I worked with Tony Z and Art the General Manager. My family came in on a Friday just before closing and they were happy to assist us with our needs. We test drove a few cars and ended up keeping them about an hour after closing. We returned the next morning and purchased two vehicles. I liked the atmosphere and these gentleman were not the stereotypical car salesmen. They talked with us, joked with us and made us feel at ease. Never once did they push the sale, they asked our opinions and what are thoughts and concerns were and they let us talk ourselves into the cars, lol. I highly recommend Holman, I enjoyed working with Tony and Art. Thank you. PS. I love our car and truck.

Holman rv service dept has been my go to guys for many years. Their coach work is top notch. David Brier has been my recent service rep for routine maintenance and trouble shooting a water leak. I am very satisfied with his explanations and timely updates.

If you re a woman, I highly suggest being on high alert getting your vehicle serviced. Since owning my car it has been brought in for 5 oil changes. My husband has brought it in twice for me, no issues, walks in-walks out. The 3 times I ve brought my car in they ve told me I ve needed a new battery. The first time I was told there was erosion on my battery line. I spent the $200 for a new battery and went on my way. 4 months later while being serviced they used the same excuse and said I needed to replace my battery due to erosion? After explaining this just happened last time, suddenly it was no big deal and they could clean it up? Now this last time was the last straw. There for a routine oil change ONCE AGAIN was told I need a new battery. I had to ask if it was still under warranty (which it was). Was told it could take up to 2 hours, I had to get a rental to get my kids. Anyways, after explaining all this to my husband he calls because this is obviously getting ridiculous and what do you know they tell my husband THEIR BATTERY TESTER MALFUNCTIONED and after retesting my battery is fine and I can pick up my car anytime. How convenient. We ve purchased 5 vehicles with Holman but never again.

Another good experience at Holman Motors Service Department. Kelsey done a great job on getting me scheduled and telling me at check in ,that my oil change was free! It was my 5th and that made it free. Thanks for being honest and getting my day off to a great start. That's why I keep going to Holman Motors. You can trust them to be fair, honest and do quality work. Thanks Kelsey

Kelsey was very courteous and quickly processed my paperwork. She explained I only needed an oil change for this routine maintenance checkup. She told me I earned a free oil change this time. Free is always good news!!

We purchased a 2024 GMC Terrain from Holman Motors. We test drove a couple of models from a few dealers. Ultimately, a salesperson from another dealer recommended that we meet with Nikki at Holman when we mentioned we were looking at GMC s as well. So, we reached out and Nikki was accommodating and pleasant to work with from start to purchase. Nikki responded quickly, had the vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived. She answered every question we had. You could tell she was truly happy to work with us and not eager to push us through the process. She was extremely personable! After we worked with Nikki, Laura helped us with all the paperwork. She was extremely personable as well. Leaving there, we felt like it was a great experience. Definitely recommend Holman and Nikki!

Oil change and tire rotation. Super friendly staff! Very nice waiting room to hang out in while your car is being worked on. Big TV to watch, bottled water and coffee! They also wash your car! I highly recommend!

My vehicle was brought in to the Body Shop after my car was hit. The experience was one that I would have never imagined... from having to bring the vehicle back secondary to the horrible body work, wrong insurance claims and horrible customer service, it left me wanting to leave my car with them and never return. I could go on for days about how poorly I was spoken too, how rude the body shop manager was and how my husband and I were blatantly lied too, however I will just say this, I will not take my car back for anything other than what is absolutely necessary and covered under warranty or is a recall requirement. Also, while Luke Holman did give us the opportunity to express our absolute disappointment and assured my husband and I that he would definitely look into this complete disaster of a situation and get back with us within a week or two, , we were never contacted again. This has been well over a month ago...

The overall experience was first class, my service writer was great she kept me informed constantly and was upfront about the time needs for the service and warranty work performed. They were able to find the concern that another dealership couldn't and just kept charging me for it. Only thing that would have made it 100% was the diagnostic charge of $100, understand they check it out and cant find anything, But if they found something and you ok the repair for almost $500 I felt the fee should be waived. Either way its fixed and they were able to find and fix the concern! I will be back for the next service for sure!

I was looking to purchase a truck later this year and just trying to get preliminary numbers. Ryan was my salesman and got some numbers put together for me. Once I saw the deal, I decided I couldn't pass it up. Ryan and Art were great to work with.

I have been going to Holman Motors since 2014, as has my father. Always courteous, clean and fair. This last time was no exception, except that in rotating my tires, they marred the Hub of my right rear wheel. Looks like a power wrench jumped and spun on the hub, tearing the chrome up. I placed a complaint on their website and the response I received was there isn t sufficient information to provide you a quote on a vehicle - so there is obviously a disconnect between. I will reach out to the service department directly, time permitting.

The work appears to be done well but the cost of a remanufactured transmission is pretty obscene. Also still trying to understand how a filter/gasket turns into a full replacement AFTER that work s done.

Cooper was easy to deal with. Requested OTD price on a 2019 kia sorento went to test drive - 2 hours away for my wife put deposit on it came back one week later with her she drove it. I was happy to see no non needed add ons when signing the final paperwork and no pressure to obtain any. Actually none were offered (which i was pleased with).It was a pretty straight foward deal. Had vehicle 3 days and haven't had any issues. As of now I would recommend them.The price was fair below KBB I was paying cash for vehicle so I'm not sure if I would have had a different opinion had I been financing.I think overall experience was positive will update if any issues/concerns come up.

My experience at the dealership was great this time. Kelsey was very professional as always. What gets the burr under my saddle is the fact that GM shipped and allowed to be sold, incomplete built truck. After two years of run around, my truck might be getting built the correctly as per the window sticker. How it got through GM s quality control baffles me. On top of this, Mr. Holman charged me an additional $5,000 on top of sticker because of the chip shortage . Basically, I paid an extra 5 grand for an incomplete built truck that took two years to finally get what seems like resolution. Makes me wonder what else could be wrong with my truck

Art and Paul were amazing to work with. They both stayed 1.5 hours past close to make sure my experience was seamless. They both worked until a resolution was found regarding the set up of the vehicle. Art was so calm and kind as he was trying to navigate the in vehicle set up process.I truly appreciate their time and commitment to costumer service. Car buying can be very stressful, but I appreciate Holman Motors honesty and transparency, it makes the experience so much more enjoyable .

Our service advisor Max has been great taking care of our rv.He keeps us updatedon the progress of our unit. We appreciate his expertise in explaining what needs to be done to repair & service our unit. Because of his expertise we would not think twice about returning for service.HOLMANS HAVE BEEN THE BEST TO WORK WITH FOR US

Everyone was polite and efficient. I brought my truck in with multiple problems, all of which were solved but one, and it's such a minor issue for me, I elected to let it go for another time. The charges were reasonable, and they even washed my vehicle.

Won t stand behind their work. $2000 into a problem and still not fix. Just put on a part and stripped the bolt holes and charged me for another part. Definitely do not recommend

Great experience at Holman. Stopped in at 530pm on a Friday night and was out by 830pm driving my truck home.I had messaged them earlier in the morning and received an email from Eddie Holmburg that the vehicle I was interested in was still available and that we could stop in around 530pm when we were off work to test drive it.Eddie was nice and knowledgeable. He's a Steelers fan - so you gotta look past that, because he was great to work with and we did keep him and the finance guy there a little late that evening since they close at 7.Their service guys stayed a little late too and cleaned the truck up for us and had it ready for us by the time the paper work was done.Amazing people all around. Now that we have our truck we need to start looking at RVs. Thankfully Holman sells those too.

Came in for routine oil change. Performed multipoint inspection and used a free wiper blade coupon with oil change. I always appreciate that Holman Service Department does not try to sell unwanted services and pressure me into performing unneeded tasks when I come in for an oil change. They also let you know when something may be due so you have the option of doing the work yourself or having them do it.

Got my GMC Sierra 1500 Z71 from Holeman Motors, it was a great experience from beginning to end, no pressure, all the help I needed. I had a little issue with my air conditioning about a week in, they fixed it quick and free. Ed was my salesman He's amazing.
