Service managers are welcoming, explain well the services available and their recommendations but are not pushy, they respect your decisions. The booking is easily done online w/o the need for long call times. Service updates are provided promptly via the text messages while you comfortably enjoy free Starbucks coffee and complimentary snacks. Great team, great prices, and genuine care. Thank you!

Amazing experience. I could not ask for a smoother more efficient process for leasing a car. My salesperson Rob Logan did a lot of leg work to help me find the vehicle that best fit my needs and in my price range. We set up a final meeting and I was in and out a my new car in well under 90 minutes. Rob was fantastic. My Sales and Leasing Consultant Abe Hani was just as fantastic. Was very thorough and beyond patient with all my questions. Cannot thank both Rob and Abe for the tremendous experience. Thank you both!!!

First I must said my advisor Mr. Marc D was the BEST. He treated me with COURTESY and RESPECT. He was VERY FRIENDLY and PLEASANT. He met me at my car. Which I'm not USE TO. My appt went very well. Mr. Marc explain a few things to me. He answers ALL MY QUESTIONS in language that I could UNDERSTAND. My technician Bryan A send me a VIDEO of what, was going on. NEVER had that done before. They BOTH made me feel SPECIAL. I truly appreciate them. It was a PLEASURE doing BUSINESS at this dealership. I will recommend them to family/ friend and associates. Thanks for a JOB WELL DONE !!

Sandy Taylor is an excellent service advisor and taught me things about my car that I have had for three years and never knew. The service was efficient and everything was completely explained in a way that was easy to comprehend.My only complaint is the 3% charge for using my credit card.

Rob is a fantastic salesman! He has sold my husband two cars previously and just sold me my first just a few days ago and I couldn t have been happier with my service! He did everything he could to make sure he sold me a car in my price range and around what I wanted to pay a month and most dealerships won t do that for a customer so he s definitely one of a kind! Abe from financial also definitely made the whole signing process a breeze and took his time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand with this being my first purchase. I couldn t be happier with the team up at jay honda I will definitely be returning to buy another car in the future

I recently bought a car from Honda. The sales person greeted me as I walked in, I liked that. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable. He was stress free to work with. Finance department was friendly and knowledgeable. This was the best car experience I ve been to in a long time. I Love my Honda accord. Thank you Jay Honda for a Great buying car experience. Everyone in the service department are friendly, quick to help and knowledgeable.When my vehicle was being serviced, I was given a loaner car, thank you for caring about your customers. Other places do not offer a drive back to your home if the distance is more than 5 miles away! Even if your bill is $2,000 Great service Jay Honda!!!Thank you

Eddie could not have made it any easier to lease my new car. I went to 3 different dealerships and he came in at the best price from the very beginning! The process of ending my old lease and starting a new one was seamless. I would highly recommend Jay Honda for your next car!

First time here and I was blown away with the quality customer service. Ty, my service advisor was respectful, kind, friendly, and thorough. His communication skills exceeded expectations. I can t say enough how satisfied I was with the entire experience. My only complaint is more towards Honda. They aren t very clear on needing almost $500 of preventive maintenance that needed to be done at the 10,000 mile mark. Jay Honda, however, will be my preferred location with service on my Honda. Thank you!

Don't trust the maintenance check they had done. Get your own done. Two days after buying the vehicle, it wouldn't start- due to a dead battery. (Our mechanic told us it would need to be replaced),but theirs didn't seem to think anything needed repair. So, it could've stranded someone test-driving it. Buyer beware & get an independent review before buying.

Today I received some of the best service from Mark! Very respectful very understanding! I was in need of some new tires also I needed routine maintenance. Let Mark know how much I was willing to spend. And he helped me out by giving some of the services I needed with a promotional discount. Always pleasant when helping me get what I need!

From the moment we walked in the door we felt a difference with this dealership. Everyone was welcoming, laid back and happy to see us. From the receptionist who greeted us, to Cody who we talked with us online, to Melissa in finance we were not rushed, pushed or pressured. But mostly we have to say how incredible Basia, our client advisor was. She rode with us and was extremely informative of the truck we were looking at. When we were at her desk talking she was again top notch with information. And after our purchase, she came back out with us to go over the fine details of the truck before we left. As a woman, going to a dealership, for me, has always been a bit daunting and a man s world , but Basia rocked it out of the park and made her mark that women know their trucks and cars too! I can t speak highly enough! I was so impressed by her. I am going to tell all my friends, but especially female, if you re looking for a car and want to work with a knowledgeable woman, ask for Basia. I will definitely go back to Jay Buick GMC because of and for Basia and all the incredible staff! Great job!

Ty was amazing, very accommodating. Travelling from Canada had to return back in a day, Jay honda took my car during the Friday of easter weekend and made it ready within a day. Amazing service, cost was bit high but service was amazing. Kudos to all working there

Jill did an excellent job getting me organized and set up with my appointment and also future maintenance that I might require. This was very thorough and I was very impressed. I wish I would ve bought the vehicle that I have from Jay Honda. I think they are very honest and open.

Great service experience. Jill, the service advisor, was very friendly, kept the check in process easy, explained the services and what was covered through my purchase. At the end, I was provided a video and details of the inspection. I always have this expectation that the service folks are going to try and sell something to me that I don t really need just to make a few more bucks I didn t get that feeling here at all. The service took a little longer than what Jill said it would but nothing terrible and she still apologized for it taking a few minutes longer. Very rare to see someone be aware of possible customer concerns and just own them up front. First time going and I will continue to use them for my Honda service.

Always an Amazing experience at Jay Honda! From friendly Service from Marc, to detailed videos of my car from the mechanic, to a friendly informative breakdown of services. They even offered to go get my car and pull it around for me at pickup. I declined it was right outside the front door. Excellent Service Every Time!!

Nobody likes having to take their car in to get serviced but Jay makes it as pain free as possible. Today I was reminded of why I keep coming back to them rather than to a third party dealer. They were extremely helpful in getting me a next-morning appointment. Once on-site, Ty was very communicative every step of the process, from diagnosis to fix. Matt was also super helpful in a) explaining the more technical aspects of what was wrong with my civic and b) going the extra mile in assisting me with my routine car maintenance. Worth driving out when I need service every time.

Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Two days earlier, I went to a different Honda dealership. There was quite a difference. Jay Honda gave me a better price on my 2023 Accord four-door sedan EXL. Price isn't the only thing but it's a good place to start. My sales person was persistent and she followed through. I'm glad I went to Jay Honda
