Bought a vehicle on Saturday, and the power steering was shot by Sunday night.I reached someone via Facebook messenger Sunday night, and they told me to bring it in the next day. I did, and they held true to their warranty promise AND made sure I had transportation with a loaner vehicle. All was fixed by Tuesday morning, and I have my new (to me) vehicle back.I am so happy with my purchase and service by the professionals (and all around good guys) at Magic City Motorcars!!! Thanks guys!

They are helpful, knowledgeable, and quick at getting in there, finding the problem with your vehicle getting it fixed and getting you back on your way. If you ever need your vehicle looked at, please stop by and let them take a look. You won't regret it.

Magic City Motorcars Service Dept is absolutely wonderful! They are so friendly, honest and knowledgeable, I have all of my basic maintenance done there as well as major repairs too, I feel at ease knowing I can take my vehicle and not have to worry about it not being fixed properly and I don t worry about being overcharged because their prices are more than fair! I have checked around and I guarantee you won t find a better auto service establishment! The staff is always friendly and professional! Magic City Service Center is wonderful! They always go above and beyond for their customers. I ve called them in the middle of a car break down numerous times and they always have me bring it in as soon as possible, they keep you updated every step of the way & they make sure to inform you of what you re needing before just doing it like other places leaving you with a high bill. They make you feel welcome & answer any questions you have. I can t recommend them enough! Bill & company always treat me with respect and great pricing. I been taking all of my cars there for 8 years been extremely happy with the service I have received. I even took my 84 Corvette for a situation that has hard to diagnose, but PJ was determined to find the problem and fix it and low and behold he did. Customer service is beyond exceptional. Always upfront with quotes and service time. Any issues during repairs are called out immediately and there's never any pressure to do anything more than you need or ask for. Highly recommend. I've been coming to Magic City for years. After a bad accident, I don't play around with my car! They are the only ones I let work on my and my daughters car. They are a honest family business that will NOT take advantage of you! As always, did my oil change and checked my door bc it won't open. Amazing job. Very satisfied customer. Bought my Forester here 2 years and 50k miles ago! Bill. PJ and Alex, thanks for getting me back on the road!They just replaced some engine seals for the most fair price I've ever gotten (1/7th of what Subi dealer quoted and half of what my OWN shop quoted!)That says alot since I've managed auto shops for years! I WON'T TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE! Very professional, courteous and HONEST!THANKS ALL!
