Loved how Paul explained the entire process to me and helped me carry over the balance from an existing loan. The whole time there I felt comfortable and relaxed. Would highly recommend. Recently had a problem with the vehicle and Paul said, bring it right in and he had a loaner waiting for me.

My salesman Paul was great, I thought I got a good deal on a 2018 Yukon Denali, I paid $29000 in cash for this vehicle it did have 120000 miles on it, but looked very well kept. (7 days) of purchase started to make sounds took it in it after 3 days found out it was a lifter in the engine. They told me there is NO 90 Day warranty because it was over 100000 miles. Thanks a lot for a $29000 paper weight. No one would help it's just on me to fix, I believe they know of the problem before selling it & done something to it to stop the noise for a while. No help from Jim Turcoliveri the pre-owned sales manager . Make sure you don't buy any vehicle that has more than 100000 miles because they don't cover anything.. Thank You for nothing.

I just had my car detailed at Crestmont! WOW!!! I swear it looks like I traded my car in for a brand new one! I don't want to let my kids get in it for at least a month. Everyone I dealt with was so kind and professional from the gentleman that booked the appointment to the sweet lady that checked us out! I will definitely be going back for another detail! THANKS SO MUCH!!

I recently took my car here for a repair after an accident. They were so nice, quick and very communicative! They also returned my car better then when I left it by vacuuming and cleaning it. I highly recommend coming here for your next auto body repair.

I never seen a place take 3+ days to do a side mirror, also they don't call to let you know an eta, it must take weeks to do an oil change here, they spend way to much on looks and not enough on efficiency or the customer experience. Never again

I am trying very hard to be positive about this place. I have had vehicle serviced here 4x. Once was OK and the other three stinkers. The people here are nice enough, no issues here. However there is something else afoul. Constant over promise under deliver, not notifying when a needed part comes in, or not able to do standard recommended schedule fluid service because the fluid is really expensive and they don t keep it on hand? Give yourself plenty of time also, because checking in and checking out when vehicle is ready is not quick by any stretch.I will likely continue to service vehicle here, but dealership if you are listening, you could learn from your Buick dealership. Never had a single issue of any type with their service dept.. Lean on the nice people you seem to have and fix your systems.

Worse experience ever. In May I took my car for transmission light, has seeming stuck in gear. They charge me hundreds saying it was a module in transmission. Not even 6 months later same exact problem but worse and stabilize light on, by time husband drop off the radio had went out all lights up on dash and transmission light blinking on off. They Ihooked the car up and said it was electric and that Cit wouod be 1800. Same issues as in May. I noticed they wrote it up as a engine light. I called and went there and the manager stated that it wrote it up that way to try and get warranty to cuver it but they didn't. They said it wouod be a week to get part. After tha week i received a twxt saying part still pending. Aftwr another week i text to check on vehicle. Theyvstated they rested my car and now i just need a battery. This is not a battey issue. They have had my car almost two weeks and now say its something else. Why would they retest the car if the part was ordered. They know the battery does not make a transmission slip etc. The car has sat two weeks and now they just don't wanna deal with it. There is a new manager now. I have tried to call and speak with the Presidnet and Vice president of the company all week and I guess I am not important enough. They did not fix the issue in May and not now. I would NEVER recommend myself nor anyone to deal with thus place IT WAS NOT RESOLVED THE ONLY THING THE OWNER WORRIED ABOUT WAS WHAT YEAR WAS MY CAR AND HOW MANY MILES. NOT THE FACT OF THE PROBLEM. THIS IS MY WORK VEHICLE AND I AM SEARCHING THE MARKET TO BUY A NEW ONE FOR MY WEEKEND VEHICLE BUT IT WILL NOT BE DROM HERE. NO ONE CONNECTED TO ME WILL AND WE ARE A FAMILY OF CADILAC Buyer.DO NOT BELIEVE THESE RESPonses from.the owner

Crestmont Cadillac sold me a 2018 Volvo, that they claimed they did a full inspection. Less than 24 hours later the Check engine light was on and SRS system maintenance. By February the breaks were making noise. I took it to them. They sent it back and said it was the ABS system but did nothing. It s October. The breaks are now worn down and they will not cover the work because I drove the vehicle that they told me was ok. They are using the excuse that I have put too many miles on the vehicle, when I brought it to them about the problem in February. Even their service agent told me I was right about it, but there s nothing that can be done at this point.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony Mendolera in sales for the purchase of our cadillac Escalade.He was courteous, prompt to answering my questions and has helped out with two minor issues on the vehicle once it was sold. I overly appreciate that he has been at the dealership for multiple years and is quite aware of features and how to best service those looking for Cadillacs.I would reccomend anyone who is looking for a cadillac to check out Crestmont and ask for Anthony specifically

Had collision work done on my Hyundai and it needs a bracket for the sensors which are no longer working. Been going back and forth about the part for 6 months. Several let me get your number and we'll call back....crickets. Not sure about this place anymore. The one girl I talked had a major attitude...um excuse me it my car that's not fixed not yours. Smh I just to know where the part is.

Customer service in the service department is very poor. I ve had many vehicles and by far this dealership keeps the bar low. From helping guide me when my car broke down to a very minimal rental reimbursement because they still do not have loaner vehicles. In addition, it took them more than 72hrs to replace a battery. And what happened to providing water and other refreshments while you wait. I love my vehicle but my next lease will not be through Cadillac Cresmont if things don t change. Logan from service helped best he could and I appreciate that but this starts with management and corporate.

All I can say is wow! I usually dread car repairs... this service was different. Kevin made the whole interaction super easy. Knowing I have a toddler, they even offered to help with car seat transfers. Most service teams aren't that thoughtful. I'd definitely recommend Crestmont Service.

cadillac sell high end cars. but service department performs work on it very poorly i can t even compare them to anything bmw-mercedes does way better service they cover seats mat and steering wheel at least at mercedes of akron and north olmsted as well westlake bmw

My car buying experience at Crestmont Cadillac was nothing short of amazing. I initially contacted Matthew Calvetta by phone to express my interest in a Cadillac on the lot. Matthew was quick to provide all the necessary information. The price was more than fair and the amount they provided for my trade in was more than I expected. There were no high pressure sales tactics, no games, no gimmicks. Matthew even drove almost an hour to my home to complete the signing process. Matthew is the gold standard of what a sales person should be.

Maria followed up from an internet search where I went to their website requesting a quote on my vehicle. She was ready to answer or find out any questions that I had in regards to the new CT5 Cadillac. Three managers stopped by while we were there to thank us for giving them the opportunity to sale us a new vehicle, We purchased a new CT5 Cadillac from Crestmont Cadillac driving to their location from our house over 550 miles! Matthew was amazing. I was able to do 95% of this via email and text with him. No gimmicks or games and we got a very fair price on a great trim (especially in today's market/rising inflation).The car is in immaculate condition visually (and presumably mechanically but I'm not a mechanic).This was basically like the convenience of going to Carvana without the higher prices. I'm thrilled with the experience -- as is my spouse who very much dislikes car dealerships that have game playing or high pressure sales tactics.I'm sure Crestmont is great but I will absolutely refer people to Matthew. He made the whole experience very pleasant.

As a person of color, I have unfortunately experienced racial discrimination at Crestmont Dealership in Beachwood, Ohio. On March 31, 2023, between 3:30pm-4:30 pm, I entered the auto body shop garage and waited for someone to come and greet me. However, all the white individuals present just stared at me, and I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. After a few minutes, I got out of my car and entered the office to ask for service.To my surprise, the body shop manager, John Darovich, refused to give me service and even refused to give me the owner's name. He was aggressive, loud, and extremely rude. He told me to get out of the office and left me feeling insulted and disregarded. As I turned around and left, I noticed that he had his phone raised like he was taking a picture of me. While on the other hand he served white car owners.I had full auto coverage and cash on hand, but despite that, I was denied service and left feeling humiliated and discriminated against. I didn't understand why I was treated this way, especially when I had done nothing wrong. All I wanted was a simple service for my car, but instead, I was met with hostility and disrespect.Feeling frustrated and upset, I decided to talk to the owner about the situation. However, the only thing he said was that he was sorry I felt that way, which left me feeling even more insulted and disregarded. He didn't ask me if there was anything he could do to rectify the situation or offer any solutions to make it right.

Been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks now was told my sunroof was fixed and both seals replaced this is how they did me this is the second issue I ve had with this dealership the first time they missed over 15 leaks and ordered the wrong part and my car had to get towed out and repaired by them because a certified tech signed off and didn t do the work or even see it I figured I would show loyalty since I bought my car from them but I see that that means nothing to them.

I really was not happy with the service that I received here. My car was totaled by a drunk driver and I fought with the dealership and insurance company for 3 months to have it repaired back to it's original state. To this day it is still making strange noises. I am not sure if this is Crestmont Cadillacs fault or not. I think it has more to do with the insurance adjuster just being plain difficult. We went back and forth too many times to count about repairs. The body shop manager did eventually work with me and my many complaints and when I was finally able to pick up the car the body did look great, much better than the first time I came to pick it up. It had various scratches all over the car that were not there prior to the accident. I had bought the car three months before the accident fully serviced and in perfect condition and I had pictures to prove it. There were still some internal noises that another body shop had to repair due to the axel I believe. To this day I still hear a noise outside the car in the rear. The repairs took months, it was an incredibly stressful experience. I went through four rental cars during the time and continuously had to bring the car back to the shop for issues after I had picked it up thinking all the work was complete. I am still not sure if it was the manager's fault. I think he may been the middle-man. He really did a good job with the body the second time around. I did have to take it to another shop to fix the internal noises. Once again, that might have been the insurance agent's interference. I won't take my car there again in the case of a collision due to the bad experience that I had, it was just too stressful!
