One of my stripes was damaged while being washed by another shop. I immediately called Ross to see how he wanted to handle the situation. After advising me, I said I ll see you in the spring to get a new stripe, to which Ross replied, Stop in now, I ll put a patch on to get you through the winter. After watching the care, patience, & time spent perfecting a patch he knew was only going to be around a few months, I truly appreciate Ross s dedication to his craft. Thank you for always taking such good care of Miss Scarlett!

Had an excellent experience top to bottom with Ross and Rehab Detailing, Had my car fully detailed inside and out as a gift before i sold it to a family member.Ross was attentive on the phone, fully explaining everything, fit me on the schedule, and couldn't be friendlier at their shop.and the work provided was perfect, Cost is higher than other places, but worth what you pay for.Would absolutely recommend and return for future services

We are so happy Rehab Detailing was recommended to us by a friend - we went to Ross and David and the guys for window/windshield tinting for our son's car a few weeks back. We were so thrilled with the work they did for him that we've since taken 3 more cars in for tinting as well. My car was the last one to be done. I was parked in our driveway overnight and when I got in it today (with the outside temperature being at 76 already) I immediately noticed how much cooler it was then it would normally be without the tinting. Be sure to call Ross at Rehab!

Ross and the crew have done another excellent job on my third vehicle with them. From an M3, to an X4M to a simple pickup truck they are able to handle any job and make your car unique. I cannot thank them enough!!! I had an unexpected car detailing emergency yesterday, and these guys took me at the last minute, were amazingly professional, and took wonderful care of my Cayenne! I m not usually a review person (unless I m especially pleased or disappointed,) and I m quite happy that I m writing this to convey how happy and grateful I am. Rehab detailing is the best! I misread the date of my detailing appointment and showed up on the wrong day. They fit me in anyway, and did an amazing job with my car. The whole team was welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend taking your car to them

These guys have been doing detailing and other services for me for the past 4 years. I was introduced to Ross and this company a few years back at a local car show where I was amazed by the work I saw. I personally own a few cars and every car I've owned has been fully detailed and regularly washed by them. Want your car looking new and the paint staying up to date visit Rehab. Great customer service and you really do get what you pay for!

Ross is the best in Cleveland to detail your car inside out. You might feel the price is bit higher as compared to other shops BUT he has the reason to ask for couple of bucks more than others because he does make every penny worth spending on the car. Trust him and just wait for the magic to happen.Thanks Ross for all the help.

Rehab Detailing is the best detailer in Cleveland by a long shot. Ross went above and beyond to make my car look brand new. Big thanks to Erin and Ross for facilitating my same day appointment, and the rest of the staff who came together to clean up my (very dirty) car in such a short time. No need to look any further, this team will not let you down!

My car has soft black paint, so I didn t want just anybody detailing it. I became interested in working with Rehab Detailing because of their Ceramic Pro certification, but chose to start with their Groupie package, which was their detailing package that included a basic layer of CP Sport and no paint correction.Ross is an extremely friendly guy and holds his shop to a stratospheric standard of excellence. My car looked fantastic, even with no paint correction. (though I do highly recommend doing that if you want your car to look absolutely perfect) My car was easily the cheapest car in the shop there was a Lotus Evora, Audi RS5, Porsche 911, etc. and Ross still treated me with great respect and honesty. You get what you pay for, and you ll get perfection with Rehab Detailing. I ll certainly be back in the spring for another appointment.

Made an appointment a week and half in advance with the specifics of window tint. Rehab called to confirm appointment the day prior. I dropped my car off the following morning at 8:30. Rehab called me around 1-2 stating they didn t have the tint we talked about and was unable to complete the job. Never received a follow up call after the fact.

ROSS' WORK IS DESERVING OF MORE THAN 5 OR 10 STAR'S. THE QUALITY OF WORK AND KNOWLEDGE..... I'M SPEECHLESS. I'D PAY THEIR PRICES ANY DAY. WELL WORTH IT. I'D TAKE ANY CAR TO ROSS.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR WRAP TO HAVE BUBBLES IN IT!! IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN IT 1/2 STAR I WOULD HAVE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BUBBLES IN THE BUMPER, AND THEY EVEN HAVE DIRT STUCK UNDER THE FILM. THEY DID RE-DO THE WRAP, BUT IT'S STILL TERRIBLE IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY. YOU CAN SEE WHERE THE WRAP WAS CUT BECAUSE IT DOESN'T PERFECTLY FIT THE AREA OF THE VEHICLE. SO DISSAPOINTING, I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!
