They have done a couple work on my car and each and time they impress me. They re quick and reliable. As a woman I always feel like some mechanics aren t 100% honest with pricing and what the car needs. But with this place I don t worry about it because the owner explains everything in great details and doesn t mind answering any questions I had. Ive been recommending them to anyone that has car issues. And I think the cherry on top is that the location is great in walking distance to a couple food places.

My experience here was great. The owner is very helpful and really does look out for his customers. The service was fast and they explain the issues with your vehicle in a way you will understand.

Very honest, understanding and reliable people. Excellent service as well, they took me as a walk in, took a look at my car immediately and patched up my exhaust pipe at an affordable price. you definitely will not regret bringing your car in!

Bedford Auto Repair is a great place to take your auto. I recently needed brake work done on my car and was looking for a place that could do the job quickly and at an affordable price. I decided to finally stop by Bedford Auto Repair. Mo and his team of mechanics took my car in immediately and did a great job on my front brakes. They are professional, top notch, knowledgeable, fast, affordable and very friendly. I will be taking my car back to them when more service is needed. I highly recommend them!

Great experience here. I have a 2012 Buick enclave that I bought here but listening to other people i started taking it to other places who were just taking my money but I decided to take it back to Bedford Auto Repair best decision ever. Dropped my vehicle off the day before for and was ready by noon the next day. Thank you guys I ll be back for all my vehicle need.

I had a lot of repair work done on my vehicle (Kia Soul) this past weekend at Bedford Auto Repair. I love the fact that they kept me informed throughout the process. They gave upfront pricing and if anything went beyond that they called and let me know beforehand to ask if I wanted them to proceed. I've known about them for a long time because my Daughter used to bring her other vehicles here to be serviced and she still does till this day. So, I decided to bring my car here as well because I know they do good work and they guarantee their work. They're professional, courteous and respectful to their customers needs. I want to thank Moe for everything today. Most companies will charge you to look at your vehicle but not Bedford Auto Repair he gave me a good advice anybody can run a test on your vehicle and most places will give you a different answer. He was right they did like said Moe bring it back if the problem is consistent and stop paying companies who charge you for services. Thank you Moe and I will go with your advice. I have paid over $800.00 for a diagnosis. I really appreciate your help and advice today.

I've been taking my car to Bedford Auto for years. I never have to wait to get my car looked at. I actually just came from there to get an oil change and they pulled my car in right away. I was out in 20 min. They are very knowledgeable and I like them or I wouldn't keep going back.

I m out of state, and I need to be able to rely on someone else s eyes and their intentions when it comes to vehicles when I can t get the time off. I do wish I still had my RX-8 and you were local, hands down you guys would be my go-to!!! Thanks for being able to help me out when I couldn t get off work to check out the truck myself. I really do appreciate you.-Would highly recommend for inspection services, as that s what I had done.

Was in a pinch with a flat tire at 2am. Was able to get my car to the shop and left it there overnight. The technician was able to get a great matching tire installed and I was back on the road the following day. Very appreciative of their service.

My brakes was grinding really bad. Got a quote from two spots. One was $900 the other was $550. Moe got me together for less than $350. Which was in my price range. Took it in at around 230p. He was done by 430p. Friendly workers and they did a great job. Thank you Bedford auto repair.

Extremely helpful. My tire was shredded on 271. Called around to find right size tire, is now installing one to get me back home safely (200+ miles). Thankful for technology that pointed me to Bedford Auto Repair.

I want to say thank you for your service. As a single mom and needing car repairs it tends to get scary. Right moms!!! We are worried if they will make your car worse.... Not at this place right here. I drove over a nail got a flat tire. Coming to this establishment made me feel comfortable but also secure. I wasn't taken advantage of with pricing or the repairs. I live for CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place exceeds it. I didn't have a way to get my cash from my savings account. Guess who offered a ride.... YEEEEEESSSS!!! They did y'all. I wasn't stuck trying to figure out a ride to get my money just to pay for my ride lol . I sat in the lobby and finished knitting my blanket. Great Job!!!

Bedford Auto has been repairing my automobiles for years. They have provided auto care for my foreign vehicles. Currently a late model Merceds Benz S550 and a late model Audi A8L. Bedford Auto does an excellent, A1 job at a fraction of Dealer cost, including minor and major repair. I highly recommend Bedford Auto for all of your auto repair needs.
