I can't believe this is my first review here. Porsche of Beachwood has treated me very kindly throughout the years. 15 years ago when I was a looky-loo, ten years ago on a random used car they had, five years ago on a used Cayenne, and now on maintaining my 911. Walt especially is kind and direct, working with me on what I want them to go after, or what projects I want to tackle. I live near Toledo, and happily drive by the other Northern Ohio Porsche dealership to go to Porsche Beachwood. The vehicle they service for me is one of my larger single assets, and I appreciate that they value it like I do.

I was very happy with the selection that I made at the Porsche dealership. They were kind friendly they talk to me and not at me they listen all my concerns and I cannot wait until April 19 when I pick up my new jeep like to thank Dave Eschbaugh, sales representative parts manager for helping me And getting everything on my jeep that I wanted

Porsche Beachwood was an unpretentious shopping experience for me. I felt very comfortable there. Steve Yohana was great to work with. He listened to me and made sure to always communicate with me. The original car I wanted sold, so Steve worked to find me a car that I would want. Although I went to him for a pre-owned car, he found me a new Cayenne that was everything I was looking for and more. I never once felt pressured either. I love that they have someone dedicated to teaching you how to use all the bells and whistles, and offer a follow up session as well. I definitely recommend shopping there for your next dream car!

Wanted to share my experience at Porsche of Beachwood. Recently purchased a used vehicle there. Would give 10 stars if I could. All of the staff was very professional & friendly. Rick B was very transparent in the negotiation part of the sale. I felt very comfortable & I didn't feel pressured in any way. They went above & beyond. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.

I ve had a uniquely positive experience with Brian and the management of Porsche Beachwood, all the way in Ohio in comparison to other dealerships in the state where I live MA.I had been searching for months for a deal that made sense in a crazy market. They recorded a personal video explaining to me their position on our negotiation, which made a big difference because then we understood each other and found a middle ground.I recommend you take a look at their inventory, contact Brian, or management and you will notice the difference as they mean business, no games played.A few days later I received a beauty and no regrets, I will definitely be reaching out for my next purchase before I look elsewhere.Thank you.

A year ago, I would have given this dealership a glowing 10-star review. Even six months back, my wife and I had a delightful experience picking up some parts. It's regrettable that I find myself leaving negative feedback today, but I remain hopeful that improvements will prompt me to retract my words.To be concise, this brand thrives on a loyalty that borders on the fanatical. Porsche owners, set apart in the realm of performance and luxury vehicles, rightfully expect excellence from their dealerships. Unfortunately, recent changes have, in my view, diminished the brand's prestige and, as a result, lost my patronage at least temporarily.It's almost laughable to be quoted $600 for an oil change for a six-cylinder engine. While the high cost of maintenance is a given with such elite vehicles, and not for those concerned about expenses, I believe in receiving value for the significant fees charged.Today's experience further soured my opinion. Attempting to schedule a simple service appointment, I was met not with the customary warm reception, but by a frustratingly ineffective AI system that failed to connect me to the right department. A human touch a quick transfer by a live receptionist would have easily resolved the issue. When voicing my concerns, the response essentially suggested I take my business elsewhere. And that's precisely my plan, especially with a significant repair on the horizon. I'm open to exploring other dealerships or even independent service providers.Maybe once the dealership's lavish new facility is completed, they'll find renewed interest in valuing their clientele, especially given the demographic that owns these vehicles.

Highly recommend Beachwood Porsche.I recently purchased a 2017 Carrera S. My salesman, Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. I drove in from out of town and the two vehicles that I was looking at were waiting for me out front. The dealership was very professional and it was a quick and easy process to purchase the car.

Best experience I've ever had start to finish.. Alex made whole progress easy. Test drove a 911 on Monday it was delivered to me today all detailed and full tank of gas in their enclosed hauler. Look forward to doing more business in the future.

Andrew Divita was excellent to work with. With regards to the allocation, purchase, and delivery of my 911 GTS4 he was transparent and quick to respond throughout the whole process. The rest of the crew at Beachwood were also great to work with; from Nick in financing to Mark who delivered my vehicle. It was a great experience Dream delivered. If the occasion rises again i would definitely do it again with Beachwood Porsche!

Everyone was fantastic in creating a great buying experience for me. The 15 months seem to go by very quickly. Rick Balas was a complete professional and kept me posted along the way. While in service is top notch and already scheduled my one year complementary service anniversary before I even left the dealership.

Absolutely awesome buying experience! I will start off with the fact that I am not the typical Porsche buyer, I'm extensively tattooed and younger, but that did not deter Brian Occkial from being an incredibly welcoming and friendly salesman. He was so incredibly helpful, and made sure that any and all concerns, questions, and accommodations were met for me and my wife. I cannot recommend him more! As far as financial side of things, Jaffet was so helpful and really put together an incredible extended warranty package for me and took his time to customize it to my needs. Highly recommended! And then there is Payson, our Porsche Pro, who walked me through all of the features step by step, button by button, until I was all set and comfortable in my new (to me) Porsche Cayenne S. (Major bonus points to Payson for being a fellow big body Lexus sedan owner!)All in all, I highly recommend Porsche of Beachwood for any and all Porsche related needs, purchasing, servicing, or otherwise!

My sales person Kevin went over & beyond to help me get my rims re-powder coated of my Porsche (that I bought a year ago) to make sure everything was done right. Even though I live in another state, he still continued to help me. what great customer service Porsche beachwood extends to all their customers no matter where you live they are there for you. I would also like to commend the service department at Porsche Beach wood for also contributing and helping with this process.

Yesterday I came here because I was recently considering buying a Porsche Cayenne or Macan, until I went to this dealership The lady at the reception was really nice, but the salesman who came up to address me (was probably in his late 30s-40 s, had a curly toupee or bad perm) was absolutely unprofessional. Was reluctant to awnser simple questions and seemed uninterested in the conversation when I mentioned I was most likely not purchasing the car that day. This was definitely without a doubt the worst dealership experience I ve ever had. Needless to say this left a bad taste in my mouth for Porsche Ended up getting a AMG GLE53 from Leikin Mercedes in Willoughby, which quite frankly I m a lot happier with, not only the car, but also the great service and respect I received. I would give 0 stars if I had the choice, very disappointed with my experience here at Beachwood Porsche .

Outstanding purchase experience at Porsche Beachwood. From the first phone call with Brennan to the order which I changed at last minute to follow-up as build took place to final delivery in Florida and everything in between. I ve purchased numerous Porsches from other dealerships, no need to go anywhere else in the future. Customer for life. And most importantly NO ADM games like every other dealership I spoke with.

I was referred to Porsche Beachwood by a friend. I was looking for a pre owned Vehicle. My sales person was Kevin Corrigan. Porsche Beachwood it didn t just feel like a dealership, but like a family overall. I received nothing short of a great experience. Kevin was able to add on to that experience by making me and the environment around us feel welcoming. His positive energy made me feel relaxed as if I was around a lifetime friend. He has wonderful customer service, and a very friendly person. I definitely will be recommending everyone to Porsche Beachwood so they too can have the great experience I ve had. Also The Pre Owned Sales Manager Stephen Dumperth was so helpful and over the top professional, I was just buying a 20k pre owned vehicle and Kevin and Stephen treated me like I was buying a 200k vehicle. WOW what an awesome experience . Brad is the perfect salesman he was honest, professional, curious and polite. From the moment I found the car he was attentive. I bought a used Porsche and he treaded it as if I was buying a NEW car. I landed in Ohio and I Brad picked us up from the airport and took us to the dealership. Smooth process. I would buy again from this dealership. Plus the Porsche is Perfect and gorgeous. we are extremely happy.

What a GREAT experience! Kevin Corrigan, Porsche Brand Ambassador, was incredible to work with. He handled the purchase of my 718 GTS 4.0 and he gave me a very fair offer and the remote sale went very smooth. Their amazing driver, Mark, picked it up, and delivered it back to the dealer perfectly. Kevin was incredible, with kindness, detail, follow-up and overall professionalism. I recently had the pleasure of working with Porsche Beachwood and particularly my Sales Advisor, Brad Kennett. I was fortunate to finally secure a 718 Spyder, and the process was easy and seamless even from a distance. While other dealers didn't even call back or were asking for astronomical amounts over sticker, Brad was professional, ethical, and helpful at all stages from the deposit on my to-be-ordered car through to delivery (even selecting the appropriate spec, given the numerous and sometimes confusing options, and even helping me navigate the complex CXX process). While allocations for the car are pretty limited, they helped me get one as they are fortunate to receive a good number of allocations for more limited-production cars. While the wait was lengthy, it was to be expected, and quicker than other dealers had forecast (and not to mention worth it!). All the while Brad was in touch with updates as to the status of my build.I can't recommend Porsche Beachwood or Brad enough. If you're in the market for a new (or pre-owned) Porsche, give Brad Kennett a call. He's your guy!
