Barton and his team are amazing, they are happy to see you even though they are always so busy. They are honest and will help you get back on the road, or fix everything you could possibly need. If you just need it running they will do it, and fix the rest when you can afford it. Love and trust this place.

Barton's is an Honest auto shop.they are fairly priced as well. I have been there on a numerous occasions and they have always been honest and have done quality work. They replaced a caliper, 6mobths later it failed. I didn't know that I was in the 1 year warranty(they told me initially I just forgot). They reminded me that it was under their warranty and free of charge. They have earned my respect multiple times.

Had to get a known Chevy Silverado defect fixed (cracked AC condenser) and a headlight replaced. These guys are professional, straight shooting and do great work. Awesome experience. Checked out a car for us and gave a very valuable report.They have a super relaxing waiting area with couches and drinks. Great place to take your vehicle if you are in that part of town.

If applicable they deserve 10 stars, hell even 20! This was my first time getting service from Barton's but, rest assured, will not be my last. You can't top this kind of customer service or the prices! These folks really went above and beyond; in my opinion. This is the only place you'll want to service your vehicle.

I was in a serious bind that required immediate assistance with my elderly parent's vehicle while in Batavia from out of state. I called Barton's because it was the closest to where I was, not expecting much help on the spot. These guys were beyond outstanding, really one of the nicest and most helpful experiences I can remember. I was waiting in the lobby to speak with them after and saw them treat another customer in similar fashion so I can attest, it wasn't just me. I really wish there were more businesses managed by people like this. I would go well out of my way to use them in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Is there anything harder to find than a mechanic you can trust? I have dealt with Barton's Auto Service for the past 7 years. Never once have I gone in and had them find "something else" wrong with my car. In fact I usually come away needing less that I expected both in the repair needed as well as the price I have to pay. They are simply good, honest folk who treat you the way you would hope to be treated when you need car repair.

I had my daughter's vehicle towed to Honda East. When I received the quote for repair, it had the OEM part, after market part and labor all lumped into one price. Then I asked for a break down of parts and labor, I was told that they can't do that. So I had my vehicle moved to Barton's. He is fairly priced AND can't quote parts and labor, very transparent.

I have been using Shaun for maintenance of our cars for about a year. Very professional (he even has those paper mats they put down on the driver's floor) Reasonably priced and very efficient.

Highly recommend, had new calipers ,rotors,and brake pads installed. Fast service ,good price, will return when more mechanical work is needed
