So they ripped the shark fin antenna off my truck backing it out of the alignment rack. My vehicle is now going to the body shop because I had tires mounted. No gratis, just pay your bill, please. We can schedule the repair for you.So it gets better... I was asked to come home early from a weekend retreat by the manager Mark to get repairs completed. After, agreeing to meet on Monday morning at 8:30, Mark the manager, FAILED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE that corporate was involved due to the negative feedback above. So i drove into the shop thinking i was going to get my truck fixed to be told go home and wait. Two calls, no message, huh?I was told to go home and wait for a call from their insurance company.They need lessons in customer service response...If I could give zero now, I would.Update file with Munro. I now am processing a claim after calling cororate help line. This is my response to them:My vehicle received body damage resulting from backing out a garage door not fully open. The digital antenna was ripped out of the roof. The vehicle is having a repair estimate completed by GMC dealership body shop as I write this.Your shop attendant and store manager were attempting to fix this without filing a claim. This ruined a planned trip and I received grief from the store manager. I was told I was being "manipulative". I just want my truck returned to its original state. All things considered. I paid to have my trip ruined and now will have a truck with roof repairs. Not happy about that, at all.

Came in today and as usual these guys are rock stars.The best of the best.They have serviced my vehicles last two years to perfection.This facility is one of the last honest service repair places around.The staff knows what they're doing.I highly recommend.

I was due for new tires and came across a flat at 5:30pm after work and Bryan and Keith got me in and out with 4 tires and an alignment in just over an hour. Great work and great customer service. Really helped me when I was in a tough situation late in the day!

We started using Tire Choice on Dover Center in Bay Village around 2020. We have a Honda, a Toyota, and our daughter has a Volvo. We used to use the dealers. We switched because there is much less of a wait to get an appointment. They are also much closer to where we live. They also are open longer hours on Saturdays than the dealers. We use them for routine maintenance, tires, brakes, batteries, and automotive advice. We used their services to inspect used cars our daughter was considering.The Bay Village Tire Choice team is well organized, they do quality work, and charge equal or less than the dealers. We find them to be knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.

Found a nail in my tire later in the evening. Saw that they were open. Made a quick call and they took my car in fixed the tire quickly even with it so close to their closing. Great service and was very helpful.

Alignment was fast and car drives great. Price not cheap but was reasonable for the service provided. Convenient that they could do the work while I waited after work.

I want there for alignment .and when I got my car back was a mess worse then before.I I got back to the shop and sales manger said will take care and after he try to fix it again my car still don t have good alignment after second time . They are unprofessionalAvoid this store if you don t want waste time ..I usually don t review but that was nightmare experience.

Mark was professional, quick, and informative in his process. I thought I had a tire leak (and didn t) but he was thorough and detailed to make sure there wasn t a leak present. Very pleased with their services and will be returning in the future if needed!

Mark was amazing able to get my car in and fixed the same day even though it was clearly very busy. I appreciated his honesty and timeline of other work that needs to be done and how quickly he was able to assist me in getting my car fixed before the holiday. I will definitely be back.

These guys are awesome! My girlfriend had a nail in her tire. I said on her lunch to go to "tire choice" to get it plugged. She was on lunch I was on break (from heinens) and they said they couldn't plug the tire she needs a new tire. They were short handed and 3 cars ahead of us. But they took her right away and even gave me a ride back to work so I wasn't late!! Thank you to all of you for awesome customer service!!!

I stopped in hoping to get a tire repaired. They were super helpful, were able to take care of the tire eight away and had me going in under 30 minutes. The store manager, Matt, and mechanic, Keith, were both friendly and professional.

We have 4 used cars in our family and we take all of them to Tire Choice auto Service Center in Bay Village for repair. Great customer service like filling a low tire when we pull in. They thoroughly inspect a used car(and we trust their opinion) before we choose to buy it. Jimmy one of the mechanics is very experienced and has been at the Bay Village location for years. Mark is a very experienced mechanic plus is the manager.Recently, Mark Refreshingly advised me to (safely) wait 6 months before replacing my power steering mechanism vs. the Lexus dealership didn t explain to me that it was an internal leak and I wasn t loosing fluid .. yet and led me to believe it needed to be done now. I appreciate their honesty.

I used to go to a competitor for my tire needs, but I tried Tire Choice in Bay Village when I needed to replace a tire that had a sidewall puncture. Tire Choice impressed me with their competitive pricing and quick delivery time for a tire that is not normally in stock. When it became time to replace tires on another vehicle, they were my first choice. Again I was impressed with the pricing and the speed with which they got the job done. Matt, Mark and the crew at Tire Choice Bay Village has earned my trust and repeat business. Thanks again guys!

I want to thank you for your help today. I was concerned about my tire pressure with the warning light coming on today. I stopped on my way home to see if they could look at them. John and Mark were very pleasant and said they could check it and they did. All 4 were a little low and they took care of it. Thank you, lately customer service has gone out the window at a lot of places it was nice to see it there. Thank you

Expertise. Honesty and directness. Happy to explain the details. Polite and personable. These are the top qualities that come to mind to describe Mark and his team at the Bay Village location. My husband and I were disillusioned with our dealer's service staff, so we went to Tire Choice for the first time -- and we're so happy we did. My husband has been a gearhead since age 14 and is tough to impress -- so the fact that he is impressed and has 110% confidence in Mark's expertise and honesty is the best testimonial of all. Pulled in with flat tire middle of afternoon. Shop was busy. Mark was so kind and.looked at it right away. Took my car in right away, plugged it and balanced. I was in and out in less than an hour. Just want to say thank you so much and will recommend to everyone!!

Great experience today at the Bay Village Tire Choice on Dover. My car was in for front struts and alignment. Work was done before the time estimate and the price quote was accurate. I love that they always include discounts available without having to ask for them. I feel confident that the work was done right and left with my car and myself being a happy customer.

I would recommend this shop 100%Full service, honest, thorough and reasonably priced.My car had issues driving up from Florida, I had taken my car to another shop that ripped me off. The manager was super knowledgeable and fixed the problem within one day and went above and beyond to help me get my money back from the other place. Also wrote down codes for what ford should replace under warranty and did an oil change for under 35$. He kept in contact the entire time as well. Great place for anyone esp for women that fear getting mansplained or taken advantage of. Love this place

I needed help evaluating which tires would be best for my situation. Mark spent significant time helping me wade through my options. He was very helpful and got me into the tires of my choice at a reasonable price. I never felt pressured. I appreciate his knowledge and patience.
