I am quite upset with the way the business was handled. My vehicle was not serviced before it was given to me the bearings are bad as well as the strut on the passenger s side. The engine makes a horrible noise when the car is idling, the ac does not work nor does the plugs in the vehicle, I called the warranty department and they refused me a loaner while it gets fixed . This was an all around bad experience for me I m very disappointed.

Shamikita is very professional and good at what she does I m so glad she was able to assist me in getting a vehicle she help me with several options to fit my needs and in the end we were able to get me in the vehicle of my choice if you need a car she the right salesperson for you.

I'm only giving this place a one star because of the warranty & the price. I honestly feel like they know their cars are POS but yet still sell them. I took my car in back in November to get fixed. They told me it was fixed but the heat went out in my car recently. Oh don't miss a payment because they blow your phone up but can't explain why their cars are no good. They got damn near 3k from me already. I won't recommend anyone go there at all

The most disrespectful and unprofessional company I have could ever get a car from. I wish I would have never purchased a vehicle from ABC motor credits because they buy cars from auctions. They rig them up and then sell them just to be financed under DPS financial company who does absolutely nothing but constantly charge your card request for payments and wants to repossess your car while your car is in the shop and Lisa Warrenty is supposed to be doing the work on the car you ll have to pay $100 deductible no matter how Long your car is under warranty and whatever problems came with the car from ABC motor credit Simmons and Urban Auto rigging up the cars and then given them to hard-working Americans who are not rich and that work hard to save up to purchase a vehicle so they can get back-and-forth to their employment and get their children back-and-forth to school and for their afterschool activities ABC motor credits, Lisa warranty, and DBS financials are the worst buy here pay here, car company that anybody can ever go to again I wish no one to go there to purchase a vehicle and I wish they would just go out of business. My vehicle broke down in November and I just purchased the car in September. The ball joint suspension the CV axle and the control arm all broke off. I had to pay $100 deductible. My car was in the shop for literally 30 days. Got my car back in December turn around first week of January , the CVS axle breaks again now they want me to pay another hundred dollars. We are now in February 2024 and I still don t have my car they want car payments and another hundred dollar deductible. You ll get to a point and tell them they could go ahead and keep the car and I ll just have to fight them for in court because this is ridiculous, but they need to hold up their end and do what s right but like to they breach contracts, add late fees, keep your car in for repairs at a cheap shop they want to pay cheap labor for and they don t hold up there end to honor your warranty contract. They are the worst the worst the worst. ! Firestone hit them with a payment and they refused and towed my car back to their cheap shop for the repairs, crazy crazy crazy.! Don t go here.! AT ALL.

The ABC Motor Credit Team, Latrice, Percy and their boss took great care of me, buuut I was told that I had 3 TV's, I only have 1, there is 3 places for TVs, but only one has a TV screen in it Then OMG the finance company started harassing me immediately the next day after I got the car. On the day that my payment was due, it was only 9:53 am and they were calling and texting me telling me that the payment was declined, they didn't even give the money enough time to hit my card. Then I told them that my payday is Friday, but the bank offers early pay, buuut if the job doesn't do the paperwork early enough early pay might not be guaranteed. But since Friday is my definite payday that day is guaranteed, and this was a problem. I appreciate being able to get a car, but being harassed and I've only had the car since the 10th...Fskw.

Terrible experience, The Manager so-called name Al, and account manager taj, talking on the phone to me recklessly, and Al made a stereotypical comment about me buying Yeezy s while people in the background laughing, I m good covered by the Almighty and he who laughs last laughs loudest!! Karma is real what goes around comes around!!!

I walked in frustrated from other car lots giving me the runaround and Allen Hale Sr. was amazing! He was quick and efficient! I would definitely recommend ABC Motor Credit!!

I am a returning customer and Allen Hale and his mfg Al did a great job for me. I got an equinox here 2 years ago and he got me a great upgrade!! I appreciate everyone here for working so hard to get me a new family car!!

They re finessers. They sell raggedy over priced vehicles. The monthly payments are ridiculously priced especially for old cars with over 100,000 miles. Literally 2 days after I got my car the engine light came on and stayed on ever since. The car had electrical issues. The usb port had a shortage so I ve never been able to use it. The other car charging portal stopped working. They do the bare minimum maintenance in order to sell the cars. Scammers at its finest!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. This place doesn t even deserve 1 star but it won t let me submit my review with choosing one.

There are terrible people got the car haven t even been 30 days it won t start they came towed it and charge me n won t even tell what s wrong with the car when it will be finished anything. This is Illegal and charge my car for the car my stuff is still in the car n my payments on time. They stole my car at this point ima making a report. Terrible experience! If you want to just give away your money this is the place to go!I am talking about your mechanic shop at abc Motorcredit Bedford. Not car sales! Building directly behind abc car dealership robbing people for their money. You really should investigate if you been helping people since 1990. Not good for your use car sales business. Worst shop I ever been too!! I been around too!! Simon auto, JKS , ABC MOTORS REPAIR SHOPS TERRIBLE!! BE AWARE PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES!!

Getting a car was hard for me to do. But at ABC MotorCredit in Bedford, they helped me get approved and driving off the lot the same day. They were all so friendly like a family. And I appreciated each one of them.

I wish I would have been known about this place. Everything they said they would do they did. I got approved and was able to pick the car I wanted. They were professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

It was amazing!!!!! Albert was fantastic!!!! He really cared about my situation!!! He was very professional, providing every detail there was to help me understand my new contract I was entering into!!! He listened to me as I asked questions! He is a really person and I would recommend him to anyone!!!!! He sold me more than a car that day!!!!! Seriously!!! Thank you AL!!!!!!!!!!

Allan was very VERY HELPFUL. He was kind and respectful. We had a few challenges and he was very committed to seeing us in a safe reasonable vehicle. He treated us and our situation with dignity. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Allan as a sales associate. I will be referring him to anyone I know who needs a vehicle. Also, Percy was amazing! He was very instrumental in our satisfaction.

Most definitely would recommend ABC Motorcredit it takes them less than 90 minutes to get you approved for a vehicle. And you can also earn reward points by paying on time, leaving them a review, signing up for auto pay and referring family and friends. The points would help you get into your next vehicle

I would not recommend. Better off some place else. The car I had broke down less then 6 months of having it. They over price on cars and sell lemons .
