Mix up with my appointment they still took my car call me and let me know what the problem was and ask for my permission to go head and fix the car said they would have it back to me the next day and they didgreat experience would recommend

Great mechanic shop, very friendly and they really care about you. They try to give you the most affordable option, which is nice when dealing with cars that need services at the most inconvenient times

Excellent, honest work at a very fair price. These guys tell you exactly what's wrong with your car, what you should have fixed now, what you can have fixed later. They don't upsell or BS you. I drive across town for them to work on my car.

Ted at Dealer Connection saved my weekend trip! I was in town for the weekend from Western NY. My van broke down. Some places couldn't even look at my vehicle for 3 days-a week. Instead of me being stranded in a new state for a week, Ted got my van in, fixed it, and even showed me the issue so I could learn something about my vehicle. He truly was a life saver!

Ted Chase and Dealer Connection is a fantastic company. They replaced our transmission in our Chevy Impala. It works great. They are an honest company. My wife and I highly recommend them. You can trust them with confidence.

Lots of car wisdom and honest, dependable service.Update - Dealer Connection goes above and beyond to take care of me and my cars. I have had many more dealings with them since my original post, and if I leave Cleveland I just don't know what we are going to do about car repairs. I HATE dealing with car repairs! And I am going to miss having a place that I really trust.

Dealer's Connection is THE MOST ethical, honest & fair auto repair and used car sales business anywhere. They've been my repair shop for over a decade and I've not ever been dissatisfied with their diagnosis nor their work. On more than one occasion they knew I was out of town on a business trip, so instead of inconveniencing my wife to try and get the car after they fixed it, the owner had one of his guys drive it over to my house. If you've had a bad experience with them, you were the problem.

The owner TED is horrible, I am on disability, was approved for a car loan, looked at a car and brought it to him to look at, he said it would need 1300 in work and the place I was going to buy the car from sold bad used cars all the time so he said he had one for sale, I took it for a ride and told him I hear this horrible knocking and grinding, so him and a now EX friend of mine said it was my muffler hitting the fender so they cut out part of my fender, took the car home and the noise started getting worse, I took the car to 2 repair shops, both refuse to fix it, they said the frame is rusted and totally rusted out on one part and something like the axel broke off of something or something broke and the axel is completely broken off and that's just the start of my problems and that ITS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE..i called Ted, and when I told him he said " I thought you just wanted a basic transportation vehicle " SO I GUESS TO TED THE OWNER OF DEALERS CONNECTION ITS OK TO SELL SOMETHING THAT BAD AND DANGEROUS TO SOMEONE ON DISABILITY because it's just for basic transportation, I've had this car a little over a month and can't even drive it up the road let alone use it to get to my doctors appointments and the grocery store...i am letting everyone know NOT to buy anything from this fraud and I'm going to post it everywhere and over and over again, I have all the time in the world to do this!!!!!Just wanted to let everyone know that Ted the owner did make this right shortly after by giving me my money back..I posted the review before hand... This man sold us two bad cars just to take our money one of them brokedown already and the other on has issues with it and couldn t pass the e- check with 3 months reporting this man for bad service

Very friendly and fair. Most places would give you a list of "things that need to be fixed" at an astronomical price... not here
