I was a bit nervous after I brought my truck from here cause a noise was getting louder as you put it in reverse. But the warranty they provide covered it and all has been well! I love my truck again and they were great about helping me get it together wit their warranty folks. Thanks Debbie!

I had submitted an application online and they let me know I was approved. I was working with Lisa, she is incredible. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to commit yet so I was just looking around at vehicles. Lisa tried being super helpful as well as two other employees here. However when I decided that I'd like to wait at least a week before purchasing her manager Al began criticizing me, telling me I just came in and wasted everyone's time, he was yelling at me, I was treated very poorly, with everything I've been through with my four month old being hospitalized I didn't nor does anyone else deserve to be humiliated like that.

Got good vehicle. Just had to return for many repairs that were discussed pre-purchase some repairs never got honored.They also don't honor warranty work says system switched....Paid 1400 twice to fix problem once with them another time with better service team...Sales man was great but he quit.Accountant is SLICK he adds about 1000 in fees on cars and prays you don't catch them

Took my car in because there is a strong smell of gas.. they say it's my rear fuel lines and they replace them. I get my car back and the gas smell is worse so I take it back in because they didn't fix the problem. Now all of a sudden it's my fuel pump ??? and when I decide I'm not gonna have them fix it because I don't trust them, they charge me $88 for diagnostics even though I wouldn't have had to bring it in again a week later had they properly diagnosed the problem in the first place. Not happy and never going there again.

I have been wrenching on vehicles all my life, I had my vehicle towed here for diagnostics and then I would fix it myself. They charged me $92 to diagnose a problem, I replaced exactly what they said And it fixed nothing! When I called back and spoke to Jay, he said they would not refund my diagnostic fee because they could not stand behind the work that I did to the vehicle even though it was running the exact same way after the fix they diagnosed. One always finds out what her company is made of when there is an issue, there is very little if any integrity in this company

Where do I start !!!! I came in to get a car and it was my very first time !!! Ryan and Ale helped me and were the sweetest people ever !!! I definitely recommend anyone who s getting a car for the first time to go to them !!! Thank you for everything!!!

I only gave one because I didn't have an option to not give any without giving a review they've had my truck back-and-forth for weeks on end put in three motors stranded 3 hrs in dark parking lot course 2 nd motor blew up and now that I have my truck back it has scratches all over it the armrest is hanging off wires hanging from the dashboard wires hanging in the engine compartment that were not put back The Mercury switch for the light was never put back in hanging in the engine and for the second time they've left my truck on empty could barely make it to the gas station the first time they used a full tank of gas and now it had full tank of Freon in it and now my air conditioner is blowing hot air if I could take the one star off of here I would they deserve absolutely nothing and communication is absolutely horrible especially when I take it to them and tell them something is wrong and I give it back after two days and say nothing is wrong and the engine blows up the mechanics there have an issue !!! But when I contacted customer service they asked what they could do for me I said well I've been out of my truck for weeks at least make a payment they wouldn't do that they would not even give me anything else to drive back-and-forth to work !! And if I can find a way to post pictures on here of my truck how it came back I damn sure will do that too!! Customer service was of no help at allblew up and now I have my truck back again it has scratches all over it wires hanging from the dashboard

Just had my BMW serviced for electrical issue and clogged intake. Really good pricing and they did a great job!!!The staff was very helpful, seems honest and knowledgeable.

Staff is friendly, they all welcome you soon as you walk in. Unfortunately they couldn t get me approved with my info, but they pointed me in the right direction and now I m driving a 2018... thank you for telling me about the other place
