Bought a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta GLI. The dealer I delt with, Derek, was very patient and helped me for 4 hours to purchase this vehicle. They even detailed the car and kept it inside until I picked it up. No one was pushy and everyone was super nice.

Initially, I was a little nervous about the car buying process, but William W. made sure everything went smoothly. He provided me clear instructions on what was needed before arriving at the dealership, made sure I received applicable rebates, and was very patient with me while giving a tutorial of the vehicle. I had a concern about the new vehicle I purchased. The response time was prompt and they were able to resolve my issue ridiculously fast. The integrity and customer care the staff at this location provides is out standing. They also make you feel so comfortable. I recently had an 2022 Audi R8 in for service at Audi of Bedford. I must say the dealership and especially the service depart is excellent! Great Car Buying Experience from an out of state buyer.I recently worked with Derek Pickle to purchase a vehicle from Audi of Bedford and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Derek was knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. Being an out of state buyer, he was transparent and honest! I was interested in purchasing an Audi A7 and the dealership was located in another state. Due to high cost to travel to the dealership, we had to do online purchase. This was our first time during a blind buy. My wife and I were very nervous, but salesmans Williams Woods and Rodney Brown made the progress seamless. We received a video of the vehicle, that Rodney created, that gave a tour of the vehicle inside and outside with extreme details of the vehicle. Our calls and texts were returned in a timely manner, which made the process easier. The finance department went over all the necessary paperwork to close the deal in a timely manner. Our vehicle was delivered on the expected date and time. Rodney follow up to make sure everything was good. We will definitely recommend this dealership and all our future purchases will be done at Audi Bedford.

Bought a Q5 sportback in Feb 2024. Sales process was fine, not problems. Purchased the car out of state and had the car shipped to me. When i got the car is was disgusting. The outside was dirty but that was expected travelling 800 miles but the inside was unacceptable. There were footprints on the dash, spilled drink in the cupholder, spilled drink along the passenger side trim, roll or wallpaper under the front seat, and bacon in the middle console!. They assured me that this car had been detailed before they shipped it, but obviously it wasn't touched. I purchased this car for my daughter and i had to spend the entire afternoon cleaning this car before i could give it to her. They told me to get it detailed and send them the bill but no way i could find anyone to clean this that quick. I got it detailed and called Mr. woods and have not had any response and also emailed the finance guy requesting a phone call. No response. They asked me not to post a review, but with no responses i have no choice. At this point i want absolutely nothing to do with Bedford Audi and will just count this as a loss for me. The car is great but not Bedford Audi.

Went to check out used vehicle on Tuesday. Was quickly greeted by Mark Phillips who treated me more like a friend than customer. Test drove vehicle & applied for financing online. The team stayed late to get my approval that same night. Arrived before they opened on Friday & was greeted and brought inside. Had a slight miscommunication about bad tint on car that was immediately taken car of. Left by 10:00 AM in my A4. Super clean, courteous, professional place and staff. Thanks for such a great experience. Highly recommended!

I've bought two used cars from this dealership, both time I was treated as if I was buying a brand new top of the line Audi. Mark was great to work with. They gave me a great price and worked with my credit union to finance my purchase. I hope the car I bought recently lasts as long as the car I bought there in 2018. I put 100000 miles on that car with only one or two minor problems. At this point, I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

We traveled 3 hours from Michigan to Audi Bedford to find a car. We had the best experience with Rodney Brown and his team. Rodney went way above and beyond to find what we needed. He made sure to find us a car with all of the specifications and details we were looking for. I have not come across a harder working man than Rodney in a long time. He works hard to get the job done for you! He gave us a good deal on our trade in. He sat down and listened to us and even after we left he emailed and called many times until our vehicle was delivered to our front door . I highly recommend this dealership without reservations, especially Rodney! He will not disappoint you!

I bought my first brand new Audi here at Audi of Bedford and I would NEVER, EVER again. Josh K convinced me to order my own, so i ordered a 2022 S5 Sportback expected in 2 months. Time was running out on my current A5 and Bedford offered me $7,000 less for trade than others were so I sold it right before my new cars expected date. Josh messaged me a week before my date saying that the date was pushed not once but twice before revealing that the 2022 production was closed and I would have to now order a 2023; making my new date 6 months further. I agreed even though I was losing a lot of the options I really wanted however I already invested in the process and deposit, asking if something else similar arrived sooner that I would accept it. As I no longer had a vehicle, I asked Josh if there was a service Audi offered for rentals until my car came in. He responded that it s not something they offer and to just wait for my order. 9 months after the original order was placed my car arrived. I had prior financing with Audi financial so I applied and was approved. My acceptance was sent to the dealership to help the process. Upon arriving to the dealership Josh informed me that my financing was denied and I needed a $25k down payment. Becky in finance informed me that Audi made a mistake when they sent me the acceptance letter and I am not approved. I offered a co signer with outstanding credit, no car loans, debt to income ratio below 3% and over $250K in income however Becky said my co signer would not make a difference in my financing and with my co signer we were being denied by every lender. My original documentation with Audi financial showed a 5.99% however Becky said Ally is the only one who would accept me for a 12.8% rate. Becky told me, if I didn t like her rate, I could leave and go get my own financing . Jake informed me that there were interested buyers calling on my car offering more over MSRP, assumingely making my deal more difficult.I was never offered additional warranties, tire protection, Audi Care, all of which my last Audi had and I really wanted. Becky skipped those and said I was maxed out on my loan even with my 10k down payment. I took my car into service, Alison treated me with just as much disrespect as the rest of the dealership had previously. Their communication skills lacked to no existence, I waited 3.5 hours with no update on my vehicle, along with the other very unhappy customers. Due to not being offered an alignment after that service, my car needed new tires at 7k miles.I would never do business with Audi of Bedford again, they took one of the proudest moments of my life away from me. Stay away from this shady car dealership.

Bedford Audi went above and beyond in fixing a rear view mirror issue on a car I purchased from them several months ago without any special warrantees. Salesman Derek was a great guy to work with in the initial transaction and was helpful when it came to helping get my rear view mirror fixed. Would definitely reccomend and personally will go to them first next time I am back in the market for another vehicle.

Booked an appointment to take my 2020 Audi in for a creaking noise coming from the steering wheel. This has been an ongoing problem with the car from the time I've purchased the vehicle. I've taken it to other Audi dealerships who failed to find and correct the problem. I also have an extended 5 warranty for which I paid $5,000 for when I bought the vehicle. The service tech heard the noise and said it definitely wasn't normal for the vehicle to be making such noises and that they would do their best to find the cause, but that if other Audi dealerships couldn't find the problem, they likely wouldn't be able to either and that I'd be on the hook to pay $220 for a "diagnostic visit". Mind you, I've taken my vehicle for the same "diagnostic" services at the Mentor Audi and they've never charged me a dime. Suffice to say, I won't be returning to this particular dealership and I will also probably never buy another Audi vehicle.UPDATE 10/19/2023: Jeff Reuss, General Sales Manager of Audi Bedford has reached out to invite me into the dealership to see if they can identify and fix the problem. This gesture is much appreciated. As a result, the review has been updated to a 2-star review. Will keep updating. Thank you Mr. Reuss.UPDATE 10/30/2023: The team at Audi Bedford went above and beyond to fix my vehicle. Extra special thanks to the technicians and all the service staff. You guys are wonderful! 5 STARS!!!!

This dealership threatened to remove parts off my Q7 after I requested they accept the coupon they acknowledged as valid during check in.The service manager attempted to physically intimidate me which was a first at any dealership let alone a fine brand like Audi.No previous issues with this dealer and the front office to intervene to my favor so they made well on the error however the immature manager is still employed last i checked.Be sure to have your coupons validated at check in and hold them to it.

I scheduled for diagnosis my car when I made appointment she never indicate about charges and when I get there the receptionist indicated that there would be $195 charge to just find out what s wrong with car and didn t mentioned that each diagnosis will charge $195 so I ended up paying double of the money ridiculous customer service bought two car from this dealership but seems like they don t care to cheat in anyway

In May I purchased a 2018 A4 from Audi Bedford under the guidance of Max Duffy and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Because of both being out-of-state and this being in the heart of the pandemic shutdown, the process for buying the car was anything but standard. Max was extremely patient and responsive. He provided every detail I asked for, worked with me on understanding the process for an out-of-state purchase, and was extremely flexible as our plans changed on how to get the car. Audi Bedford made the process to trade in my current Audi easy and predictable and guided us through the Audi Care, financing and purchasing process ensuring we landed at the best place with the various options. The car was a hard to find manual transmission and was in absolute perfect condition. I had been searching for this model for a long time and the process and experience to get it was perfect thanks to Max and Audi Bedford!

Purchased a brand new Audi rsq8 from here. But customer service has been terrible! First thing is I paid over $150k for this vehicle. I get to the dealership and I surprise my wife with the vehicle then after that they tell me I m only getting one key. One key on a $150k brand new vehicle. This is after I already surprised my wife with the car. So j couldn t refuse the vehicle. They made it seem like I d have the key within a week or 2. Never happened. So I contact Audi customer service to get my key. They tell me my key is ready and to Take it to the dealership to get my Key. Ok. I contact the dealership and can t get a hold of anyone in the service department for 2 days. Finally after arguing with some of the staff someone finally calls me. Tells me it would be over a month before they can schedule me.Second issue. They ceramic coat the vehicle and charge me $1k for this service that I did not request and they did not disclose with me before I purchased the vehicle. So after when we re signing the papers they tell me about tue ceramic coat. But at this time I cannot cancel. I already surprised my wife with the vehicle. I can t take it back. Needless to say I will never do business here again. Terrible customer service. These people do not care for their customers. Worst customer service I ve ever experienced at any dealership. And I ve been to Many. I buy a lot of Cars. 2 a year at least.Never again!

I leased a car that I was told was going to be cleaned up before it was brought to me later in the week. Little did I know they put a ceramic coating during that time that I DIDN T ask for. They also informed me that my first payment would be due 45 days after the lease started. I got my first bill showing the payment is due 10/13 for a car I signed for on 9/13 and received 9/14. The math ain t mathing.They are real slick here so beware!
