy and very knowledgeable about cars himself! I bought a used 2020 Honda civic SI and it s everything that I could want! The monthly payment was way under what I expected! I can t stress enough how nice and honest both Justin and the finance manager was! Not pushy at all! What a breath of fresh air when it comes to car buying in modern America! 5 stars for sure!!

I m giving two stars because this was a good experience initially (until it wasn t).Came to this dealer through Costco program and was connected with Eddie. He was responsive immediately but then insisted I come all the way out to Bedford to get information like when in transit vehicles would be available. I ended up having a very easy and fun buy experience in Middleburg Heights. My salesman s name was Issa and I highly recommend if you want a Honda that you call him FIRST!

My husband and I recently visited Jay Honda and had an overall wonderful experience. Everyone was super nice and friendly but working with Eddie elevated our experience to a whole other level. He was extremely professional, very courteous, super efficient, and an excellent communicator.Even though we went on a Sunday and was a relatively quiet day, we experienced some action across the street that s going to bond Eddie and us forever :)I highly recommend Jay Honda if you re in the market for a new or used car!!

My wife and I drove 200 miles from Michigan to the dealership to pick up a 2021 Audi Q3 with 10k miles for our daughter. I told Justin, our salesman, that I was "very meticulous and if the car had any scratches or dings on it then it wasn't the car for us and we would keep looking". Seems like a fair request. He assured me that the car was "mint and did not have any scratches or blemishes on it". When we arrived, 3 of the 4 fenders/quarter panels had major scratches where the car had been hit, and there was a small dent on the tailgate. I told him I was very upset about the condition and asked him why he wasn't truthful with me in the first place. His excuse was "I didn't see the damage when I made the video of the car". Really?? It's hard to determine whether he was intentionally dishonest or is just ignorant about automobiles. Either way, it's unacceptable. My guess is he assumed that I would just buy it anyway after driving 200 miles.The first giveaway should have been when he asked for a $2,000 non-refundable deposit to hold the car. What! Excuse me?? The second giveaway was the location of the dealership. It's in a questionable area, so make sure you keep your eyes open and lock your doors. Candidly, after taking one look at the pre-owned lot, we were tempted to keep driving, but figured since we drove all that way, we would give them the benefit of doubt.Extremely disappointed with the lack of dishonesty and shoddy "dealership" practices. Suffice to say, after expressing our disappointment to Justin, we walked out of the dealership with our original cashiers check in hand, vowing to never consider buying a vehicle from them again. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! Bad location, dishonest salespeople, and an overall terrible and frustrating experience!

My daughter stopped in looking to trade her Honda in for a newer car. We spoke with someone in finance by the name of Ira. Ira was very professional and informative with the process for her. He gave her some great information, and she knows exactly what she needs to do moving forward.

My father and I are very fond customers at Jay Honda. Jay Honda treats their clients like family. I have been leasing with Honda since 2020. Last month, I leased a brand new 2024 Honda Accord. Grace was the one I leased with. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and you can tell that she is so passionate about her job. A week after I leased my new Accord, she called me and made sure that I was driving safely and that the Accord met my standards. Nicole is amazing as well. She is passionate about her career with Honda, and gives great advice on how to keep your Honda great! She helped me get my new plates without a hassle Thanks so much Nicole! I had a pretty scummy experience at Jay Honda, significantly worse than I ve had buying used cars elsewhere.After hours of them wasting my time by doing things like sneakily jacking up the online listed price of the car I came in to see while I was discussing it with them and later straight-up lying to me about what the current Fed rate was (both of which I called them out on), the floor manager stormed over and started yelling at *me* about wasting *their* time because I had the audacity to want to quickly look at the car to make sure they detailed it as promised (they hadn t).

Just left Jay Honda and got done working with Eddie Oracio! Awesome, friendly and great person. Him and the Jay Honda team was very patient with me. I felt very comfortable and not rushed just to buy a car. Thank you again Eddie and the Jay honda crew!

Met with Dane. The BEST, most RESPECTFUL salesman I encountered in my time in the rounds of Bedford Ohio auto dealers. Dane actually listened to what we needed, outstanding ability to decipher what we needed, showed us the options and understood our concerns. Not pushy, not intimidating or manipulative, a true gem of a man! Highly recommend Dane!

Ty and Sandy are the greatest. They could tell I was irritated yet, stayed and helped walk through everything with me step by step. They could've just blew me off and dismissed me but they didn't, I would've, but they didn't. They kept their professionalism and got me back on the road safe. If that weren't enough, Ty even stayed after hours to further help me all by himself. Thank God for Ty and Sandy!

In the middle of working with Mr. Eddie Oracio on my CRV lease and this guy is awesome! Very straight to the point, NO sugar coating! Which I appreciated greatly. He is also very personable, down to earth very easy to talk to. If you're into TV shows, movies, anime or anything like that he's DEFINITELY your guy! Call him up and tell him I sent you!

The altenator and battery on the vehicle I purchased went bad. I took it to the maintenance shop at Jay Honda and they fixed both issues within a few hours. I want to thank Matt Tapassi, Ty Hunt and Robert for all of your help!!! Matt is amazing and whatever they are paying you it's not enough. You listened and took care of the issues. I felt judged from the moment I walked in the door. Customer service is extremely important to me and it should be to every business no matter what the customer looks like. So I made myself known, and I was told they didn't have the vehicle that I wanted in the color I preferred. I then asked about numbers and test driving. I was given some ridiculous numbers 10 to 12 THOUSAND DOLLARS DOWN, but I let them go on because I then knew my appearance was definitely driving what was happening at this dealership. I was told I could test drive the vehicle and then I was told I could not test drive the vehicle because it was sold but I can certainly look at the features BUT If I put down the money they can get what I want even from another dealership. I then showed them another dealership not too far away and had the vehicle I wanted, so no worries. Sales representative stepped away and told me they called them and they did not have that vehicle, and IT WAS SOLD. I called Ganley Honda in Great Northern MYSELF in front of the sales representative (he insisted), and they told me that they had what I wanted. JAY HONDA JUDGE ME AND LIED TO ME! I went to Ganley Honda in Great Northern in my same attire and got the vehicle that I wanted with no judgment and exceptional customer service. I even had the option of ZERO DOLLARS DOWN....pictures don't lie

14 days expired on my temporary tags and still haven t received the memorandum title to get my new plates. Tried to reach them multiple times a week before they expired and it took a whole week for them to call me back and let me know their clerk is running behind. Had a feeling this was going to be an issue when it took them a whole week just to find out if there was a second key to my car (there wasn t).

I have never met a person that will surely go to heaven until today - I met Sandy in the service department at Honda 175 Broadway. I had tried to replace the battery in my 2019 Honda CRV Key Fob. Did you know that there are at least 12 pieces that fall out when done improperly? So, I drove to Honda, met Sandy and she fixed the problem like a surgeon! Thank you very much, Sandy! I have been buying Honda's since 1976.

My father-in-law had a bad experience getting his Civic serviced here, but I decided to give them a chance and took my brand new 2024 Accord EX-L to them to address a steering drift issue.I should have known to walk out the door when I was told that steering issues are "unwarrantyable" and my options were a) do a wheel alignment, which might fix the issue or b) do a steering diagnosis, which might find the problem, but wouldn't fix the issue. I'd have to pay for both, and I was about to go on a long road trip a few days later, so I opted for the wheel alignment. The bill was over $150.It didn't fix the problem, and I wasn't any closer to finding out what was causing it, so obviously, I wasn't happy, and I let Honda know in the customer satisfaction survey.In response, the Service Director called me. To be quite honest, I don't know why he wanted to talk to me, but he said it was really suspicious that I "suddenly" noticed a steering drift issue that I didn't pick up on during the test drive. People, test drives are short, and you don't expect something like a gradual, constant, steering drift to be present in a new car, so you don't actively look for it.I'll give them this, they're great at talking down to you and insulting your integrity. Just don't expect them to fix anything.

Gone far downhill! What a shame. Horrible customer service and an absolute lack of investigative abilities from the service department -they don t try to figure anything out and refuse to inspect vehicles or listen to concerns. The front desk staff (Jill and Sandra) are both rude and miserable people who should not be working front desk jobs.There s a reason there are so many recent one stars for the service department. Would not buy a car here because if you need service you ll be SOL.

Read your contract. While it was adjusted I felt pretty cheated how they decided to tack on a markup due to demand. And then mention it wasn t required to disclose. I ve been to other dealerships and it was clearly listed. Even other Honda dealerships. Everyone claimed they were one piece and didn t know the other piece in process and wouldn t cheat us intentionally. But that s still not acceptable. As the sales guy you re responsible regardless.We are repeat customers and this left a sour taste in our mouths about the whole incident and transaction. This just continues the whole reason why people hate dealerships and salesman. There are way better experiences through Tesla, Carvana, Carmax that offer return policies and pretty much everything done online. This will be our last deal with this dealership.

I was asked to help find the best deal in purchasing a car for a friend. Jay was the best location to purchase, based on their service and prices. The inventory was low, but they were willing to contact other dealers for the car she decided to purchase. Special thanks to the finance manager.

As a long time customer of both Jay Honda, and American Honda it sickens me that my 2021 Honda Pilot is rusting. Although Honda provides a 5 yr rust / corrosion warranty they do not honor their own warranty to correct the problem. Jay Honda has basically washed their hands of it. After purchasing 9 vehicles from the Jay Group, and 8 Hondas, they have shown me loyalty is one sided. I will never spend another dime with them, and other buyers should beware of the fluff warranties they provide but do not back.

I don t like shopping for cars, I know nothing and feel very intimidated. However every person I spoke with at Jay Honda was very professional, kind and honest. The atmosphere was very comfortable and quick. I definitely would suggest going here if you are looking for a new vehicle. Thank you Trevor, Abe and Ray. You all were wonderful
